Beware do not make a purchase unless you are sure you won’t send it back. Been waiting for a refund since 6/7/23. Sent emails and today received the reply that ticket closed, even though I have not received a refund. Shocking customer service. Don’t hold out any hope of a refund. Annoying as they are very quick to take the money.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to purchase from, absolutely no customer service response. I returned a pair of jeans for a larger size as the ones delivered, although the same size as I have always purchased was much smaller than previous trousers. I requested an exchange but they just refunded the money minus £3 which is totally unacceptable as I didn't ask for a refund. They don't respond to emails and when I tried calling I was 27th in the queue, so gave up hanging on.

I have not been refunded for items sent back. This has been ongoing since May it is now August ! Looking at other reviews I am not the only customer that has returned items and never refunded. After countless phone calls, being cut off after waiting to get through for an hour each time. Sending complaint E Mails and messages that get closed with no action. I contacted Citizens Advice who have advised me what to do and also they opened a Trading Standards complaint. I have now also raised a dispute with my bank who has now raised a case in order for me to receive my refund. I would advise all others in this situation to do the same. This is a shocking company with awful customer service and I will never shop with them again. At some stage they will be held to account but it needs all customers who have experienced the same to contact Trading Standards or they will continue to carry on ripping customers off and with holding their money. If I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD HAVE...........I have had to put the date of experience as May but this has been ongoing since May and it is now August.....

Buyer beware! I returned a jacket to this company, and have not received a refund. I've emailed many times - never to receive a reply. Made numerous 'phone calls but never have managed to get to speak to anyone. Absolute nightmare company, 😫, don't waste your money. Check out reviews on Trustpilot too - so many people all saying the same as me - I wish I'd checked out the reviews first!

Sent a dress back at the beginning of July. Not received refund. Tried several times to call customer service but was cut off. No luck with email either. Will not use Roman originals again.

Bought a dress online. Realised emediately it wasn't what I thought, so no good. Didn't take it out of its inner packaging. Tried taking it to a roaming shop for a gift card but when they took inner packaging off they found it had no labels on it. Tried ringing twice but couldn't get through. Sent 2 emails and neither were answered! Shocking customer service. I'm left with a dress I don't want and no one to help me! I'm trough with this useless company.

I returned 3 items on the 5th May, received a refund for 1 of the items 3 weeks later. I have contacted them 3 times since to try to get the rest of the refund back. After about 2 weeks after each one I get an email saying my case has been closed, without having received a response or the refund. I tried phoning the number provided numerous times and it just goes to voicemail, I don't even get put into a queue. I think Roman have got rid of all of their human customer support staff and are simply using chatbots to respond and send out generic replies. Either that or they are acting very fraudulently and are actively keeping people's money that is due, until people get fed up of chasing or time runs out. Absolutely not good enough. It was the first time I ordered from Roman online and would never do so again. I also would have given zero rating if it had been an option. If I don't get the money back soon I will do a charge back and get my money back that way. If everyone did a charge-back for what they are owed, the company might start to take notice...

If you have paid by credit card contact the dispute team at your back. They will help fight your case to get your refund. It looks like Roman just keep sending out the same letter’s until you are out of refunds time. Is this a type of fraud?? My bank have temporary refunded my money, they are contacting Roman to get my refund giving them so many days to refund before taking action against them. The more people do this the better, I have also written to Trading Standards. PLEASE LADIES START FIGHTING BACK!!!! against rouge traders.

This really does seem to be a theme for Roman!! Returned whole order but only refunded for one item. This has been going on 26th May, sent several emails but no answer and there are always at least 30 calls in there queue. I will never buy from them again and would have given a zero if it was an option!

Like many other customers recently, I have returned an item bought online. Received by Roman on 27 May, but only automated reply to contact on website; no answer to phonecalls. Occasionally an email that says they will close my ticket unless I reply to the email. No notification of a refund, and no refund in sight.

The Roman Sales service is excellent but their after sales service is extremely poor. I emailed them three times about a faulty garment but received no response. I have tried phoning them but you either get cut off or are at least 25th in the queue. I have now returned the item with a covering letter and am waiting to hear from them.

Would give none if I could. Don’t order from this company unless you know you won’t need to return it. Customer service is none existent. Been waiting for a refund since 20thMay. They’ve ignored emails, messages and replies to their emails wanting to know about my experience with them.

Cannot get any contact comeback by email or phone I am waiting for 1 refund since beginning of June I am not holding my breath for another I have sent back last week Very quick to take money but not refund . Its amazing how other companies can do a quick turn around no problem but Roman cant

Disappointed on all purchases from Roman through Top Cashback! None of the Top Cashback transactions have been approved by Roman despite me ensuring that I followed the process to the letter. As a result, I shall no longer be shopping with Roman and will not be recommending them to anyone. If you as a business choose to be a part of a scheme like Top Cashback, you have to honour your customers rights!

I never received an email confirming my order. I rang after 3 days and was told they have so many emails to send sometimes you dont get one. Rang again today and for the second time i was in position 26 for soneone to answer the phone. How can you sort out a problem when it takes 45 minutes to actually speak to a person? I haven't got that sort of time to hamg around. I wont be ordering again. Extremely annoyed and disappointed

Where do I start? You have now had my return for 18 days and no sign of a refund, or even an email. I cannot get any response to my emails and phone calls are not answered. This is disgrace. I will never ever order on line from this company again. How dare they withhold people’s money. This is bordering on illegal.

Returned a skirt at the end of April and have still not received refund. Have sent numerous emails and tried to phone but still not resolved. Have read other reviews and sadly this is very common. I will not be having anything else to do with this company. I will continue to pursue the refund.

Love the clothes, and used to buy regularly in a Roman Shop, until it closed down. Now it has gone over to online it is terrible1!! Customer Service is.... non existent!!!!! Cant get through on a phone, and have emailed several times over a 5 week period and still waiting for an answer. Not brought anything since going on line as service so bad. So have decided to give up and go elsewhere, and shop.... in a shop.... where you can try on, look at the garment, and get proper customer service.

Bought clothes from roman originals for but Not any more.If you return anything you don't get refund and have to contact them and get the usual e-mail.Ive e-mail numours time but got nowhere.They still owe me money and i know they have received the parcel.This has gone on for 6 weeks.Just read all the bad reviews,Everyone complaining about refunds.If you phone they just hang up.Think they maybe closing down and keeping people money.
