“easy to get quote ,user friendly website and fast response to any questions I had when I was sorting insurance with them”

“Purchasing the motor insurance online was simple and straight forewards, this is how it should be. You also have access through your account to make changes such as a new car etc. Excellent service so far. I dont ever want to find out how good RIAS are at handling claims but if the experience sofar is anything to go by they will be very good. I will definately get a quote for my house insurance when thats due.”

“Tried to add to the policy. After a lot of hassle trying to get through I was told by one person the increase would be £20 only to find customer service told me it would be more. I got cut off. Not happy. Tried again to cancel policy, couldn't get through to customer service so a nice lady on another line did it for me. You did get back to me asap and cancelled the policy with some story about the £20 offer was from the day before.”

“Very pleasant, helpful young lady handled my call. An easy and straightforward transaction. My previous insurers were totally unhelpful when I called regarding my renewal. I'm more than old enough to remember what the words "Customer Service" are supposed to mean. I've embraced modern technology as far as I am able but readily confess that my 10 year old granddaughter is light years ahead of me. I have never tolerated shoddy service and when encountered I have always voted with my feet. I bought the Policy and I think there is little else to say.”
