Purchase a brand new Samsung. Exactly a year later the phone keep saying no network connection. Tmobile said it's Samsung issue. I called Samsung. They sent me to one of ther authorized vendor to check. Their authorized vendor said the phone need to be replace . I called they said i just need to buy a new phone. How is that fair to people . Purchase a phone for $1200 and it only last a year.. No one should purchase samsung for that much money for it to last 1 year.

I bought several devices last year and from day one after the order was placed I was experiencing deceptive customer service. 1. Within 14 days the customers are guaranteed a price adjustment if the purchased item goes on sale and becomes cheaper than what it was purchased for. I contacted Samsung several times and was promised to have the price adjusted but it never happened and I was out of the return window eventually. So I just gave up 2. I bought an extended warranty for all three items I purchased and when I needed to use it for the remote control for the TV (broke within a few months of use), the rep told me that the warranty was only for one appliance. If I purchased every item individually I would have had a record of the warranty for each, but their itemized receipt for the bulk purchase only showed the warranty for one item instead of three and I just found out about it. 3. The induction range sometimes doesn’t work and doesn’t turn off, which is dangerous, especially when you have no time to stay and watch when it turns off or not. 4. The remote control from the TV broke very quickly and Samsung would not take responsibility for their junk. I am not going to shop and purchase anything from them again and will recommend my clients to use this brand.

Absolutely horrendous, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Worst customer service ever, i bought all brand new home appliances, within 6 month my fridge leaked twice and my laundry machine leaked, they sent in technician to fix the leak in the fridge, they said it was the ice maker and they need to order the part its been 3 weeks, then those technicians decided lets pull this machine to look at the back and royally damage my cabinets, no blanket to protect anything, not only that they broke my laundry door, now i have to shove it shut or i get error codes that the door is not closed, samsung is not doing anything to tix anything its been over 3 weeks and they really dont care, keep giving the speel we will give it to the higher ups, 10 different phone calls, information being lost all the time, no one really cares at all over there, they take you money and disappear ive dealt with fridgeadair, LG, and whirlpool never had issues before, they came out and fixed all issues will never buy again from them

55" Class MU8500 Premium Curved 4K TV. I LOVE this product and would buy again if it was still in production. Unfortunately my TV got damaged a few days ago and per the company: the part I need is discontinued so they can't help me

Probably the worst customer service I ever had. On the phone for over hour and 45 minutes just to tell me I had to wait 24 hours in my password. Will reset no one there had a clue what was going on.

I paid almost 2K for a Samsung Galaxy ZFold7, inclusive of an almost $400 customer care warranty. I've had this phone about 2 months, when some pixels showed rainbow like on the screen. I called and was told to take it to Ubreak. Ubreak said it couldn't be fixed the device warranty (the one that's supposed to be good for a year); because it showed signs of damage. I attached a jpeg so you can see what damage it is. The paint came off from taking a cover off and on. I have bought nothing but Samsung phones in the last 12 years. The last two directly from Samsung. The case is cheap. I'm highly upset, and I think Ubreak and Samsung are scammers. Never will I buy another Samsung product, and I will tell the same to my host of relatives. My liked the phone and his son was going to gift him one -- that won't be happening. I have 9 brothers and 4 sisters, with a lot of nieces/nephews. There's more I'd like to say, but I'm just too disgusted.

What a shame. Almost all of my electronics are Samsung, i've been a loyal customer for many years and for the first time, i've experienced an internal fault on my galaxy tab s10 ulta. I sent images and videos to samsung to try and troubleshoot the problem (powering itself off and having random lines and colour blotches) i was advised to swnd it under repair (under warranty) my tablet was in prestine condition but i was sent an image of a crack on the screen voiding the warranty. I stressed the tablet was prestine before collection and was asked to resend all evidence, within the evidence i included the date and times i took the images. They stated as the images are not the same lighting and angles as the repair teams they can not be taken as evidence. Whoch is proposterous, i mentioned the images were also taken on the samsung s24 ultra. Around 4 hours and days of being bounced around from department to department, being ignored, failing to call me back twice when promised. I really didn't expect this from samsung. I ended up payong for the repair and fortunately it has arrived back in its oroginal condition with the faults fixed. Thanks to SBE Ltd a seperate company that is affiliated with Samsung. Samsung i will no longer be buying your products, i'm appauled i have had to pay for an in warranty internal issue and my very clear evidence of physical damage has been ignored. I will be taking it further and spreading the word of your aftercare and tactics to avoid paying out for electrical faults.

I purchased a Samsung range in early November, and it was delivered on November 18th. On November 26th — only the second time I ever used it — I heard a loud pop, looked down, and saw that the entire cooktop had cracked from one end to the other. After inspecting it more closely, I also noticed the cooktop is bowed, which clearly points to a manufacturing defect. I wasn’t overly stressed at first because the appliance is brand new and should have been fully covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty. But Samsung has refused to cover it, claiming that “cracks” aren’t included — even though the crack happened during normal use and is obviously related to the bowed surface. What makes this even more frustrating is that Samsung initially told me a technician would be sent to inspect the unit. Instead, they abruptly closed the case after an “investigation,” despite the fact that no one ever came to look at the range. How can a proper investigation be done without physically inspecting the product? My husband and I spent years saving bit by bit to finally replace our old appliances, and now we’re stuck with a brand-new range that’s damaged through no fault of our own. No cooktop should crack after two uses, and Samsung has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving what is clearly a defective product. DO NOT BUY the Bespoke range. I’ve now seen multiple reviews of cooktops cracking through no fault of the customer — and mine did the same after minimal use. Samsung’s customer service has been completely unhelpful, leaving me with an unusable cooktop and no resolution.

I buy Samsung, be it phones, tv or washing machines etc and have good things to say about the products, but... Their uk online shop is absolutely useless!! I've made the mistake of ordering online through Samsung UK twice over the last 5 years and everytime it turns into a frustrating headache with continuous excuses of unforeseen circumstances etc. It particularly ignores me when you see all the retail shops full of the same products. You think to yourself that you are getting a better deal by daving 10% as an example. But then you spend waiting weeks and now over a month for something I could have picked in store within 5 minutes. SAMSUNG, SORT YOUR LOGISTICS OUT. Clearly no-one has worked the simple equation of ebb and flow. Even people like me know of the continual change of chip availability. Sort it out or you will seriously lose another disappointment loyal customer for ever.

Samsung has failed me! After being with Samsung for so many years and having every series of the Note phones except the 10, I held onto my original Note 9 (still in excellent condition) until November 28, 2025. I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the S25 Ultra during the free phone sale, and I am very disappointed. I'm ready to go back to my Note 9 and return this phone. My biggest problem is that my S Pen is a downgrade. While some didn't use it, the Bluetooth capability was my favorite feature. I used my S Pen for everything; it was a part of me. I know the S25 is the first phone without this feature, so there are others, but I don't want to pay today's price for yesterday's device that they'll soon be trying to push you out of by removing software updates. That was my only struggle with having the same phone for that long.

It just took me three hours to get a straight answer about a TV model before making my purchase. I own two Samsung tv's and three Samsung phones. All my old phones are Samsung. I have been a Samsung man since RCA was thing. With that said. Your chat bot is as dumb as my toaster and it's a Smeg! I had to talk to four different live chat people before I could get one that could understand two easy questions. "Will the model I am asking about work will my Ring doorbell camera and can I get open air tv channels?" Simple right. No. The first person said Samsung tv's don't work with Ring? Like at all. Three hours later I get a lady named Nissy and she is the only person that could help me. She and only she is the reason that I am still a Samsung man. It was painful until I spoke with her. As you see, I speak and correspond in pretty simple English, yet Nissy is the only person that seemed to understand my questions. If I was asked one more time to rephrase my question, I was going to Best Buy. You need to give Nissy a raise and put her in charge of training your other live agents. I am an old broken Vet. I thought I learned patience in my 30 years of service. Apparently not. This experience has put my off chat forever. Never again. God, I hope my tv shows up and works. I can't imagine having to use "chat" for tech support. Wow!!!! Nissy is the only reason Samsung gets three stars. She gets five of course. Attention Seniors, ask for Nissy. She will help you.

I bought a Samsung TV in 2023 and it's been the worst TV I've ever owned. Immediately it had picture problems and wouldn't work with many of my HDMI cables that worked fine on other TVs. Samsung arranged a repair and after 3 visits they ended up replacing the HDMI board and the main processor board. Shortly after it developed an intermittent fault with a strip about 10cm wide running vertically down the screen flashing. As it was intermittent and only happened very occasionally I didn't do anything about it, however, recently it has got worse and more frequent so I contacted Samsung to get it repaired under my extended warranty. Despite sending them a video of the fault and trying all their suggestions, including a factory reset, which haven't helped they are refusing to repair it. I'm probably going to dump it and buy an LG or Sony. I wil never buy another Samsung product and woud recommend everyone avoid them; they make poor quality TVs and are not trustworthy.

Samsung use to be top of the line. Did they sell out? They definitely cheaped out that's for sure. Down to how cheap the s pen feels. Iwas so excited for my new s25 ultra but honestly I doesn't feel any different than my s20 that ive had for many years. This is the first time I feel like Samsung is trying to be iPhone which makes me want to vomit. It's time to switch to Google

Moved to a place that came with a 3 year old new dryer. Not used much. The thermostat crapped out twice in 2 weeks. Because I can't prove where I bought it, they say send it to a appliance repair shop. I live in the country. now I have to bring it to the shop again. I'm old and can't pick up a dryer to bring it to town. There motto should be, " good luck"!

I have purchased one Samsung double door refrigerator through Amazon's big billion days. But just after completing the warranty period (01 year) leakage issue started. I registered the product in Samsung app and requested for rectification. But after cosequitive attempts nobody from Samsung replied or attempted any call back. The issue is still persisting. As a customer I don't have any idea how to rectify this issue. May be they need just seconds to identify the defect and resolve the issue. But no response from such a huge brand is not at all acceptable. I am submitting the review with single star because there is no other option to submit it with ZERO star rating.
