“I have been critical in the past about delayed responses. Today I spoke to Winona with a waiting time of only 3 mins. ( Sunday ) She immediately acted on my enquiry with a very positive attitude. Very happy. Now hoping my account is credited with as much expediency.”

“Very disappointed with the service. No tracking number received upon confirmation of order. I received partial delivery of the items ordered. Tried to ring the number to follow up on the rest of the order, but no sucess, its a long wait time. Sent several emails no response.”

“Hi I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service that you provided me with for my wife I ordered some jeggings for my wife and ordered the wrong size and sent them back and ordered the correct size and days later she had them and highly delighted with them thanks again for your first class service. “I went to the store at Clarks village for something dressy for a wedding, the lady shop assistant was so helpful, the 1st dress she bought was perfect in colour, style, not my size. I ordered online, it had been reduced in price, arrived Fri, perfect. Thank you.”
