“Returned items 4th May. Filled in contact form and heard nothing back from them. I have been buying Roman original clothes for many years , usually in store. I wont be using online again.”

“Same as others still waiting for refund 4 weeks Have reported this shambolic company and informed Next who also sell their clothes Totally unacceptable from this company shocking service I will never order again this company need looking in to big time they soon take your money”

“As with many others… returned 2items on separate occasions (beginning of May) and despite, emails, calls and Tweets no response. I will never use this Company again and would advise anyone that, unless you are absolutely sure your purchase will fit/suit you, do not buy as you’ll not receive a refund.”

“My returns were received on 6th May yet still not received my £204 refund after filling in the contact form 11 times. We will never hear from them again. What I can't understand is the people who work for them must know what is going on and do nothing.”

“Similar story to everyone else. I returned an order which was tracked by Royal Mail and they received on the 14th May. I have filled in the email form twice but have had no reply. I did try to return the order to a store first but was told this wasn't possible as there was an issue with shop refunds therefore l would have to return by post. It's a shambles and for this they charge you £3!! Out of shame they should cancel this charge!!”

“Same here, returned part order 12 May, still waiting for an acknowledgement, let alone a refund. Unfortunately I subsequently placed another order that I had to return, wish I had read these reviews sooner. I too have not received a response to my emails that I imagine are near the bottom of a very long queue. Their customer service has always been poor. I am cross with myself for continuing to buy from this company after previous bad experiences.”

“So, my returned items were received by Roman on the 14th… still no refund or even an email promising !! Phone outage still (as commented a week ago!) and no response to an email I sent 6 days ago. Shame as I have spent hundreds of pounds with this retailer but will be reluctant to purchase anything else!!”

“I returned 2 items in April.... as everyone has said no emails returned cannot get connected when telephoning......I love their clothes but will NOT be buying anything if I do not get a refund by the end of June.....I went to the shop in Hemel Hempstead and the lady there is trying to help - she is unaware of any problem .mmmmmm”

“Terrible refund policy sent back on 3rd May and heard nothing. Filled in 2 contact forms - nothing. Got through on number listed here - not the one in emails and promised refund within 24hrs. They say takes 21 days anything returned after 1st May and then charged me £3 for the privilege! I will never order from Roman again.”
