“I used the website fit guide yet the rack sent did not fit the car. Also the packaging had been clearly opened, pieces had been taken out of the box and it was taped back up with a note indicating it was missing pieces yet it was still shipped to me. I returned the rack. It was a complete waste of my time and the staff showed zero empathy for the hassle it caused me. 100% would not recommend.”

“We were planning ordering new bikes this fall for Spring delivery but we found exactly what we were looking for, in stock. We then started research for a bike rack. We did research on the Internet fir a couple brands our bike specialist had recommended. We ordered on line at RackAttack on a Monday and the Kuat rack was received the next day. This rack is amazing. Easy to assemble, nice finish, solid and well designed.”
