Returned two items of clothing and only one was scanned back into their warehouse. They are refusing to give me my refund and want my proof of postage. You have my parcel, you received it. Mysteriously my other item never made it back into their stock. No refund forthcoming. Never ordering from them again!

I'm absolutely fuming ordered a top from Roman originals not was not delivered on the date they said the item would be delivered stupid royal mail delivered my parcel to someone else's address and Roman originals are refusing to refund my order they want me to pre-order and send them a photo so that they can refund my money back to this is not acceptable . I'm contacting Amazon regarding this and I'm going to contact consumers rights if I get no joy from Amazon first. If Roman originals are really sorry about what's went wrong they should do the right thing and refund customers money back to them asap instead of having us constantly chasing them up.

First of all, it took six days for my order of one item to arrive. Poor compared to other retailers. Secondly, the cardigan looked tacky and was of poor quality with pulled threads and dropped stitches on one cuff. Looking at other reviews it seems I could be waiting a while for my refund.

Bought a dress that pilled after wearing once .E mailed Roman who says not a manufacturers fault and nothing they can do .Not what you should expect after 1 wear

Bought a dress and after wearing it once it bobbled and looked pulled at back . Contacted customer services who weren’t interested and said it wasn’t a manufacturers fault so not prepared to do anything . Not really acceptable for a new purchase .would be reluctant to purchase from them again .

Ordered three items totalling £100 used voucher code with my bluelight card so paid £75. One item was not available and when refund processed charged me full price for the two items sent without applying the discount. I contacted customer services who replied within a minute of my email to say nothing would be done about it. Very surprised with such poor customer service.

I ordered a denim jumpsuit. And received a navy cloth. It's definitely not denim It's a BIG SCAM. NEVER AGAIN WITH MY MONEY. I even paid taxes in Ireland. Nor happy at all. 13 Euros tax adds to cost of something I don't even like.

Appalling customer service. returned a top as the colour was completely different from the photo on the website. Eventually I was given a refund for the top but they took off £3 for the return. This is stated in Ts and Cs for items which are faulty or exchanged. However this top was mis-sold as it didn’t match up to what was advertised. Roman Originals are therefore IN BREACH OF ADVERTISING STANDARDS. I have emailed them several times and received no response. I persisted and eventually received a standard automated response, not specific to my requests, claiming that refunds are taking longer than usual - no explanation given. I will not purchase from these cowboys again and I RECOMMEND THAT YOU, DEAR READER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

First time ever I’ve returned a product- ordered a lovely maxi dress but such a low v at front my boobs looked ridiculous. Just found out that they deduct £3 from refund. I can understand the reasoning if you buy multiple items repeatedly and only keep one but to penalise folk on one item. As a matter of principle I won’t be buying from them again. I hate online shopping at the best of times, but the state of the high st is awful for buying clothes. Also it said on the return slip that it was a peel off label. Rubbish- spent ages trying to peel the bloody thing off and it wasn’t . Had to cut it and sellotape it on. Why lie. I’ll be back on here if I don’t get a swift refund as people seem to have trouble getting any kind of refund.

Automated response to a query advising my problem was being looked into, when still no further response after 5weeks I decided to ring their customer service number..27th in the queue and waited 45minutes to get through and very unsatisfactory answer to my initial enquiry!! The title Customer Service is a pretence and I for one will never again order from Roman online.

Returned a dress last Thursday 11 July 2024 and paid £3.00 postage as stated.... now telling me I still owe £3.00!!! Won't buy from them again, either online or in store.

I have ordered from Roman several times & always been happy with the items. however i have been trying to get a QR code to return an item with no success. they do not recognise my e mail or order ref ...i have rung several times over the last few days & e mailed with no response... this is poor customer service

I returned a dress several weeks ago. They've a knowledged they've received my return. They said it was being processed. I've still not received a refund. Another few weeks later and two more messages to them. I've received no more communication or refund. I've shopped at roman for many years. I can no longer do this any more. It's so bad they're refusing to contact me even though they messaged me weeks ago to say they've received my return. I bought the dress in May and sent it straight back as it was too short. I have no clue why Roman have become bad with returned items.

I ordered 2 items on line one didn’t fit so tried to create a return on line portal but it wouldn’t accept the the order number so took it back to the Solihull store where I was told I needed paperwork which of course there was none in the bag I understand that you can’t get a refund in store which in this day and age is just not on and also paperwork not many companies need it today or use it I had my email with order confirmation so then had to phone Roman and sort out paper work which has to be now sent to me by post after using petrol to drive to the shop and parking fee I was prepared to exchange but couldn’t do that no paper work 😡on top of that the manager in the shop is so rude and abrupt iv been in the shop before and it’s always the same it’s as though she doesn’t what people n the shop as soon as you look at a item she more a less run behind you tiding what you have looked at very of putting felt like a naughty school kid touching something I shouldn’t

Bought 2 items from Roman and returned the more expensive one. Received a refund for the cheaper item which they said I had returned. They did not answer any e mails I sent. With such poor customer service I will not be ordering again.

Didn’t realise their Refund policy was GARBAGE ,, tried to return the trousers which I bought at full price £32 and when went to return I was given store credit which I won’t be able to use n order as I’m visiting and its Ridiculous NEVER EVER AM I SHOPPING WITH THESE THUGS AGAIN

This company refused to refund a returned item, their engagement with me was dismissive and I think calculated. I ended up paying for a dress I don't own because I had no choice. I will never purchase from Roman again and I urge others to be cautious and track returns carefully.

Dress was not as described at all it was huge and not the correct size it was about a 16 but labelled as a 12 . I Returned it the next day and I am still waiting for the refund . I know they received it as I have checked tracking on Royal Mail . How can I get my refund processed ?
