“I ordered a rack system with a grip and it came in the mail with a short wait time. The grip I received was damaged, which was a bummer but it happens. I reached out about getting the grip replaced and they responded efficiently and got a replacement sent within 2 days with no extra charges. Shoutout to Justin for helping me, excellent customer service! These guys' rock!!”

“The people who I dealt with are fine, but a little misinformed of what will work with my particular vehicle. I ended up buying Wingbar Evos that were 3" longer than Thule's recommendation so that they would accommodate a pair of Hullavators. There is a set of pictures on Rack Attacks web page that show this setup on the same vehicle I have. In actuality, the bars are too short. The Hullavators will function, but are so close to the side of the vehicle that they will bang the side of it with a kayak on the rack, ready to load. They should be 3 " longer. Rack Attack exchanged for the longer bars. I realize that this isn't entirely a Rack Attack issue. Thule is just really bad at providing guidance for applications. I've received much poorer advice from vendors other than Rack Attack in the process of trying to get the Hullavators mounted.”

“This was my third order from Rack Attack. Two were significantly delayed due to COVID’s impacts on the supply chain. That I can understand. I would rate the overall experience higher, except for the fact I had to followup 6-8 months each time after the initial order to determine delivery status. Almost as if by magic, my deliveries would arrive within two weeks of my followup. I get the sense had I not called to determine status, I might still be waiting…..”

“Ordered an open box item but they contacted me shortly after and said it was damaged. The new item was backordered but they honored the open box price so worth the wait! Thanks guys”
