“First rug damaged in transit, & subsequently took another additional week before even shipping out a replacement. As well, used the same substandard shipping company that damaged the first one. 5-7 business days to arrive via truck from Atlanta, which is a 2 day transit point. Unacceptable on all counts”

“This actually makes me laugh. Rugs Done Right asking me for a review. It’s been a month and there’s absolutely nothing happening with the rug I ordered. I emailed customer service and still have not received a response. Oh, but the rug pad came right away. Lot of good that’ll do me with no actual rug. And of course, they billed me in full right away for both items. Gotta say...this is definitely Rugs Done Wrong”

“At first, I was a little hesitant with Rugs Done Right, but I went ahead and purchased the carpet that caught my eye. It was very beautiful and was being sold at a reasonable price. However, having to wait for a notification of shipment, a tracking number, and the long delivery wait time was very frustrating. I recommend RugsDoneRight, but to also have a lot of patience when awaiting the arrival of your purchase.”

“I tried to return before the rug was shipped and never recieved a confirmation until after the rug shipped. I have been trying to return it for weeks and nobody will respond to the Return submission form.”

“The company was excellent- the only negative is that the rug I choose is still filling the vacuum bag twice each time it is vacuumed. It is vacuumed each week.”

“The problem I experienced is the lack of communication with your company. So, I tried an email without any success. I received no response. Then I tried to call and I did get through. Your customer service person was very professional and extremely helpful. The rug finally arrived when she told me it would. It is beautiful and good quality. The only suggestion I would have is to just keep your customers posted, even if it is to notify them of a delay. Any communication is good. Thank you.”
