“Hi there, I paid for 24 hour UPS air delivery. My order # 914865. I would respectfully request Rack Attack refund me back the $82.11 express 24 hour delivery that I paid for. I ordered the package last Friday August 27th, at approx 11:30 a.m, Halifax time, so first thing Vancouver time and it was delivered Wednesday morning September 1st at 9:58 in the morning. I spoke with UPS on Monday August 30th, as I offered going to their depot when my package arrived, they said that would not be possible as the package will not arrive within 24 hours as there was a delay from Rack Attack in placing the order with UPS on Friday Aug 27th. I paid for the overnight air delivery so that I could install my Thule roof rack for my Tuesday morning drive to PEI. Unfortunately I left a ton of items behind (including golf 4 sets of golf clubs) as I could not attach my Thule where the fit kit was not sent to me on time. I look forward to your response and my refund. (My neighbor picked it up from my doorstep, he is away right now, so I am hoping it is not damaged, as I haven't opened the package yet). “I bought the yakima outpost side rails and rotopax mounts form them and it was quick and everything worked out awesome, i also unknowingly bought the yakima rack from them off Amazon as well, i should have just bought everything from the site instead of Amazon, lesson learned”

“Basically good bur for our Rad ebikes they still aren't long enough. I can strap one tire in but then the other doesnt reach. I had to bolt the fat tire straps on to the old straps to make them long enough. I think its has to do with length of bike placing one tire longer away from strap connection and large tire size”

“Rack Attack made buying a roof rack extremely simple! They removed the hassle of figuring out what I needed by simply specifying what type of car I had. Their recommended configuration worked perfectly. On top of that, they weren't kidding about having faster shipping than Amazon. The whole kit came within a couple days of submitting the order.”

“Had an issue installing one of the four Skyline towers. Before buying RA staff said...yeah, no problem we'll be there to help you through any issues. Well, that was false. Besides the one issue, the install went OK. Long, but ok. Don't expect RA to really provide any meaningful, timely assistance. Update: RA staff reached out to me to better understand my issue. I appreciated this and increased my rating to 4 stars.”
