“I was very happy and satisfied in the way that a member of your team contacted me last Friday, the morning after I had considered a move to RIAS for home and contents insurance. The service and information was very good. However, I am very disappointed that the policy details, which were to be e, mailed to me have to date not arrived. I telephoned this morning to chase this and after waiting some 20 minutes had other commitments and was unable to wait any longer. Naturally I do not want to cancel my previous insurance until I have the detailed information from you to hand and time is getting very short to give four day's notice by the 31st December. I should be grateful if you would take steps to rectify this omission by return.”

“My usual car insurance provider hiked the price by £51 so I decided to check other suppliers. That very morning I received a notice from RIAS so decided to try them first. It was easy to fill in the required fields of the online form and I was very pleased with the service provided in quoting me and arranging my car insurance for the coming year, all done in very quick time. The paperwork has now arrived and so I have no worries on this score now it's all sorted. Thank you RIAS.”

“Whilst not the very cheapest, you had a high defacto rating compared with those more expensive and cheaper. A valid point for myself was the use abroad period which is nearly 3 times more than my previous insurer. Purchasing on line was very, very easy and the web site simple to navigate. Like most motorists I shop for a cover that's suitable at a competitive price. You matched both. Thank you”

“It was with regret I found that I could make a substantial saving on your renewal invitation by purchasing a new policy through " compare the market". I contacted your call centre to discuss this and was disappointed with the negative response . The attitude was along the lines of " if I found it worth the trouble to save what amounted to aprox'10% that was up to up to me" guess what I did ? I have no qualms about insuring with RIAS but I trust your customer service, should I need it is better than my recent experience .”
