“I wrote acceptable because when I asked about the two months it took to get my rug, I would get answers or status. However, what is NOT acceptable is your company having my money for those two months. How can you hold someone’s money for that time? I should have been told that the stick on my rug was not in and it would take some time for it to come in….. not take my money and s ay it is to hold the rug that I wait for. Sorry, but that is not good customer service. And also, I was offered another rug I place if I did not want to wait which I was told was a more expensive rug and I would not be charged more than you already took. Well that rug was wool and viscose, so it was NOT a better rug; it was a downgrade. I DO love the rug and it looks beautiful. I am glad I have it now, but those comments are authentic from me. Hope it could change and I would do business or suggest your company to others.”

“Ordered rug in August... Many many excuses later... Received lessor quality rug 6 months later. Required to pay for return shipping. Gaslighting to make me out to be wrong about a different quality than represented. Do not... do not recommend.”

“It's a fine rug and arrived in fine condition. The rug was folded up rather than rolled up. this made it smaller for shipping. The instructions directed us to unfold the rug, then roll it up for 24 horus. This doens't work in a New York apartment with 3 kids. So we just laid it out and begin to use. It works fine. I was a little aggravated that we were charged for the rug when we ordered it, but not when it shipped 2 months later. It's not a huge issue, because we knew we wanted the rug and weren't in a huge rush.”

“Have not received it yet. The original ad said it was free checking but when the check out page appeared there was a $5.95 shipping fee. I sent an email explaining this but have not heard back from you yet so I don’t know the resolution”

“I love this rug. It was lightweight for me alone to install, it's so easy for the vacuum to roll over it. (My wool and plastic rugs makes the vacuum drag) and the rugs look is perfect in my mountain home.”

“Very unhappy with customer service I tried to cancel an order i placed 10 min after on Christmas Day bc I hit the wrong size They replied that item has been shipped I asked for tracking number They did not provide. I contacted fed ex to cancel shipment they did 4 days after when they received item ( so tells me it wasn’t shipped) Rugs done right charged me $39 for shipping when I tried to stop this whole process and waste of time and now money I asked for a receipt since I’m being charged $39.40 for shipping I’m still waiting on that”
