“The Exo base kit had a pricing discrepancy when initially purchased, but thinking it would be a dead end asking for an adjustment, I did & to my surprise the customer service folks did what was right & refunded the discrepancy in full. Blaze James, you ROCK!”

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. The EXO SwingBase is a bulky item with higher shipping costs and extra attention required with packing to ensure it reaches our customers in mint condition. We did investigate your comments when you ordered, and thanks to you, we started using a cheaper shipping option, which allowed us to reduce the shipping cost down to $75. “Went to Rack Attack on Evens today looking for info on how I could attach my existing bike rack to my truck if/when I were to purchase a tonneau, I had no idea Rack Attack sold tonneau covers for trucks but after seeing that they did I was going to purchase one today. The individual (who seemed to be a manager level employee) that was helping me said he needed to go in the back and look to make sure they had the one I needed……. 40 minutes later he comes out of the office and asked it I needed help (are you kidding me?) I told him “He” was looking to see if he had the tonneau cover I needed, he said “Oh man, I’m not sure how I forgot about you, we don’t have it but I can order it and get in about a week and half”. I told him no think you that I’ll go try and find what I’m looking for somewhere else. The cover and the extra parts I would have needed to make my bike racks work would have cost me over $2,000 I guess they are making enough money that they don’t need my hard earned cash….. I will NEVER shop at Rack Attack again!!!!!”

“I had a challenge to retrofit the Thule rack i had on a 2014 Touareg to a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport. I had done a great deal of research to find the solution when i stumbled upon the Rack Attack website. They had a feature whereby they would do the research and come back with a solution. They did and did so quickly. I could have purchased the same components through Amazon. However, since the folks at RA took the time to research my question, they earned the business. My components arrived quickly and my new Atlas Cross Sport is spoting a new retrofitted Thule rack.”

“They asked for a review so here it is. After waiting weeks for the part they told us we needed for our Thule rack, it arrived. Unfortunately, it is not the right part and I left a message 5 days ago explaining they sent the wrong part and asking for a call back. Nothing yet.”
