Same as the others. Item ordered not received. Email, received standard acknowledgement, then nothing. Telephoned, in queue for 2 hours then cut off. Will not use again.

ordered 2 items only one arrived although paperwork in package was for 2 items.No emails or communication to advise there was an issue just took gull payment! Called and was 29 in queue waited an hour call then dropped . Tried again next day 23 on queue got to 3 and call dropped again.Raised a ticket with customer service automatic acknowledgement. Emailed several times requesting a response over 2 weeks later still no response. Had to go through pay pal to get my money back. Won’t use again terrible customer service.

would give no stars if I could. Firstly, I ordered some trousers and chose to check out via PayPal. Their system did not work with PayPal correctly at it sent me back to checkout. So I tried again and got the same. I decided to just give up but then got emails for two orders plus emails and texts urging me to check out and even offering a discount if I check out what was in my basket. Realising something had gone with the system I asked them to cancel one of the orders. They didn’t. So I ended up with two identical orders. Also, although I had checked the sizing on the website and order the appropriate size the trousers were massive. When I contacted their customer service again asking why they didn’t cancel the order I asked them to, I got a rude response stating it was all my fault. I laid out to them the issues that had happened, including screen shots of their system not thinking I had checked out and they just continued to be rude to me. I would avoid this company at all costs, very nasty vibe in dealing with customers and not worth it for buying cheap summer trousers. I went to a better class of shop in the end.

Items missing from 2 different orders and have spent hours trying to contact them about this, via phone calls, emails and online form filling, all to no avail. No way of getting my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They used to be a good company and I’ve spent a lot of money with them. However my last 5 orders have had items missing with no explanation and it has taken weeks to get my money back. The final straw was my last order had 2 items missing and yet again it’s a struggle to get any response and if you get through on the phone then you are 29th in the queue then get cut off. I won’t be using anymore as it is shameful service, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Same problem as so many others. Ordered 2 items. Only one arrived. No tracking confirmation received. Wrong response to email. Impossible to reach by phone, but full money taken from account. When I got a tracking number earlier, it appeared to be from the part of order that arrived. Shameful service! Keep well away from Roman fashion.

one item was missing from my order, apparently sent in a separate parcel but it was never received. I have tried & tried to contact by phone and sent 2 emails (one 2 weeks ago. I have paid for this item. Looking at other current reviews , I am not alone with this. really disappointed, I have spent hundreds with this company but wont be using again.

Ordered two items, only item turned up. No reference to outstanding item. Tried calling customer service but can’t get through. Have been charged for both items! I think company must be struggling as I have used them for a number of years and never had an issue. Such a shame as they used to be good.

Ordered an item nearly three weeks ago and have not received it. Also spent and hour and on the phone to customer services only to be cut off twice. Eventually spoke to someone at third attempt to be told parcel had been refused delivery and I will have wait for refund when they receive it back. Do not believe this, will not be shopping with them again, very disappointing as I have had no trouble before.

Appalling service. No tracking number received upon confirmation of order. I received partial delivery of the items ordered. Tried for days to ring the number to follow up on the rest of the order, but no sucess. Had to hang up after holding for 90 minutes! Sent several emails but no reply. Have been a loyal customer for several years. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Same as above reviews! Placed order, item missing. No replies to emails (sent 5) Phone line, started in position 28, after an hour down to position 2 then cut off. Same thing 3 days running! So disappointing as they to be a good company but likely they’re in trouble. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN…

One item not dispatched and have sent three messages ( todays would not send however .Tried endless times to phone ..29th ,27th etc ever time .I hung on today and after about 25 minutes was cut off .I had an email from Roman to say the refund for this item was being processed on 1st March ,almost a month .What dreadful after sales service this is .I would be dubious to use Roman again

I am still trying to contact regarding an item that was not delivered but I have paid for it , Can’t send an email keeps saying not recognised but they still send me emails every day trying to get me to buy more Can’t get through on the phone either what a joke of a company I will never buy from you again

Similar story to many orderedc3 items only 2 arrived no explanation no tracking information for any part if order.Tried phoning 27th in queue gave up after 45 mins had only reached 22nd too expensive.to phone. What is going on used to be a good company. Caz

Ordered and paid for 3 items but only 2 items have been delivered. Tried to find an email address for Roman but kept getting messages that address didn't exist. Tried phoning, only to get message I was 20 something in the queue, so hung up to try later. When I phoned again I was 29th in the queue, but decided to keep one the line as I need an answer about item missing. After 50 minutes I was told I was 5th in the queue. At exactly 1 hour after phoning them, message was they were busy and advised me to contact some unrecognisable contact, and then cut me off. Dialled number again only to be told I was 28th in the queue; hung up. This is a joke, not a funny one, and I'm really disappointed as I have ordered quite a few things this past couple of months from them and have never had any problems before this. What is going on with them!!!!!

Placed an order,part of the order arrived with one item missing but has been paid for. Have emailed twice, no response and have rang twice with waiting time ridiculous. I don't think I will be ordering again.
