“I got several quotes from a comparison web site and started looking into the detail of what was covered. Of those I was interested in only RIAS made the information readily available on line, and I was able to read both the summary of cover and the policy booklet. Competitive quotes are one thing, but I wanted to evaluate their telephone response before taking out the policy. I rang and got a prompt and helpful response ( and have done so when I have had to telephone since taking out the policy). So my evaluation thus far is that I got the cover I wanted at a good price with a company that has been a pleasure to deal with.”

“Good price through comparison web site and information easy to understand. It was very quick to send RIAS proof of no claims bonus and previous quotes. However, it is early days and now it depends if I need to use their services over the year, I hope not, that is how I will know if they are any good, but happy so far.”

“Easy to get an on-line quote. Very competitive prices. Standard contents and buildings insurance cover starts at a generous figure so you don't have to worry about calculating the exact rebuilding cost or value of contents. Everything can be done on-line which saves costs and paperwork. Only other way to judge is by making a claim!”
