“The service provided by Royal Mail is terrible. They are useless and they refuse to take responsibility when they don't do their job. In the past 6 months, they have failed to deliver parcels, letters and magazines to my address, including a "signed for" service that I had paid for - that envelope contained an important document that I had no option but to send through them. I waited more than 52 min on the phone today and they disconnected me! They are careless. I can't believe they are getting away with it, as nobody (ombudsman/government) does anything to help the customers.”
“twice now my parcel has been delayed ,the first parcel sent second class ,never arrived at all ,another parcel sent 1st class last friday has still not arrived and it is now the following saturday ,royal mail are useless, incompetent and a waste of time,i could have got it delivered quicker if id asked a snail to deliver it for me.”

“Worst company I’ve dealt with. Phone wait took over 50 minutes. Couldn’t deal with my problem. My express mail didn’t arrive and no letter was left to give the next process or steps. Do not go with this company, it’s a pity you have to get at least 1 Star.”

“Since the privatisation of the Royal Mail the service has been poor. I paid for a 6 month redirect but letters and parcels have simply not been redirected, including when I've written to myself. Their customer service always takes ages to get through to, and the answer is always 'there's nothing we can do' rather than finding solutions. Not a fan of our gov privatising things as the service is noticeably poorer.”
“My Fiance sent me a package for this christmas season from Stockton to Germany. 3 items were missing and were replaced with old chocolates. Items lost includes a Fitbit Fitness Armband, Pullover and A LETTER (which in fact written in our language). This is unacceptable for a very well known company. We definitely deserve justice for this inconvenience!!”
“Trying to contact anyone about a problem is like trying to knit fog, the website/phone numbers are designed to frustrate customers in the hope that they go away. They are worse than BT which is saying something I honestly did not believe that anyone could be worse than BT but Royal Mail have succeeded by a country mile. I hope that Mr Back reads these reviews but I suppose that he is too busy counting his 6 million salary, just how he sleeps at night is a mystery, probably very comfortably in vast mansion in Germany.”

“Had a parcel re-delivered to a saturday when i was definitely in, i kept checking the status of the delivery and it showed as being delivered, not a knock on the door and the dog didn't even bark. i checked our porch and nothing but it shows as signed for by us. when you phone up to speak to someone they just say it was signed for by us and the gps tracking shows it was delivered to our house but we never recieved it or signed for it. not only do they not delivery your items but they also like to forge a signature to get themselves out of any sort of problems.”
