Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address, they have done this before but this time the item was large and expensive. The local delivery office is Colwyn Bay and I am waiting for them to respond to my complaint and since they have confirmed that the item was delivered to someone else perhaps they'd like to take the time to find out where and get it back to me.

My package has not updated it’s tracking since Friday, it’s says received but now they telling me the sticker might of fallen off 🤣 thief’s. I have to wait 8 working days before they consider it lost, even though it’s a tracked 48 hour delivery and it’s not tracking since they received it and it’s passed 48 hours.... if you can stay clear

I have now been waiting for 2 weeks for a 24HR tracked parcel. It has been to several depots and delivery offices around London! I am very worried it will not ever arrive. Nearly time I order a parcel it is recorded as 'undeliverable' and I have to go to the delivery office to pick it up. My post is frequently delivered to the wrong address, and I have to go around hunting for it. Note: no other delivery company has this problem with our address.

For a service that started over 500 years ago you'd expect the royal mail must have seen everything and got a contingency plan to deal with it. But not so. Delivery services in there infancy are able to get a package to me from another continent faster than the Royal mail can deliver one to me from 2 miles away. And zero customer service when you try and find why they still have your package and you don't. Useless.

Absolutely shocking EVERYTIME. I’m no longer willing to do business with companies that use Royal Mail. Completely incompetent at EVERY level. not even fit to fun a kfc. Avoid at all costs

Terrible service can't see how they are still in business to be honest they nerd shutting down pronto! Next day delivery still hasn't arrived 9 says later absolute joke of a company! Never using them clowns again I'd rather skip the road stark naked

I’ve never had a parcel delivered on time from Royal Mail, despite always paying for next day or 48 hr services. I won’t be buying anything that is posted by Royal Mail again.

Its unreasonably expensive! Im still in shock. I sent 2kg package, size of handbag, and they charged me 40 pounds. And not even with tracking. I will never use it again.

They failed to deliver a package containing a £200 phone. It was posted first class recorded and 7 days on - nothing and they dont concider it lost until 10 days. Absolute disgrace and cant be trusted. In addition sent another 1st class recorded letter to my solicitor 2 days ago and still not arrived!!! They cant be trusted and should be closed down as an orginisation.

I thought hermes were bad but royal mail are worse. Took 10 days to deliver 48 hour delivery. Currently waiting for a delivery by 48 hour. 9 days and still no delivery Will use DPD were possible

Yet again an extremely poor service from Royal Mail. Bought an £8 model car from China for my son and they have charged me £25 customs charge, what a joke!! Not to mention first class parcels taking over a week to be delivered, Worst delivery company around, I'm appalled they get away with it.

I am busier than ever running an online business and Royal are seriously letting me down. I pay extra for tracking for my customers peace of mind and they end up contacting me because the trace and trace just does not work. Also 1st class taking up to a week is an absolute disgrace!! I had one parcel 1st class to Glasgow from Corby UK that took 27 days! Did it travel via China? so many messages from customers who haven't received their item and its just Royal Mail failing dismally to do their job. I'm so completely fed up with the incompetence of this company. I will be looking for an alternative for my business in the new year.

Tracking system is terrible. Parcel left supplier 7 days ago. Entered tracking code but RM failed to track it. Rang up item supplier for help. Next day parcel arrived! - no tracking info or delivery advice. The only info was item received, time and false signature. Luckily item arrived undamaged. Not the first time I’ve had issues with RM parcel service. Thank goodness the majority of the logistics business doesn’t operate like RM.

I can’t believe how long they are taking. Why pay for first class when it takes a week to get there. I also ordered something online a week ago and they won’t let me track it until it is out for delivery. I have no idea where it is now! Companies-please use a courier rather than Royal Mail.

3rd item ordered first class, and the previous 2 were days over delivery date, postman said short of vans, and he had been on holiday. 3rd item still awaited 5 days after delivery date tracking number not recognized, now cancelling order on supplier. I wont buy anything again if Royal Mail are used for delivery.

Waiting for my item. It never arrived. Checked the tracking and it said an attempt had been made. There were 3 of us in - we work from home all day and have the loudest buzzer. So I requested redelivery for Saturday and I'm still waiting for it. The online tracking hasn't been updated so I don't know where my item is and on top of that I've been on hold for over an hour to customer service. Awful!

Wow! I was getting very frustrated at not being able to track my parcel. I was told it would be delivered Thursday between 8.33 and 12.33.........but we can’t guarantee that date so track it.......here’s the tracking number! When you try and track it you get exactly the same message and can’t get any further. It’s now Monday. I thought I would look up the reviews of the Royal Mail app, which I have just downloaded. I’m amazed at all the negative reviews, a lot of them with the same complaint as myself. This app is USELESS.

The moment packages arrive at LANGLEY HWDC, tracking stops updating. Parcels never arrive. I have never ever encountered a worse service.

Royal Mail needs to close, it just doesn’t work. If you pay for a service and then don’t get it, how can that be fair? Track and Trace is there just to infuriate you further because it doesn’t work. It is astounding how they can let this business run. I am still waiting for my next day delivery parcel that was supposed to arrive yesterday, I waited all day for it for nothing!! Will NEVER use this fraudulent company again!

Tracked and traced order delivered 9 hours late, returned from work to find my parcel on the street. It's a miracle it wasn't stolen. Shall not order anything in future from any online stores that use Royal Mail.
