Hands down the worst technical support I have ever experienced. Its almost like they are trying to be the worst. I have been texting and weeks, and I can't get anywhere. It is so bad that I had to go buy a different display and so far I am just eating the cost of the $1100 monitor that doesn't work

Bought a Samsung fridge and freezer (separate, free-standing), and the fridge started leaking inside the compartment. Despite having proof of purchase showing it was within the 5-year warranty period, Samsung decided not to honor it because I hadn't registered it online within 90 days of purchase. Not a good way to do business, IMHO.

I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED!!!! I bought my Samsung Galaxy A54 in October 2023. The phone is still under warranty. I started having problems a month or so ago with my phone connecting to android auto in my car. I went online and did all the troubleshooting recommendations Samsung provided (deleting and reloading the app, new cords, etc.). When that didn’t work, I took my car to the dealership to make sure it wasn’t the vehicle. The dealership contacted me and stated they were unable to find anything wrong and that they were able to connect other android phones and my android auto worked, so it was not the vehicle. I called Samsung. Each time I would speak with a technician, they would start the same troubleshooting options that I had found on the internet and tried already. I even gave them control of my phone for them to work remotely on it. They clearly did not know what they were doing and were just doing a search of their system and reading the instructions (the same instructions you can find online). They had zero knowledge or expertise!!!! Each one of them would get so far and not have any further options and we would somehow get disconnected, and they would not call back. I will get a text message a minute later saying my ticket was completed and closed. This went on for 5 hours the first day of the most frustrating 2 weeks of my life!!! I then called back the next day and after trying all the troubleshooting again (they do not believe in reading the tickets that had been placed prior), I was told it was my car. I explained my car had already been to the dealership and it was not the problem. They insisted it was my car. I called the dealership and they said they only thing they could do that they hadn’t tried was updating my car stereo system (even though they did not think it would make a difference, they were willing to try). Made an appointment and dropped my car off a second time. Well, the update never completed because my car already had the most updated program. Picked my car up and called Samsung again. Basically, the same run around as the first 10 times, except this time they recommended I take my phone to a shop near me that has their technicians who can diagnose the problem. I called and I took my phone. One of their in-person technicians assisted me and finally agreed it was a problem with my phone. He was able to connect his phone to my android auto but was able to see that my phone was not connecting. He did more tests and diagnosed the phone and determined the USB port was not working properly and, therefore, was not transmitting data. He did not have the part in-house, so he ordered one and we made an appointment for the new port to be placed. Took my phone back to their technician and left it for 3 hours. I then received an update that the port was changed out, but the phone was still not transmitting data. They now diagnosed it as being a board problem and recommend a new phone be issued, as it is under warranty. I called Samsung again. I was then informed that they would not issue a new phone until I mailed them my phone (could be at least 2 weeks) and one of their onsite technicians evaluated it to see if there was a problem. So, the customer is inconvenienced without a phone for at least 2 weeks!?!?! Also, if I needed a phone in those two weeks I would have to go to my provider and rent one. They offer their customers nothing and NO help, but you must send your phone to them! This has been going on for weeks!!! Back and forth with Samsung and I still have not resolution!!! Samsung has literally had me running around in circles to avoid taking responsibility for their product. Everything Samsung offers their costumers is at the expense and inconvenience of their costumers! I have never experienced customer service as bad as Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product. There is not a word to that can define how absolutely horrible they are to deal with!!!!

After I trade in my Galaxy s10 for a Galaxy s24 the s24 deleted all my pictures of my beautiful 9 year old when he was a newborn two when he was 5. And at&t refused to do anything about it. I do NOT👎 like this phone. If I could get my old phone back I would!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy a Galaxy s24!!!!!!!!!! And they won't stand behind there product!!! If I could go back to my s10 I would!

Online ordering completely useless, fraudulent charges without any product. Support services x 9 totally useless and extremely time consuming and still unsuccessful!!!! 5 days of sales torture plus another 40+ days attempting to get fraudulent charges returned

So this was the first time I’ve ever had to talk to anyone at Samsung. But since cell phone stores where you purchased your cell phone and your plan no longer help you with even the most minimal repairs in any shape or form, I was forced to talk to Samsung. Well it was pretty quick to talk to someone and they were perfectly friendly and professional, virtually all the information they gave me about how to deal with my situation was wrong. Down to the address of the place I had to travel an hour or two to see if my phone could be repaired, that places phone number, the process for scheduling an appointment which they don’t take appointments it’s just walk-ins, and every single facet of the information they gave me was wrong. They even told me that if there’s no dents on my phone that my phone it will be covered since I’ve only had it seven months and I have a one-year warranty. There are zero dance on my phone, but then when I got to the shop to fix my phone yesterday and they sent the 20 freaking pictures that Samsung ring quired they send to see if my phones covered under warranty, they saw a tiny little section, no more than a pinpoint of missing paint on my phone. It wasn’t a dent, it wasn’t a crack it was nothing and they wouldn’t cover my phone and now I am out $400 to get it fixed!

Took 6 calls and 40 minutes to get make a payment on a phone repair. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call CS to make a payment (can barely hear there is so much background noise), they dont take payments, must be connect to repair line, Ha they dont take payments either, they transfer you to an automated system and then you get sent back to that person so they can confirm you made a payment!!! WHY not just let me choose that option to begin with???OMG... that was after I got hung up on twice. I will never go through that again.

Refused delivery feb 10 still waiting on refund march 14 dozens of calls and emails alwsys the same wait 3-5 buss dsys we are escalating i even spoke to a supervisor he gave me a ticket # and said he would process my refund and send me an email. Nothing no email no nothing still waiting they are horrible

Terrible customer service. I will never by another Samsung product in my life. Cancelled my appliance order 40 days after placing it and did not even call to notify me. Customer service did nothing except say we could place another order and it would be 3 months until the appliances would deliver.

Tried to get help to connect my Samsung TV to my sound bar. No one speaks good English. I spent 3 hours with 2 tec guy both told me my the arc connection was not working. The TV is six months old and was told to return it even that did not work. Finally the last guy was wonderful, he said let me help you and had it up and running. It all depends who picks up the phone. Five hours of my time wasted by bad speaking and not trained people.

Never buy this phone. Just bought my S24 two days ago. It's my third Samsung phone. I cannot get any technical support from Samsung. I will never buy Samsung mobile phone again.

Customer service sucks. Got a new 75 inch TV and it leans backwards on the stand. The legs were faulty and bent at the wrong angle. They didn’t want to know nothing and even disrespected me as I was explaining the issue. A useless group of so called professionals.

First of all we have only been in our home for 6 months. Aside from having the to fan blades replaced to to every time the over was turned on, the noise was TERRIBLE!! That’s fixed. We noticed rust in the oven which is no fault to us, only 6 month in a new house, all new appliances only 6 months. This has never happened in our past homes well of course our ovens were not Samsung which I understand why. We had a tech come out and called Samsung and our warranty rep with our builder contacted Samsung and said Samsung response to rust in the oven-Damage that is not covered by the cosmetic warranty is defined as a portion of the appliance that cannot be repaired such as frame damage and/or dents to the sides, rear or interior of the unit. The oven has never been self-cleaned. Anyway Samsung would not and is going to replace the oven. Our building warranty won’t do anything I talked to several reps within Samsung, basically don’t care and don’t stand by their products or care about the customer. The last rep was a supervisor stated she talked to products which stated can’t do anything about the rust, then she stated she could have someone come out which she said to look at it when someone already did, why send someone out that has to drive almost an hour to check and say they can’t do anything about it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Don’t purchase their products!! All other top brand ovens I’ve had never had rust!!

Terrible terrible disgraceful service from Samsung. Placed an order for £1600 monitor which supposed to be new but they send a used unit. They took my existing monitor for recycling. Their incompetent customer service stated if we ask for exchange it will take 7-10 days AFTER their warehouse recieve the unit and since I have no monitor any longer, this was not acceptable. we asked for a refund and they said 7-10 days after they collect the unit. 2 weeks on, they still have not issued a refund stated they want THEIR courier to return the monitor to THEIR warehouse which they have not as yet. absolute puppet customer service who simply repeat the same sentence again and again...disgrace from the worlds leading electronic manufacturer
