Good price but need more information about what happens next , Do you send the policy by post , do I need to send proof of no claims ?

Completing form online to get car insurance was simple and quick as I had all the information to hand. Only hiccup was lack of detail of information required to prove ' no claims period' hence I have had to resend the information.

I found the online obtaining of quotations very useful and easy to follow. I would only suggest that two postings of general information leaflets, before sending of the confirmation and the Policy document, was a bit wasteful. But overall OK.

I obtained the quote online but then decided I needed to speak to someone to clarify an issue. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything in a clear and consise manner. Overall a good experience

YOur website gave some wrong information and it was essential to talk to a human being who were quite helpful and sorted it. The email about my MOTOR Insurance then came from HOME Insurance so clearly there are (hopefully now were!) issues with connectivity on the website and email

Bought car insurance online and was told I would have to send proof of no claims. I sent my renewal letter and was told this was not acceptable so I sent all the details of my last insurance which included the no claims. Had a phone call to say that these were not acceptable but that a renewal letter would be! Told them I had already sent this. Eventually got it sorted but not sure I will go with Rias again. I did not have this problem with Saga.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the person who handled my request. The cost of my policy was some £60.00 less than my previous motor insurance company (Legal and General) and for the same cover.
