“I ordered 2 rugs, but only received 1. There was no order update stating that. I am happy with the quality of the one I have received so far.”

“I received my rug. It was perfect. I love it.Colors were as they appeared on the computer. The reason for only 4 stars is because when initially purchased,I was told it would ship within 5 days. It took over 3 months.I know in this covid time things are very messed up. I would have appreciated hearing from them to keep me updated. I had to keep contacting them and I began to lose confidence in this Co. They had my money,I had no rug. It did, however, turn out fine.”

“Once I had paid for the area rug, R D R was kind enough to send an e-mail thanking me for my purchase, offering a suggestion and reminder to purchase a rug pad for the underneath of the rug to maintain its integrity for wear and comfort. R D R also offered a small discount for an additional purchase. While I have been sent a confirmation code, we are still waiting for the actual date delivery ,date.”

“The process of ordering was easy. However, when I didn’t receive shipping info for 2 weeks, I inquired, & was told that I must not have seen the email that the item was back ordered. I never received any such email, & I checked all folders including my spam. So one star off for that lack of communication. I still have not received my rug, but have been notified that it should arrive soon. Looking forward to it!”

“Outstanding customer service! I ordered multiple items that had to be delivered in multiple shipments due to manufacturer availability. I had some issues with the last shipment as I was set to move before it arrived. Contacted customer service; they were helpful, resourceful and more importantly, got the job done without me having to worry about it. Would order with them again for sure.”

“I have not yet received my rug and it has been over two months. Customer service did respond right away however, they never gave me a direct answer to my questions. Once I receive my rug, I’ll write a review to let you know if it was worth the wait.”

“Had to ask about why my rug hadn’t been shipped yet (over 3 weeks since purchase date). Then was told i must have missed the email that my rug was on backorder and wasn’t a going to ship until mid August but I was first in line. Later that day I got notice that my rug shipped. Kind of convenient, seems like my order got dropped instead.”

“I live in Panama and my rug arrived to my small island within 1.5 weeks. Amazing!! Fast shipping. I originally ordered a rug and did not receive an email that it was out of stock. I emailed and received a response within a day. Then, I called and ordered a different rug. It was seamless and the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and nice. Overall, service and shipping were excellent. I LOVE this rug. It is perfect for our needs in this hot, humid and tropical environment. Looks great on our balcony under our hammocks. The yellow pops of color go well with our yellow building. Rug feels great under bare feet.”

“The rug was of the quality and size represented. RugsDoneRight processed the order efficiently and the rug was delivered in about a week as promised. BUYER BE WEAR: (1) Actual color of rug may vary from online image; (2) Return policy is rigid. Be sure you understand return terms to avoid surprises; (3) Cost of return shipping is buyer's responsibility and is much higher than expected. In my case - shipping from California to Georgia - estimated ship cost per website was $0.75/sq ft or ~$50. The actual return shipping cost via UPS ground (the lowest rate) was $250. Big surprise! (4) It is difficult to talk to anyone at company as there are long wait times. They seem to prefer to communicate on line rather than in person. They take two days to get back to you with an RMA approval which eats into your 14 day return policy time frame.”
