Since we have had new houses built in bestwood village our post don't arrive till after 12.and it seems like the new builds get there's first it's not on...

Was due to recive a tracked parcel from them, knowing i was going to be away monday i kept checking the tracking to see when it was due to arrive and have it delivered on a different day if it was going to be the monday. Item was sent thurday, no tracking updates no ETA. Monday comes and the first updaye i get is delivery attemped ok no problemnwill collect. Look at my collection iffice opening times. 8-10am on tuesday........ completely useless. Closed on wednesday, country wilp be in lockdown on thursday. Complete joke on RM part. How can EVERY other courier be working fine over the pandemic but Royal mail are yet again completely inept and not fit for purpose. I have a issue with royal mail EVERY SINGLE TIME i use them. I can count on one hand the amount of times i have actually been handed my (usually late) parcel from Royal mail and not have to go and collect myself. May aswell just liquidate them or have them delivering letters only. I activly avoid buying somthing if its delivered by royal mail. Hermes are far better and thats really saying somthing !

Haven’t received mail in 10days in spite of a number of items being sent tracked mail. I live in North London. Royal Mail advisor acknowledged they haven’t attempted delivery and there is no facility for me to collect my mail. After 10 days I can complain to sender and they can apply for reimbursement which takes 30 days. Meanwhile I don’t receive what I paid for. This is ridiculous. I can’t depend on Royal Mail during this time when we are mandated to stay at home. I no longer have any trust in Royal Mail.

I’m a regular Amazon customer and my heart sinks when my parcel is to delivered by Royal Mail. You were the gold standard for parcel delivery but no more. The independent courier companies have left you wallowing in their wake for professional service and reliability. Here I sit yet again waiting for another late delivery from you.

Sent parcel via "tracked service" for delivery in 2-3 days. Item status is showing "dispatched" for the past 6 days with no progress in its journey and no useful info from customer services other than "dispatched". What a waste of money and time. Dismal company to use and causes customer dissatisfaction for my business. Will be switching to another courier company from now on.

Customer service is beyond disappointment. Careless, automated emails. Royal Mail what has happen to you ? I am seriously not going to use Royal Mail for my online business. Packages get lost on a daily basis, missed deliveries, wxtra service that we pay for signed for is a full non sense. Does not deliver what promised. No answers to numerous emails sent- only unless automated emails. Disgrace!

Missed delivery, Tried using the recommended app but wouldn't let me put my house number in as it ends in a letter e.g. number 23a. Tried the Royal Mail .com but it didn't accept my email address although I have not had problems using this as my contact for the last 16 years. Put in my wife's address and it won't accept . ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND A WASTE OF TIME

The problem is that I am waiting for a very important letter that was post on 23/10/20 and it is now 31/10/20 and I am still waiting.sender confirms that it was posted.This is shocking service I know we have to be careful due to covid. I am a key worker and I have to keep standards up and more in the job I do. I don't understand why Royal mail can't supply a good service .

1st Class parcel 5 days to deliver .Totally useless service with no update until they ATTEMPT to deliver !!!!! Total Joke. Use a courier or deliver it yourself .

So we live in a block of 46 flats, Royal Mail refuse to deliver to our block or leave a card. Sometimes we get a card through the post after 3/4 days. They say it’s because they can’t gain access to the block? but postman comes daily and other delivery drivers. Even the postman stated the drivers are just lazy. Awful service .

Royal Mail says that they have delivered my parcel by they haven’t. Waited an hour on hold investigation launched spoke to a patronising woman who said it could take ten days this is ridiculous

Absolutely abysmal service. Holding on to parcels for NO good reason. Impossible to get through to on the phones and no where near any web help. Diabolical company to deal with!!!

What the hell is going on with Royal Mail. Totally random IF you get post at all. Have been waiting over three weeks for a few ''First Class'' postage deliveries (and address has been correctly confirmed). No doubt sitting in a bin at some sorting office never top be seen again. Excuses blaming the virus that has been with us for months just doesn't hold water. Overpriced and ridiculously inefficient company - its laughable they want to add the service to come and pick up parcels now

Five days, and a "Large First Class" letter still hasn't made it 140 miles from North Lincolnshire to Liverpool. The postage cost me £1.15, which is a complete rip off as well. It would have been quicker to cycle there and hand it over myself.

Was given RM 48-hour track and trace ref number but it is now past the notified delivery day/time and all the tracking shows is the date/time it was initially received at the receiving depot - nothing else whatsoever!! I do not call this 'tracking'. Useless.

Paid for "Signed for 1st" over a week ago. Tried to track and trace no joy. Online service is a joke, Rang customer services numerous times waited 30 minutes hung up. Tried text number bit messages bounce back not delivered. This is no way to run a business. Royal mail are drastically cutting services and jobs but still excepting money from customers. Is this not extortion? Online reviews tell the nightmare stories. Must all be down Covid I suppose???

I paid for "signed 1st class tracking" at Post office over a week ago. No tracking information available yet. Website a joke if you need to complain. No answer on customer service phone line. They are obviously continuing to take money from people whilst drastically cutting staff and services, Nice cash cow??????? Courier company next time.

Literally never had a good experience with Royal Mail. They advertising on their website "Track and Trace - Track your Item Check the progress of your deliveries" but when you going to check where's the hell your parcel is, it tells you delivery information will be available ONLY when the item delivers, if your parcel got lost? tracking numbers can stuck there for months! with no updates or information what's ever! Also make sure never loose their receipts or else you never see your refund, even if you paid for tracking! Useless people, company and service!

Literally never had a good experience with Royal Mail. Had to pay upwards of £30 of customs fees (can't pay in advance, can't have the postie knock and ask you to pay so you get your parcel when it arrives). Almost never knock before they post a "not at home card". Sent numerous cards with first class stamps that have never arrived. They do not deliver on time. Takes over 10 hours for them to even deliver their parcels from the main mail centre in the city, to the local mail centre (in the same, small city), just so they might be able to be delivered on the day you paid for. Have had several parcels left on my doorstep in my shitty neighbourhood most of which were nicked and had to wait double the time to get a new parcel. All of this is probably due to excess work loads that are now being put on employees meaning they don't have time to double-check letters, find a safe spot for packages or even knock on the door. Privatisation hasn't done them any favours.
