After sales and warranty is non existant Purchased a Samsung American Fridge freezer Model RS90F66BEFEU FAMILY HUB 10/10/2025 which retails at £1899 in Curry's. The Fridge freezer had two problems from day one. I firstly tried to deal with the online chat in regards to my warranty complaint but after over an hour of slow and poor communication I gave up. The following day I contacted them by telephone and ended up speaking to four different people and yet again failed to get any sort of assistance. I finally wrote an email outlining my Issues and after four days I have not received a reply. Today (11/11/25) I have made a further call where I was cut off from my call during our discussions. I purchased a Samsung product expecting a quality item and good customer service experience If required. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Non existant Customer service is how I would honestly descibe my experience. Thankfully I used a credit card to purchase this product and will now contact my bank to raise a dispute.

The worst customer service I have ever had, if I could I would give them 0 stars. They have no idea how to help or advise you about the problem you are calling and keep transferring you from one line to another and each one says something different. I spent almost £500 paid in full for a Samsung TV and they were unable to help me with my remote control problem. Shame on Samsung for such a bad customer service and especially that with such a reputation for a big brand as Samsung you cannot solve a minor problem.

This company is the biggest scammer I have ever encountered. We bought an $1800 TV less than a year ago and it is my husband and myself living in a home. It is hanging above my fireplace we go to turn it on and there’s big lines down the middle of the TV we try everything we call Best Buy where we bought it. They tell us to call Samsung. We call Samsung. We send him a picture. They tell us that it was physical damage, which is completely impossible because it’s been hanging above our fireplace. There’s nothing on it no cracks. Nothing just these lines. They insist that it is physical and they will not cover it at this point. Life is too short to sit and argue Over this, but I could tell you I will never ever purchase Samsung and I am in a position at my job where I come in contact with a lot of people and I will be sure to let them know what a horrible company you are.

Android auto doesn't work; when they switched the note series to the s series, everything went to "h e double l". the S Pens don't work the way they're supposed to that happened right away.I'm on my second s pen with the 25 ultra. There used to be a reset button for the S Pen and you could update the software. They've taken that off the S. Pen never gives me a notification when I leave it behind, now. I have four hand conditions, and I wouldn't be able to do a fraction of what i'm able to do on my mobile devices without a stylus.The s pen is a godsend for me.It's the only reason that I buy this phone. I've lost it a couple of times and been able to find it again, but that notification IS an option, and I always make sure that that it's on. The video function AND zoom lenses were affected quite negatively. There's a shake to videos, now and trying to refocus during a shoot results in all kinds of errors. I lost my only child. Photography is a huge type of therapy for me and I used to look forward to taking photos and editing them.You have made it so difficult in so many ways changing editing function. The S Pen isn't as accurate as it used to be on photos. The new AI erase button is UBER misleading. Might be nice if you told people that when they use it, it's going to put an a I.Label on the photos that you took.There's no way that that's legal samsung. I'm an abbon shore photographer, and I make sympathy cards that I occasionally sell, but mostly gift people that have lost children.The fact that you did that without telling anybody, (and I almost printed pictures up with AI on them) makes me livid. The haptic response has gotten weird with this phone as well.I barely get near the screen with the tip of the s.Pen, and something's happening on the screen.It's flipping pages.It never did that before.I mean, you had to actually apply a little bit of pressure, and it's not doing that.It's if you get it near the screen, the S Pen is kicking in.

Very Very Bad experience… Worst Customer care .. I purchase washing machine from their Samsung shop site . defective product received. 20 Day passed for replacing request , but product not received. Nobody’s have update . Please never purchase from Samsung product especially from Samsung app .

Hi sanjeev kumar (CEO) We have bought most expensive fridge of yours and our experience has been pathetic as our experience of Samsung fridge not working on day one You have to take this on priority Mr sanjeev with our service or change the product for us..THE DAY using and fridge is not cooling Kindly change with new one as first day has been pathetic with this product I would like CEO of Samsung to visit himself to understand the issue and solve the matter

£1000 0led monitor two weeks old and the joystick at the back has broken and they are saying not covered. I'd expect the joystick that controls the menu and powering on of the monitor to last a little longer than two weeks!!!!!Google this as it is cleary a fault in their products with other samsung monitors too. I will pursue this via my credit card company as not prepered to let this go!. I will never buy directly from them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

Samsung - What a load of rubbish - Never purchase anything from them again. I brought their most expensive washing machine thinking it would be well built and last for a long time. Under 6 months and its broken, they will not replace it and the repair engineers keep on replacing the same parts which do not fix the issue at all. They Sales support people are EXTREMELY rude and you can hear from their voices that they dont care from as soon as they answer the call. I will never touch Samsung again !!!!! --27th October-- It has now been repaired twice and they has also damaged the washing machine with dents and scratches and also broken something else inside so when you open the door you now get a rattling noise. They still will not replace it and want to book another repair and I dont know if they will repair the damage on this less than 6 months old washing machine. They are so bad I wish I could make people believe in what a say and buy from a company that will have a warranty that is actually a warranty instead of a lie.

Guys let me tell that Samsung online shopping is biggest scam and its a mental harassment for anyone who opted for this. Until the time you buy the product, they will be very helpful, but as soon as you pay the money, now starts your mental torcher. They will start behaving like who are you and they don't know anything about the delivery of the product. According to their call center representative hey don't have any access to solve your problem. They won't respond to your mail, no communication over phone. No one will tell you who and when your product will get delivered. I am facing this problem since last one week for my purchase of Samsung washing machine. I can only alert you with my experience. Choice is yours.

Combined Review – Barclays Likewise, O2, and Samsung UK > I’ve been completely failed by Barclays Likewise Tech Insurance, O2, and Samsung UK. I bought my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra LTE 47mm Titanium Grey 32GB from O2 and took out Barclays Likewise Tech Insurance to protect it. I paid my insurance for months, and when my watch was stolen, I filed a claim — only to have it rejected because my proof of purchase didn’t show a “serial number,” only the IMEI number. I contacted O2, who confirmed that the IMEI number is the serial identifier for this watch, and that’s all they can provide. Samsung UK refused to help because I didn’t buy directly from them, even though they easily could have confirmed that the IMEI belongs to one of their devices. Meanwhile, Barclays Likewise refused to accept the IMEI as proof, leaving me stuck in a loop between all three companies — each pointing fingers, none taking responsibility. I’ve now lost £600 for the watch and over £250 in insurance payments, and I still have no resolution. This entire experience has been frustrating, unfair, and completely avoidable. I did everything right — paid for insurance, kept my proof of purchase, and followed every step of the process — yet when it came time to claim, all three companies turned their backs. If you’re thinking about insuring your tech with Barclays Likewise or buying through O2, please think twice. When you actually need help, you’ll discover how easily they can leave you stranded.

No one answers the telephone in the Liverpool store and so one has to attend in person. The chat line couldn’t sort out my problem and couldn’t book me an appointment in the store. The form that one has to complete in order to get an appt asks questions that we cannot answer and it took repeated attempts to book an appt in store. To be fair once in store and with the correct documentation the engineer did sort out my phone.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES we have a faulty oven. It’s still within the 2 year warranty. It has never functioned properly. Has about 4 faults. 2 faults have been repaired by a technician but it is still not able to cook properly. Temperature totally uneven. I can’t bake a tray of cakes as those on the edge burn and in the middle they’re barely cooked. Samsung don’t seem to be interested and just want to keep fixing it even though it is not fit for purpose as can’t even do what it is advertised ie cook or even reach temperature. Customer services just read from a script as do the complaints department. I think they just want to wear you down until you give up and buy elsewhere. The most awful experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy anything from Samsung again

Do NOT buy appliances from Samsung...they are absolute garbage no matter how nice they make them look. I bought a range only 2 years ago for $1200, the cooktop has cracked and Samsung has no replacement parts available. I'm told I can make a special order and pay up front, then kindly wait for overseas delivery for MONTHS, plus the parts and repairs will cost over half of what I already paid for the range. Needless to say, I've already had to go out and buy another range (obviously not Samsung)!

Extreme disappointment regarding the poor service and negligence by Samsung’s authorized service partner Mass Service Solutions in handling my refrigerator issue. The technician who visited my home refilled gas and charged ₹3,400, during the service, he damaged the refrigerator door, all food items inside were spoiled during the ongoing festival time, I immediately contacted your Customer Care, but they offered no help beyond repeating scripted responses. This experience is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Samsung. Still getting no response/resolution from Samsung. Your services are pathetic.

I got a samsung galaxy 6 watch about 3 years ago and it has saved my life twice. I found out I had a bad heart have a leaking valve. All some out of rhythm. My watch went one day saying I was in AFIB. An it kept going off all day. Called my cardiologist an I was in afib. Went in an had a little surgery done. An I was good for a year. Then one Sunday I got the shakes an my watch went off again was in afib again. My watch has caught alot of BP ech an so much more. I have swear by this watch. If anything ever happens I will get another. Every day I check everything to make sure I'm going. Lol. I brag on it all the time an I like how I can bring all the numbers up for doctor. So I have a record of it all. Thank you so much for one smart watch that really works. Thank Sheree Rumley

Mijn telefoon is nu al drie keer ter reparatie geweest en ik ben zeer ontevreden. Ik heb spijt dat ik geen iPhone heb gekozen. De Samsung S24 wordt zo heet dat ik hem bijna niet kan gebruiken, zelfs als er geen apps actief zijn en ik slaap. Als de batterij nog 25% is voor het slapen, valt hij midden in de nacht al uit. Mijn vorige telefoon, de Samsung S10, heb ik vier jaar zonder problemen gebruikt. Die batterij hield het veel langer vol en werd nooit zo heet als deze. Deze S24 is echt een teleurstelling in vergelijking met mijn oude S10. Ik hoop dat Samsung met een oplossing komt, want op dit moment raad ik deze telefoon niet aan.
