“Everything is great but having difficulty fitting all three bikes on the rack.”

“Quick shipment of my order, and almost too quick. Too quick because they missed the note about a common lock cylinder request, but were on top of the note immediately. Without additional question, they have the replacement on it's way and a return label sent in order to send the other material back free of charge. Great experience with this group!”

“The rack is great and the company was awesome to work with. There was a snag in the order process that somehow resulted in my address not being recorded. The company called immediately (several times) to get the info needed so the rack could be sent out as soon as possible. Really appreciate the proactive response from the team. I would definitely order from here again and refer friends.”

“Delivery was prompt and as promised. Did not receive the complete order (lock cores) but the customer service team was quick to respond, just waiting for confirmation of remaining items being shipped. Rack works great and installation was easy.”

“I have purchased 2 bike racks now from Rack Attack. One for my car and one for my truck. I love that Rack Attack price matches with out any effort on the customers part. I also love that they ask for your vehicle info to make sure the rack you selected is compatible with your vehicle. Fast shipping too! Would definitely recommend!”

“The product I order came in a timely manner and serves me just as advertised. Very happy with the product but more than anything I appreciated the patience shown by the tech rep rep, at Rack Attack, with whom I spoke. I was so happy with my Rack Attack experience, that I just placed a follow up order, buying a Kuat Swing Away, and once again, the tech/sales rep was superb in providing help.”
