The worst company ever the refrigerator is junk bought 4 door refrigerator ice make is very small turns ice into a block of ice if not used every day all doors don’t line up bought from Sumsung direct never again I would buy a Sumsung product customer service is the worst watch out before u buy

Urgent GAS SAFETY issue IGNORED Ordered a gas hob from samsung for a new kitchen. When it was installed, the plumber discovered it had a gas leak so instructed us not to use it. Samsung were already aware of the issue having issued a safety recall on the product A MONTH before (they hadn't informed us, despite us having ordered directly from them). They put us onto Midea who were supposed to be doing the repairs under the recall. Visit was booked for over 2 weeks later. Day before scheduled visit, they cancel the appointment. Transpires they don't actually have the replacement part for the repair, and haven't had them for six weeks, so should never have scheduled the appointment. This fault has already resulted in a gas explosion causing serious injury (not us) so it's an urgent safety issue. Samsung customer service (lol) passing us from one department to another, with no-one actually resolving the problem. Hard to imagine how they could make customer service any worse!

I've been trying to get Live TV on my Samsung Smart TV and all I can get is Samsung Plus with its hundreds of channels. I just want the regular local TV channels. I purchased the TV at Costco and they forwarded me to the Samsung help desk, a guy named Louie. He directed me through a series of menus, then asked to to press something that wasn't there. I told him, "it's not there." He said, "Sir, just press the button". I said, "It's not th..." he interupted me "Sir--listen to me." I said "I did--it's not there--you listen to me" then he hung up.

Samsung doesn't value YOU as a loyal customer! Purchased 2 Galaxy Z Fold 5"s with 2 cases, and 2 buds2 pro, and a 15w charger,($3400 worth) from samsung.com. The very next day I was looking at Shop Samsung app and the exact same order was cheaper by $798.07. I called Samsung customer service to get price match (both Samsung.com & Shop Samsung app are owned by Samsung) They refused stating there was no price difference. I sent 3 screen shots per their request and THEY verified price difference, but stated that they will not refund the $798.07. When shipment arrived, I refused it / return to sender. (I want my $3400 refunded, Samsung can keep their products) I, just like many other consumers are loyal, devoted Samsung customers (my refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, 3 tvs and 3 cellphones, 1 landline phone/ answering system & 4 tablets, ALL Samsung products, so now that Samsung WILL NOT refund/ price match their own .com/app platforms, I will No LONGER purchase ANY Samsung products EVER. I'm now switching all cellphones to Apple iPhone to start. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER, LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. Yes I understand I'm just one person, but I believe that LOYALTY & HONOR says a lot. I will not give my hard earned money to companies that DO NOT follow these values. NO LONGER A DEVOTED, LOYAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER

I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am with the samsung A54. Firstly the keyboard is miserable to use. And, it didn't carry over well my Google account. Losing many passwords. When I tried to switch to biometrics to sign in. It wouldn't let me the fingerprint scanner never appeared. I wouldn't recommend it to someone I didn't like. Going into the settings was no help at all Overall it is clearly a lower teitier hone. The only thing I liked about it is the .Imicro SD card slot. Darn it's taking me too long to type this due to the crappy key oard .

I ordered a tv and wall bracket to the value of just under £1K. Delivery due at a time of my choosing. Bad mistake….. delivery failed because they couldn’t supply the code needed. Week later they still hadn’t re ordered, week after still not re ordered, week after ask for refund, only partial received. Completely useless, horrible experience, still chasing rest of my money

Horrible service experience. Took 3 appointments to finally have a tech show up under my extended warranty. Service center in NJ does not respond, will not refer problems to management. Paid to have new 65” tv wall mounted; techs left my walls covered with grease from hands, used no shoe covers. Tech wanted to leave tv mounted with only 1 bracket attached! After they left, saw they broke the pull strap in rear of TV. Absolutely horrible service!!!

I bought Samsung washing machine from company...they never help me... they charged too much money.. they sell me defective peace..but they didn't change me peace..and they didn't give me my refund that..so boycott Samsung...now..

Absolutely Sorry Ass Service... I purchased a Samsung Z Fold 4 Last October. The phone started having problems in April and May so I finally sent it in to YouBreakIFix who does Warranty repair for Samsung... 3 months and 3 mother boards later, Samsung didn't want to do anymore warranty work on it because the warranty had expired. So YouBreakIFix told me to send it in to Samsung. Needless to say, they initially told me they were not going to charge me for the repair but a month later they send me a new phone and a charge to my credit card for a repair of $388.62. Upon calling the repair side,i was told they didn't care what the other customers service rep told you, or who was doing repair work. If it was here it doesn't count and here is your charge.. I will never deal with this product again...I promise

Machine broke within 2 years, Samsung refusing to fix it even though it’s within warranty period. On top of that they made multiple empty promises, wasted hours and hours of our time, and caused massive avoidable stress to my pregnant wife. Shocking behaviour

Purchasing online is definitely not a good experience. Bought a fridge online, unfortunately got bamboozle thinking it would get delivered. After a couple of days they even had the nerve to call me to say congratulations on your new purchase. Delivery set for Sunday, guess who stayed home all day? Not Delivery! Monday I did the online chat. Logistics company called to arange another date. Given the choice Thursday or Friday. I chose friday, they said they would confirm Thursday. No call on Thursday, so again to the online chat. Samsung rep it will come friday. The Logistics company called me to change the date to Saturday. Said truck broke down. Lie!! Because i never received Thursday confermation window. So guess who stayed home friday from work. Moral of the story you need to book vacation time when buying online at Samsung. Extremely disappointed. I started the return process. I will buy my fridge from a store. It won't be Samsung!

The worst!!!!!!! I OPENED a TV box in the master bathroom of the house. It did not work and the protective wrap is on the TV. They did send customer service who then said I told Tech support it was in the bathroom so no coverage! Wait, what? It was defective out of the box and still in the wrapper! Over the past few years I have purchased 9 Samsung TVs. Whether a niece or nephew broke it, wife knocked it over cleaning, or it just stopped working, and they offer no help? Do not honor warranty? Not to mention a fridge and washer and dryer. This is how they treat customers. I will never buy their products again!

Do NOT buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 LITE if you plan on using the pen. I originally bought the tablet and then started using it for drawing. I then encountered a dead spot on the tablet that the pen wouldn't draw on. At first I thought maybe it was the screen itself, but it was a PERFECT circle. I then took it into a professional to get it looked at They thought it might be a battery that was interfering with the pen. I then called Samsung to ask if they could take a look, they then told me that if I wanted to have them look at it, I'd be charged for it. I didn't want to, so I went somewhere and basically exchanged the tablet I had for an exact same tablet. The SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. So basically, do NOT use the pen that comes with the tablet if you plan on it. I had to go and buy a 3rd party pen just to be able to use a pen on this tablet. Have fun spending extra money on a product that shouldn't have needed to in the first place.

I don't feel who I talked to understood my issue and the Samsung employee could not use the app she sent me to view what I was talking about in real time because it was not working properly either. I'm strongly considering switching to Apple products phone TV etc. I suggest this if deciding to get one or the other. Samsung support could not fix the problem, then when I told them I wanted to talk to someone else another day they went ahead and sent me a return slip in the mail, which will cost me money if there's nothing wrong with the device. This place has people working for them on the phones that English is their 2nd language and it's very hard for me to understand them. Over all a very bad experience.

samsung warranty is the worst!!! my phone have been broken for almost 2 months and samsung keeps telling me they have to put in more claims. All the stores samsung recommend to fix the phone screen never have the parts and in order to swap stores you have to put in another claim, which is another deductible. I would not recommend this company

I am never ordering anything again through Samsung.com. I had the worst experience ordering the front load washer by calling Samsung.com. The customer person knew that I had stackable washer & dryer. Only the washer needed replacing (which is on the bottom). Delivery persons arrived on October 12, 2023. Took one look at what he was to remove. He said he couldn't install the unit because the parts that secure the stackable hardware were not ordered. He said you can't just replace a washer, it has be both the washer and dryer. News to me! This was for a home of men with special needs. This was a major problem for them and now you have just wasted everyone's time and my money refunding my credit card. Delivery person said it would be 10-12 days to get the refund as it takes a long time for the unit to get returned to the warehouse. I have now waited 15 days, have called several times, they transfer me, I explain all over again and the say nothing can be done until it arrives back in the warehouse. This guy today said the washer was still with the delivery company. I want the $601.07 refund now. Samsung needs to trace the unit and know that I don't have the washer. Customer service is really a ZERO rating for me. Customer service should have had more knowledge to get this order correct! Order #US169187361
