“I came to rack attack after purchasing a roof rack from thule that was not the correct part for my car. The Thule website was very difficult to use and inaccurate in the product recommendations for my Jeep GC. Instead of dealing with thule.com and their Customer service, rackattack had a very easy website to find and order exactly what I needed. I went ahead and ordered a kayak cart from rack attack as well.”

“They've been great to work in general, but I have to give a special, deeply felt thank you to Greg at the St. Louis Park/Minneapolis location who helped fixed a botched bike rack install. Both my husband and I got Covid and our son was having to drive himself and all his gear from Saint Paul to Seattle for his freshman year of college, so none of us were firing on all cylinders. Somehow we messed up installing the bike rack in a fairly epic way. Greg fixed our mistake and installed the bike rack and saved the day. We're so very grateful!”

“Helpful service, as always (this is my 6th purchase). However, I have to rate 4 out of 5 because my rack arrived missing some bolts that are supposed to take another 5 weeks to arrive ... so I'm going to have to go out and shell out another $20+ to buy them myself.”

“I had ordered the same set of Yakima Baseline components for a roof rack for our little Toyota Prius C from a competitor of Rack Attach weeks ago on the understanding they had all the components in stock. Since then, that company has emailed me twice to inform me of delays in delivery due to the unavailability of the two sets of roof clips needed to fit the car, ultimately pushing the delivery into late September. It was disappointing, since we had just given away the car that was already set up to carry our kayaks, bikes, skis, etc., to my daughter, and because I've had good experiences with ordering from the same company on several occasions in the past. In looking for alternatives, it appeared that at least one of the sets of roof clips was out of stock or on backorder at virtually all online retail suppliers. When I checked Rack Attack, however, their website indicated that the clips were in stock. After confirming this with a phone call to their online sales support line, I canceled the other order and bought everything from Rack Attack. The order arrived within five days.”

“I'm a return customer. The folks at Rack Attack are helpful not just at point of sale but afterwards as well. And their online installation videos are much better than the ones from Yakima and certainly better than the instructions. And just knowing there is a human who is available to answer my questions makes the purchase and subsequent installation less stressful. I've helped a few friends with their racks by referring them to Rack Attack and all has gone well.”
