“I received quick service once I had gone on line for a quote. The person who rang me was very pleasant and sorted out the policy very efficiently. However he said he would post out the policy documents but as yet I still have not received them and I would like them asap so I can check through them. I have paid for the policy in full for the year and this has been acknowledged. So I would appreciate it if you could forward the documents to me.”

“I bought my home insurance via the comparethemarket website. Once linked into the RIAS site I found the process of applying very straightforward. I made a mistake on my original application, but was able to contact RIAS quickly by phone and the issue was resolved without a problem. I am very pleased with my dealings with RIAS to date.”

“Had phone call from Rias who, on hearing all my requirements for house insurance commencing 21 December 2015, gave me an excellent quote which I accepted. “Only issue was the additional products on offer and more especial the replacement car, I did not realize that this was different from a Courtesy car which was already included in the the quote and I nearly canceled thinking I needed to pay more money. Other than that this looks like a good deal. I will tell you more if I am an unlucky enough driver to have an accident and I have to make a claim.”
