As a long time customer of Samsung products I would never use them again. A washing machine just over 1 year old, with a 5 year warranty. The plastic fin in drum has come off and the machine is leaking water from underneath. After a call, they have said plastic fin not covered, as has come off because of product I use !! Asked what product thinking after 40 years of washing am I using the wrong washing powder, no the product in question, is washing clothes like jeans with buttons, I thought he was joking, I did explain I turn jeans inside out. So he resorted back to putting the wrong products in. Because of the plastic fin not being covered he said I would have to pay for the whole repair, the leak as well. I suggested I should only pay for the uncovered part, but was told no. When i wanted to reasonably discuss this, he cut me off, then called back then cut me off. So be aware your 5 year warranty is useless. Also do not wash clothes in the washing machine as will be the wrong product. Another corporate company who are not bothered about their customers. So I still have a 1 year old washing machine that floods and cleans the floor when I use it.

We bought all bespoke products for our home, the week before Thanksgiving from Lowe’s… Install the dishwasher 3 days after finally get it in it to Lowe’s and it did not work… Lowe’s said they would warranty it because it had been 48 hrs..lol. Contacted Samsung over in India I guess and still as of today dec 15th still has not been fixed… customer service is terrible..

the box was damaged it looks like something heavy fell on it .I bought this for my parents for Christmas.i did contact you about it and got no solution.So I will be going forward with my story to newspaper

Do not buy anything from Samsung USA store. I bought an over the range microwave from them and they included delivery and installation, it was a lie. The order was not delivered on time as promised, I had to call the delivery company myself and schedule a delivery, even though Samsung was sending me text messages that it is being delivered today. The delivery company brought the microwave, dropped it and did not install it as promised. I called Samsung and for 2 weeks and 5 calls they kept promising me it is going to be installed in next 48 hours but nothing happened. They offered me 150$ credit for the 'inconvenience' and after 3 weeks, I did not receive anything, I called them and the representative told me I don\t qualify for this much refund!!.

The Courier service is lousy Great Product but the integrity and customer concern has the morality of a Bombay rat I was ripped of. Paid $2000 for a Galaxy plus $199 'Customer Care' but there was a 2 year warranty anyway so it was a fraud but my phone collapsed and they have not honoured the Swap nor the warranty nor the Customer Care BECAUSE they dont care a damn...the management are just greedy thieves

Text Samsung to repair my 1 year and a half dishwasher overflowing most of the time a computer is answering and when you talk with an actual human they are useless directing you to TV unlimited inc company that does not answer their phone nor call you to fix the problem Samsung keep connecting me to different human being who each time seems to repeat the same sentence over and over this is the last time I will ever have a Samsung device in my home

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever engaged with. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing anything from Samsung. I so much regret it.

Not worth to buy from Samsung. I ordered a Tablet with thier help wasted 2 to 3 hours to make sure I'm getting the right one. But when I received it I couldn't activat it. And no help from whats so ever

Don't buy Samsung products they treat you like a number and there people are trained to just keep saying the same things. I bought a 2000 dollar refrigerator that lasted a week. So I call Samsung for a refund after finding out they are rated at the bottom for reliability I didn’t want an exchange. So I jumped though all these hoops. I wonder how they would feel if I bought in the same manner. I had to buy another refrigerator because their proses is so slow it’s been over a month now apparently this doesn’t matter to them. And they say to hang on to your old one that stinks to high heaven because everything rotted in it. So after a month they say they are going to reimburse and the kicker is they aren’t getting the refrigerator ether. Never again they have policies they say another way of saying you’re a number to us . well I do to it’s called not buying your junk. I haven’t decided what I’m doing with the refrigerator I’m looking for where some of the boards of directors live I don’t care if it’s thousands I’m going to dropping it at their place

I bought a Samsung S23 ultra in the black Friday sale from the Samsung online store. It had £250 off the regular price. It was due to arrive 2 weeks later but the day before it was due, I had an email confirming my cancellation and refund. When I contacted them, the said that they had cancelled the order due to a system error and I would need to reorder however, they wouldn't be able to give me the black Friday discount as It was no longer black Friday. I have contacted them about this serveral times but they will not change their mind. Absolutely revolting behaviour. I will never buy another Samsung product

The tv Aue60 55 inch which I bought is just 2.5 years old age the display isn't working. I am being told that I need to change the display which is another 16 thousand. Pathetic product and service. I would never recommend anyone to buy samsung products

I have brought a S23 phone.The camera gallery has a folder Recents which just picks up all photos and puts them in one folder all jumbled up.All my photos are in diff albums.When i delete from recent folder the photos get deleted from other folder also.Un necessarily the folder is using up space My advice if you need to preserve space DONT BUY S23.Ihave been a SAMSUNGfan for a long time but i guess I will have to move on to other brands which actually come up with useful updates

Absolutely the worst customer service. Been given the run around about having to repair this garbage s22 ultra that I received from my warranty claim. The staff are not KnowledgeBase about their product and have horrible attitudes. I've been a loyal client since the note 2 and have literally purchases samsung almost my whole life. Will be looking at other options as I rather be treated properly for spending money on such an expensive device and getting the proper treatment I deserve. Their devices have been nothing but trouble. Having major issues with dropped calls and people that can't hear me on the other End.

Literally the worst customer service I have had from any company. I had a Galaxy Flip and the hinge failed within 9 months but Samsung just made excuses not to cover it and dragged it out for MONTHS where they would just "forget" to contact me. In the end I just gave up and bought a new phone. Would never buy a samsung product again based solely on the service. Everything is fine til something goes wrong

They offer manufacturer warranty and they don't follow threw with it. I paid 1200 for my flip 4 and my screen in a few months is splitting apart. My husband has the same phone and we will be junkies these phone at income tax time and never ever by a samsung product again.

I received a damaged Samsung product. After contacting Order Services (through Samsung's website) and providing a photo (upon request) of the damaged product, I was told that I would receive a $150.00 discount and an email that confirmed this agreement. The next I received an email from Samsung stating that "Unfortunately, we are not able to process your request for the refund for the damage..." So that others are duly warned of Samsung's dishonest customer service practices, I intend to share my experience with everyone I know, plus every online review opportunity I can find for this company.

If I can give Sansone a zero, I would’ve gave them a zero. They have been the worst delivery dates and times they can hold to their promises. Their customer service is even worse. they definitely are reading from a script and they are not able to help out the customer at all even when asking for a supervisor they say they emailed the supervisor and they will get back to you shortly and then you never hear from them again. They are unable to help out customers. This will definitely impact, my future purchases with Samsung. Very disappointing.

The damage on my tablet was minimal & Samsung is garbage for not covering it due to scratches from the charging cable! And so is Samsung Care for having to pay for a $99 deductible after paying $49 for insurance. The last Samsung product we'll purchase - if we can help it.
