Useless customer care. It’s like a punishment for choosing their product. No channel of communication is good: WhatsApp chat is simply useless. They aren’t able send a OTP . No one picks up the customer care phone if you call for the second time . Everyday I would receive a message in WhatsApp stating “we have received a request for cancellation of your service request “. This is the only communication I get from them. Simply annoying!

Ordered a monitor through their website, they did not give me a date that it would be delivered so I was unable to be there. They did not email or attempt to contact me when it wasn't able to be dropped off to me. I waited for 2 weeks before contacting support to where I had to reexplain the situation numerous times and they said they'd reschedule a delivery and reach out with a date. It's been 2 days and I have not got any update or email on the matter. I would recommend going through bestbuy or any other 3rd party site for their products since they do not value their customers nor delivery.

Case id 4382756108, the issue was occurred when the Samsung engineer(which they are not) repaired the fridge and it stopped working after three months. Know they are asking me to pay the charges for gas. Stating that it is only have three month warranty 1) My only concern is that if the fault occurred due to improper installation by the last engineer why i have to pay. 2) Even you got something repair from the local vendor they assure you that product will work more than that and if something happened they will repair. 3) What is difference in Samsung engineer(as they called themselves otherwise they are trainee which learn on customer products) and local engineer(they are more qualified

One of my friend bought a new Samsung s20plus mobile in 2020 and she got a new update this month and after updating that got a pink line due to some software error so that she went to this service centre and she shown that my mobile was over 3 years warranty but she got new update in this month itself. And she was not having any physical damage and even they have also checked that and after they said to Remove the protection glass bring the mobile while removing the glass got some Little even they service centre manager know that then after he asking to pay 18k for the Removel of pink line and also Samsung costomer service centre people not responding properly and im very dissatisfied of buying the mobile and she didn't get any help from them. And also the problem is from their side it is because of software update she got that pink line. My mobile cost is 80k.and for sure I'm filing the consumer case on this. And she need a justice for this.

I have Samsung Z3 fold, still under warranty. Now I have some issues with main fold screen! Has black line in the middle! The material in the middle started cracking Service Center didn't fix because on the frame of my screen has same dents. This dent didn't affect my screen. Samsung don't fix my phone until the COV make decision . I have wait another 21 days when they making decisions. It's horrible service!!

I will keep this short, my extremely negative experience with Samsung had to do with their customer service and ordering anything directly from them that is at all complicated. We were able to get a very good deal on our refrigerator ordering it directly from Samsung but honestly it was not worth the incredible amount of aggravation we had to go through and calling customer service again and again as they messed one thing up after another as they broke one promise followed by another by another. I'm not going to I'm not going to go into details here but all you'd have to do is try calling their customer service and see what you get. I like Samsung products a great deal but get them in directly from a Best Buy or a Home Depot somewhere else. Don't order from Samsung directly unless you absolutely have to because if you have to deal with the customer service you are going to regret it.

I bought a cable for my charger/adapter. I spoke directly with an agent from Samsung, so as not to put the wrong cable in my phone. When I went to use the cable, I found that not only was it not compatible with my phone, it didn't even fit. After spending 2 hours on the phone, I'm being tossed like a ball to five different agents. Each time having to explain all over again, why I was calling. I was eventually hung up on. They all expressed that Samsung had made a mistake in sending me the wrong cable, but that because more than 15 days had passed, there was nothing they could do. So Samsung made the mistake, and I have to pay for it. I was never told I had only 15 days to make sure the agent knew what he was talking about and had sent me the right product. I thought that going to a reputable company like Samsung, would be the best way to ensure I received the correct cable for my phone. I was more than wrong!

Samsung has by far the worst and most infuriating support I've ever encountered. The amount of time and energy they have taken from me is criminal.

Too bad there is not a ZERO ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company to deal with. My first purchase through SAMSUNG SHOP AND SURELY MY LAST ONE. Terrible system and no real ways to deal with complaints. If your trade IN device dissappears, there is a smart scheme behind to get both the phone and the money.

Really poor customer service. No attempt at resolving or repairing the problem. No ownership of the problem and the warranty is as good as a chocolate fireguard! Last Samsung appliance we will be buying

I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. We bought a package of Samsung appliances through Best Buy for a kitchen renovation. Two of the 4 appliances have had multiple issues in the first year and customer service is the worst in the industry. Making matters worse, they contract with difficult to schedule repair companies. Our dishwasher broke within the first year and after 4 repair visits and nothing fixed Samsung offered to refund, replace, or credit us. We opted for a refund to get away from Samsung but it’s been torture trying to get it done. They keep arguing that we’re out of warranty and not due a refund, forgetting that they offered to refund/replace/credit us to begin with. I’ve spoken with at least 7 different reps and have to start all over each time explaining the warranty begins upon delivery, not on the date of purchase because they don’t put notes in tickets, so you have to relive the nightmare of explaining the same thing again and again. They cancel tickets arbitrarily and you have to open another one and try and reference a previous one and it never seems to work. I’ve wasted hours of my life on the phone with these people. They give you the run around repeatedly and it seems intentional (canceling tickets, missing information and having us resubmit paperwork again and again, and this time they’ve told me only my husband can make a refund request even though I’ve talked to them for hours at this point about this issue and refund.) Samsung is shady. Stay away!

Samsung refused to repair my dishwasher that was diagnosed with a "pc" error code (circuit board or wire harness defect) because the plastic rail that supports the front left front foot has a small crack in it which has nothing to do with the electronics. They blamed the retailer's delivery service from 11 months ago. I spoke to a representative from customer service, a representative from the service department and finally a supervisor. The best they could do is compare their policy to other companies rather than explain why their company is different than others. The dishwasher is 11 months old and is unusable, it cost over $700.00. Samsung is a $233 billion dollar company that gives no latitude to it's supervisors to resolve consumer concerns. The supervisor that I spoke with explained to me that as a supervisor he cannot change the policies of Samsung and he can only explain the policies are to the consumer. He apologized for not giving me any options so I told him that he did give me options...the option to never do business with his horrible company again. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received a call from Samsung to next day explaining that they cannot open my service ticket number because it is closed. I told them that if they wanted to open a new ticket they could but they are choosing not too. I bought a new GE dishwasher today and spent another $700+. I've been without a dishwasher for three weeks trying to resolve the issue. Samsung deserves a class action lawsuit, their warranty specifically states that transit damage is not covered which is valid but when you try to get failed electronics repaired under the warranty they blame transit damage, it's an easy out! The third part company that came to service the dishwasher wouldn't even open the dishwasher up when they saw the small crack (literally 1/8" wide in the plastic rail that supports the leg) even though the technician read the "pc" error code. He immediately ran to his vehicle to call Samsung and he filed a report which I was told was undeniable by the Samsung supervisor. Awful company, awful experience. If zero was a rating I would have picked that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY THAT USES EASY OUTS AND EXCUSES TO GROW THEIR PROFITS. Clearly customer service is of little concern to this so called company.
