“I now sell on Ebay and after a few hiccups with other delivery companies I now only us Royal Mail. I always use a signed for service. Royal Mail have for the most part been outstanding, just on a couple of occasions the parcels were a few days late arriving”

“I have received a parcel from eBay but it was a faulty so I printed a free return label and send it back to Northern Ireland. The next two days I look on the tracking I couldn't believe the parcel was send to wrong destination is in Norfolk, England with same street named! it mean to be in Ireland. Phoned the customer service a awful service the lady was be nasty to me and raise her tone said it is eBay's fault for print wrong address but the address it was correct when I checked. She said the return address on packet it will be redirect back to my home but for two weeks on tracking it show the parcel it has been travel everywhere never been to Northern Irleand yet it went to Norwich, Chelmsford and Peterborough and back to Norwich again. It seem the postperson don't know what to do, my parcel it never return to my home address the tracking it went silent ever since. I try to claim my money back for Royal Mail after fill a ridiculous form with too many question. Sadly I have never got the money back or recevie any letter from them what a day light robbery I wouldn't highly recommend to use Royal Mail service ever it is scam!”

“Posted a correct stamped letter to a School. Two weeks later I get the original back in a covering envelope from RM National Returns Centre stating that they couldn't deliver the letter. They had franked my original tamps, but took two weeks to return my letter. So, if I want to risk posting it again, at my expense, I'm relying on the postie doing their job on any given day.”
“This company is absolutely awful. I send parcels all the time and every single time they seem to have “lost” some of my stuff. I’ve heard the horror stories of staff stealing things but seriously... this is pushing it. I go through Hermes instead now, the people are nicer, the tracking is great and everything is fine now. “Once again need to make a 10mile round trip to collect an undelivered item or experience a delay by arranging redelivery. This service is dying on its feet because they won't sort out this stupidity as you competitors are far better with customer service. If I shop on the internet I actively avoid suppliers that use royal mail for deliveries and if I send parcels I now use a courier service so my customers don't have these problems. Royal Mail managers will be responsible for the loss of a lot of jobs in the near future if they don't get a grip soon”
