“My experience with Vaughan Rack Attack was excellent, they even came out in the rain to explain how the Thule system works and how to remove it as well as the warranty. They answered all my questions. So yes I will go back on my next vehicle.”

“Timely delivery but I requested a specific number for my SKS Cores to go along with my old ones so I wouldn't need another key. I put in the information just as requested on their form and I got a brand new SKS core. I put one into the tower only to find out I couldn't take it back out. I'm now stuck with the new cores and the new key. Disappointing situation.”

“Backordered for eight weeks, when the missing part was back in stock the bars were then not in stock nobody held them. They shipped a substitute but the bars were the wronglength, then they shipped the replacement by mail and it still has not showed up... So not very pleased and wondering why I spent over eight hundred dollars on a rack I still can't use yet...”

“After Matt found the issue, my merchandise was.promptly mailed to me and I received it in 4 days. They are hard to find replacement for a ski rack, which I have had for over years and absolutely would not change them. Thanks Matt and crew for making it right.”
