“Excellent! I worked with John; from my first phone call, he bent over backwards to be helpful without being pushy. He made suggestions, offered new thoughts re: my purchase, and was most gracious. He provided samples for me to take home and try. Knowing my budget was very tight, he nonetheless worked tirelessly to find a rug that I would be happy with. My rug shipped immediately and I received it in record time and in perfect condition. I would use the Rug Studio again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Rug Studio!”
