“i'm looking for a rating that is for better than "Very Good". i just had the most unexpected positive experience in buying something online e-v-e-r from Amelia and Katie at RugStudio. Who are those wonderful people that provided service that far exceeded expectations. helpful A+, quick A+, friendly A+, resourceful A+ and best of all for RugStudio ... I bought more than i came to buy and actually loved it. who spends more than they wanted and loves it? Well, me because of the quality of the service. “I love my rugs. I purchased a pair of matching 4 x 4 and a 3 x 5 rugs for my master bath. They are thick and comfortable when standing on them. They fit my hard to fit spaces. They vacuum well. Delivery was expeditious. Laid them flat for a day with some weight on the ends before use to lay down the edges (only slightly bowed from rolled delivery) and they have remained perfectly flat. Impressed with the quality of these rugs so far, especially for the price. Feel they will hold up well with time and use.”
