International tracking is a waste of time and money. I've been better off simply buying a stamp and hoping for the best. A letter posted (using international tracking) to Israel on the 16/10 has disappeared without a trace. The info on the tracking site is that it left the UK on the 17th Oct. When I called customer service today (28th Oct) I was told that the last info they have is that it was handed over to the courier (in Israel) on the 24th. They don't know where it is now and they are willing to open an investigation on the 20th of November (5 weeks after the letter was handed over in the post office). What a waste of time and money!

Just yesterday I could not received my percel, because the address was incorrect, wich is not true! I have check with the sender, and all the information where correct. So if you have a telephone number or a e-mail address, why you don't try to call us, instead to take the parcel back and return to the sender? All the time that I know I will receive a parcel for Royal Mail, I am alway scare that I can not receive my order!!

I am outraged with Royal Mail services. It often loses my parcels or delivers them late and now they changed their policy so they don't even refund for the lost item! I am seller on Etsy where I sell handmade hair ties and this is according to Royal Mail is jewellery for which they do not refund a penny! Terrible service, if you mangae to loose my parcels at least manage to refund the damage done to my shop! Your terrible service causes negative reviews to ME and also losses!

l posted a small parcel from England to Ireland and asked for next day delivery l was told they didn't do next day delivery only special delivery but didn't explain that meant next day delivery she told me that it could be posted first class signed for and it would be there in 3 days It was a bridesmaid dress posted on sat morning the wedding was the following Friday. It never came l had to ask a friend to drive to London and pay for a return flight for them to deliver the dress to me in N Ireland cost to me was 350 pounds. After 2 weeks and no dress l put in a claim l got a letter and check for 6.50 which was cost of posting and the parcel delivered on the same day 3 weeks after posting l was livid and will never use Royal Mail again, Obviously they found the parcel and sent it to prevent having to compensate me more.

Catastrophic service Can't be worse than that Send a parcel to Bulgaria two weeks ago...according the reference number,went to Albania Royal mail it's a joke, everything but not a Royal

My post quite often goes missing. I also Get other peoples mail delivered to my door, I then have to go out of my way to get the post back to the correct address. Because obviously someone can’t do their job properly. I also get people knocking on my door with my post that’s been posted 5 streets away. I’m just grateful for the honesty of some good citizens who do return.

every time the same story. Lazy drivers that leave a note without even trying to knock at my door. what do I order stuff for if I have to go pick it up somewhere else? Tried to make complaints but it keeps happening all the time. I wish this company the worst.

This mail is everything but royal. They are a pathetic company. Sent my mail to a different country altogether. And their customer support is unapologetic. Do not ever use them.

In a the worst service ever, ordered an item on the 10th Oct and tried to track it the system is saying an up date will be provided when they try to deliver the item!!!! What does that mean? So they don’t know where it is, at what stage it is at, if it’s gone missing, who knows. Time you lost the Royal charter and become unreliable mail! Do not use them then they will go bust and a commercial entity will give good service. It’s now the 17th and nothing

Customer service phone...don't bother. 7 attempts to get through. I gave up in the end. International tracked and signed for parcel is missing and I can't get any sense out of the track & trace website. Appalling service and a disgrace. Royal Mail are useless. A joke. But they couldn't give a toss. I've tried to make a complaint on their website and guess what...that part of the site isn't working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parcel was supposed to be delivered between 3-5 working days well after 5 days still no parcel, found staff very rude and unhelpful. Waited 30 mins before anybody even answered the phone. It's ROYAL MAIL, should be run with pride instead they're a disgrace.

Nothing but hassle from royal mail, first they persist to break my catflap by putting items through it (have been informed by the customer care team that this is no OK and should not be happening I can only hope this has been risen with management so this can be dealt with) but yet after several times it continues. Missing items I have purchased but haven't turned up at the local post office for collection, very disappointed with the service recently. Two stars given as the customer service team have been a great help. I hate to complain as I feel if the job was done correctly it would save a lot of time.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I had someone leave a 'card to call' in my letter box and not even attempt to knock. I heard them put it in the letter box and went to open the door and they ran off. Disgusting service, NEVER use them

Miserable, arrogant staff. Tracking not updated until after delivery. Signatures not taken or posted on website. Refunds demand all documents relating to the original purchase of the item. Expensive with no better deal than competitors, in fact worse! Post not pushed fully through the letterbox. Gates left open. Refuse to deliver if a lazy 12 year old Labrador walks up to them with his tail wagging. Unions still have 1970s attitude. Delusional sense that they are still the only carrier. They strike because they lose business to rivals. So? Try operating to the same standards instead of convincing yourselves that you’re doing us a favour. Try wearing a decent uniform like UPS. Instead of shorts, trainers and 3 days growth. Slobs,a failed business brought on by arrogance, unions and unwillingness to compete.

Royal Mail Express Tracked Delivery informed my parcel was delivered - I was in house reading email at the time it was supposed to be delivered. There was no delivery. No card posted saying where it is , no way of talking to Royal Mail, their website says its now my problem to contact sender. SO, if Royal Mail mess up -- the customer has to sort out. Do not use them , they are the worst delivery company by far from my experience

Don’t use Royal Mail international track and sign it is a complete waste of money! Sent a parcel to NZ on 01.10.2019 which was supposed to arrive last Thursday at the latest. The latest update they can give me is that it left the UK last Wednesday (8 days after it was posted). No confirmation that it’s even landed in NZ yet or expected date of arrival. Just have to hope and pray it’s not lost as the parcel cannot be tracked until it has been scanned at customs. Very confused as to why end to end tracking is advertised when they can’t actually track it at the crucial time from leaving one country to arriving in another. Don’t bother calling up for more information unless you want to be kept on hold for ages, passed from pillar to post and then told the same information!

They have caused me so much unnecessary stress for years! They will not leave with a neighbor unless you fill out a card for them telling them to do so. Well i have no filled out 8 of these in total and not ONCE has a parcel been left with a neighbor! I work from home so am always in, leave windows open so i can hear the postman and have a white doorbell on a black door yet they STILL manage to fail delivery about 80% of the time yearly! It got to the point i started thinking they were doing it on purpose! I am so sick of travelling to their collection office, they should start giving those red cards a wage because they do more work than their postmen! Their tracking is a joke and so out od date witht he modern world, even the very cheapest couriers give FULL tracking so you know what day the parcel will arrive. With Royal Mail it is a total guessing game, the parcel could come the next day or next year but the tracking doesn't aid in telling you in any way at all. I have actually started paying people on ebay etc a bit extra to NOT use Royal Mail and instead send with a courier. I NEVER have failed deliveries from couriers as they provide tracking so you know when it is out for delivery, they ring the doorbell and wait for you they don't run off after 5 seconds. They have the brains to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place too if i am not home. Last week i heard the doorbell, ran to the window and the postman was ALREADY walking up the hill i live on! I have this on CCT too and sent it to RM on a complaint but nothing was ever done about it, this action proved to me they don't even bring the parcels with them just those red cards! I hate this company and pray for the day it is taken over by a more modern and competent company, i have lost so much money being self employed through RM getting parts i need days later even when i have sat in all day waiting for the parcel, you actually have to fight to get your parcels from RM these days it is insane! They are also massively over priced, the same sized parcel i can send with a courier for £2.80 would cost me nearly £10 with RM for a tracked service! Even then you better make sure you have a free half an hour when you go into a post office because all of their staff seem to be as slow as a zombified snail. The company is a joke and isn't fit for business in the modern world, if you need to send parcels then use couriers is all i can say. Screw you Royal Mail, the day i never have to give you morons a second thought cannot come soon enough!!!

Used international track & sign first class supposed to get to its destination within 4 working days it was sent on the 18.9.19 had to go through the upu postal service to track it after the uk guess what its sitting supposedly in Barbados on the 23.9.19 Why I have no idea as its destination was for spain! No further information is available now I have to compensate a buyer due to this and find our how to get the item sent back to me. Certainly won't be using this unreliable service again!
