“Your staff was so courteous; and very knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through selecting the right hitch for my intended use, the Thule C2 Pro bicycle carrier. “a full 3, Pros: Stellar Customer Service agent. Cons: Have not received my full order, Parts can be marked as out of stock instead of taking customers for a ride : ) Also took a long time to reach customer service.”

“Shopping was very quick. Not the fault of Rack Attack but the stinger bar spring was broken when it was delivered. I called Thule and they are shipping a replacement part. Great Customer Service from both Rack Attack and Thule.”
