“We payed the balance of a cruise for 23rd August 2020. We then had a call the same day, to say the cruise was cancelled. `however, the payment of nearly £3000 went ahed. We were then told it would take 3 months for a refund. This meant we would need to take money form savings to pay for a non existent cruise. Then 3 months later have the money sitting in a credit card account. Are they using us as a form of interest free credit for themselves? Never again, totally dishonest company.”

“Having been rejected by AXA for my car insurance and unable to speak to anybody at AXA I telephoned the SAGA (free) number and with the same details as given to AXA found the Insurance,slightly cheaper (£98) for the SAME cover BUT more importantly was assisted by a real Human Being on the line....who in fact took the trouble to phone me Back.... Human Beings....there are few of these about now ! Are there any at confused.com ?”

“Saga car insurance is ok , the only thing that I find disappointing is that I have not had any reduction or refunds during lockdown . Only used my car twice in 9 weeks and I am sure a lot of people feel the same about this.”

“all i wanted was to download my policy docs. tried several time. went on twitter to try sort out too 4 hours still no sorting of problem so don't use twitter. then telephoned followed their advice still no policy docs. phoned again at least this time supposed to be coming in the post. Sorry saga your a total waste of space. customer awful”

“The agent was polite, answered my questions and knowledgeable. It was a few days too early to renew my policy so, as she promised, telephoned at the time and on the day promised. Not only that, she had found a cheaper quote!! All in all 10 out of 10 for SAGA car insurance.”

“Excellent in all aspects, Rac insured, underwriter is Acromas/Saga, had a to make a claim when I run into the back of a driver who stopped accidentally on a motorway slip road, towed by rac in 60 minutes to their storage and was contacted and helped through out my claim professionally. Thanks for the Ladies at Saga/Acromas despite this difficult times.”

“Saga car insurance kept changing their quotes and when helpline approached failed to return my call after agreeing to do so. Given poor customer service turned to an alternative company to insure my car.”

“I bought it but thats as far as most insurance goes. They take the money every year . I'm 67 this birthday paid insurance(nott just this company) and have NEVER claimed anything.”

“Took out a travel insurance policy. Noticed 2 days later the date was from 02/20 and not 04/20 so rang them asking them to correct dates. Was told they'd have to charge me £52 cancellation fee as they'd have to cancel that policy and set up a new one. they would not budge so I took my business to a company with better customer service.”

“ALL I WILL SAY IS DO NOT USE SAGA INSURANCE USE ANYONE ELSE AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AND NOT BE OUT OF POCKET WITH THEIR CANCELLATION FEES AND ADMINISTRATION FEES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
