“I went to the store at Clarks village for something dressy for a wedding, the lady shop assistant was so helpful, the 1st dress she bought was perfect in colour, style, not my size. I ordered online, it had been reduced in price, arrived Fri, perfect. Thank you.”

“I've ordered a few things from this company and had to send a couple of things back. After reading some of these reviews I was not expecting a refund any time soon but full refund received within a week. Love the jungle print dress by the way, a great fit. Well done Roman.”

“Won a dress on live yesterday 4th 12 30pm not into technology but ladies sorted out for me to choose item was going to pass on win but helped me out so I could choose so appreciated can't fault the girls I'm 79 so pleased thank you wish there was an easier way than Internet xx”

“I returned 2 dresses on the same day....posted on 21st April 2022, received by them on 22nd April. Received one refund on 20th May but still waiting for the other refund! I have sent various messages via their contact service on the website....guess what...no reply other than automated. Sent a private message via Messenger and got an automated reply. Where do I go from here to get my money back?”

“First time I have ordered and I am very impressed with the quick, free delivery and quality of the 2 dresses that I have - good sizes and good quality fabric. The order arrived the next day in nice packaging and clothes on hangers - it's the little things that count.”

“I now realise Roman Originals computer system was hacked which caused the delay in refunds, I have now received all my refunds with the help of Amy who was brilliant she explained everything, I would like to apologise for my previous reviews, and to tell all those waiting on refunds I can assure you, you will be refunded 😊”

“First time customer. Delivery service excellent. Kept informed and delivered on time. Love my black jump suit. I'm probably size 15 but opted for 14 and its perfect. I'm 5ft 3ins and trouser length just right. Perfect for cruises. No problem with pulling down for loo. Clever design hiding all bulges. Thank you ,Roman”

“I have bought 6 sweaters on line from Roman over the Christmas period. They arrived promptly, were nice quality, good sizing and were excellent value for the money. I haven't had to return any items so far so cannot comment on refund policy.”

“I have been shopping with Roman for a couple of years now. There clothes are good quality and true to size. Easy to return items and refunds are received within a week. Not sure where all these bad reviews have come from. Always and excellent service and quality I would say 95% of my wardrobe is Roman.”

“Went to Roman at the trentham gardens village and was pleasantly surprised by the shop, it had a great choice of clothes and the staff were so helpful. The clothes were fantastic value for money and would highly recommend you to browse through the great selection”
