Bought a Samsung watch at Best Buy. Crossed the street to Verizon to have it activated. The IMEI number was not in their database. Waited several weeks for it to be processed to the Verizon database. Now, after waiting, I am told it cannot be activated by numerous Verizon techs both on the phone and in the store. Something is wrong with the watch. Samsung customer service offered only a mail in repair. A repair for a watch that did not work out of the box! Have never experienced such poor customer service.

Poor customer service from the agents and will not transfer you to a manager. You are not given the opportunity to discuss your concerns, you just need to pay them or you won’t have a working device. Rude and incompetent agents. This is ridiculous

I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years, but my recent experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The so-called "experts" are far from competent. I've been misled with incorrect information, leading to significant financial loss. Every time I call, I get transferred to different departments, only to be hung up on multiple times. When I finally managed to lodge a complaint, it wasn't even recorded. The representatives claim they have all my account information in front of them, yet they clearly don't read it properly, resulting in repeated errors. It's incredibly disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company as successful as Samsung. I have been using their phones for ages, but given this experience, I can't recommend their service. It's a real shame. Avoid if you can.

Samsung contracted a third party company to repair my TV and I am very disappointed with how I have been treated. I have called Samsung several times for assistance but nothing substantial has been done. I have not received my TV and the third party company, Service Quick in Hayward , is giving me the run around.

STAY AWAY FORM THE SAMSUHNG BRAND.. BUT SONY OR LG INSTEAD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE/TEC CUPPORT/CASE MANAGERS WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO REFUSE ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS AFTER FAILING TO FIX THE TV 4 TIMES. ADVISING A FAKE SOFTWARE UPDATE WILL FIX THE ISSUE. ONGOING ISSUE FOR THE PAST 8 WEEKS. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WOULD EVEN LIE AS AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE CLEARLY SAID THAT THE TV CANNOT BE REPAIRED. MOST OF THEIR MODELS FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN AFFECTED ALREADY.

Bought my microwave last year. I’ve used it maybe 10 times. Door latch broke. Was under the understanding from Nebraska Furniture Mart I had bought the extended warranty but the salesman lied to me. I will NEVER buy another Samsung nor shop at Nebraska Furniture Mart again!!!!!!?

Extremely Disappointed with Samsung's Service and Quality I am deeply disappointed with Samsung's service and product quality. I purchased a refrigerator for ₹70,990, and within 4.5 years, it developed issues with the compressor and cooling coil. After these were replaced, I experienced water leakage, icing, and eventually a crack in the internal body within 15 days. This speaks volumes about the poor quality and lack of durability of Samsung products. Despite multiple emails since July 22, 2024, outlining these issues, I have not received any written response. Instead, I get daily calls from Mr. Pradeep Suri, but no formal acknowledgment or solution. Samsung's audacity to offer me only 57% of the buy-back value for a product that failed so soon is unacceptable. My hard-earned money of ₹70,990 has been wasted, and the stress and frustration I've experienced are immense. I expected much better from a brand I once trusted.

THE WORST product and customer service EVER! We haven't even had this fridge 7 months and it died! Two technicians who had no idea what to do, didn't care that we have 3 kids and NO fridge and now they tell us that it can't be fixed! DON'T purchase a Samsung product! Waste of MONEY and they have NO idea what customer service is! Now going on two weeks without a fridge and NO ONE cares! AWFUL!!!!

I bought Samsung Refrigerator TMF RT35CG5444S9 with model SpaceMax 345L, its doors always can not close properly. Just happened, badly knock my wife head due to unexpectedly door was not closed. I believe it may happen again (hope not). Doors function is worse than $300 to $500 other brands.

Shocking customer service hidden behind a polite voice. Have no power to support customers whatsoever. I have been an avid fan on Samsung utilising their ecosystem for nearly 5 years. March 2023 I purchased the Samsung galaxy book 3 pro 360 at full price as my last laptop I had was 9 years old and cannot have service updates. The laptop worked extremely well until it didn't. The charging port stopped working so I went to Samsung and they gave me a quote of £650 to get it fixed. The rest of the laptop worked perfectly and the only issue was a burnt charging port. In their description there was no water issue, no other issue with the charging port. It was clearly a manufacturing issue. They stayed they can't do anything about it and that I must pay the full price. As someone that had the phone for 5 years with no issue, headphones for 4 years, replacing them this prime day 2 weeks ago for another newer pair of Samsung headphones. Both my old products still work they just didn't update anymore. I couldn't believe the company would act in that manner. A clear cash grab when I stated it only should cost between £80-120 and even then it should be free as it's a clear manufacturing issue. They stated I used the wrong charger. I had my main charger until only recently when the charging stopped. I threw it away, believing the charger stopped working. My new charger was also another Samsung charger specifically for the same laptop. They stated the charger is 45 w instead of the 65w of the original charger that's what burnt it? It is clear daylight robbery as it was clearly a manufacturing issue. Again the laptop was 15 months old and everything worked perfectly fine except the port. As a Samsung long term customer it really hurt that I'd be treated that way as before this I never had any issues. Again I love the products but the way the company treat it's customers really makes it difficult to purchase from them again on the future, knowing I have no support if issues arise that are clearly manufacturing problems.

They have terrible Fraud services via SERVICE CENTRE NUMBER 1800202626… I called on 27th july 2024 for Refrigerator service on your number mentioned on site for service - 18002026264 … On 27th july only I got a call from your service centre wherein they mentioned tht a service engineer will come on the same day… When the service engineer came , he said tht he has to change the filter and Refill the gas for tht total payment will be of ₹ 4850/- … he did the service and we paid the full amount on Paytym and he said tht we will get the bill on our registered number … But my issue was not resolved and tht person said on call tht he will refund my money . But then he stopped picking the phone .. And when a called back on 18002026264 , the call centre agent shouted at me that it’s my fault tht I paid the amount without bill and that now they are not responsible … BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW :- 1) When I called a registered number of Samsung Service centre , WHY THEY SEND AN ANONYMOUS PERSON TO MY HOUSE WHOM THEY THEMSELVES CAN’T LOCATE NOW ? 2) WHY MY NUMBER AND ADDRESS WAS SHARED WITH AN ANONYMOUS PERSON whom they themselves can’t locate ? 3) I RELIED ON THT PERSON AMD PAID THE AMOUNT BECAUSE HE WAS SENT BY “ SAMSUNG REGISTERED OFFICE “ …. SO WHO IS NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FRAUD ? 4) EARLIER I USED TO GET MESSAGE FOR THE SERVICE REQUEST - WHY WAS NO SERVICE REGISTERATION NUMBER SENT TO ME THIS TIME ? I bought all four appliances from Samsung eCommerce. I'm happy with the appliances - horrified by Samsung's Customer Service. They were delivered July 3rd, 2024. Their contractor RXO was a scheduling nightmare but that's not directly on Samsung other than choosing better partners. On July 26th, while ordering the kitchen cabinets - I realized that the over-the-range microwave was too tall and wouldn't leave the desired room above the stove. I thought I would exchange it for a more expensive microwave and upgrade to their SLIM model that shaves 7" off from the height. I called Samsung eCommerce and they basically said you're SOL - sorry. Their return window is 15 days and they won't extend it for 8. The microwave is in an unopened box waiting to be installed. They are unwilling to budge. I thought the Federal Trade Commission required internet/phone/mail order companies to give 30 days returns. I'll follow up on this. On one hand - it's my fault, I should have bought elsewhere. I am/was a solid Samsung customer. I have 75" TV, Galaxy 24 Ultra, Galaxy 6 watch, now all appliances - but simply, they don't care once they have your money. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Samsung and my choice to place my trust in them. I spoke with a supervisor in their eCommerce group and he passed me to Technical Support which makes absolutely no sense other than to get me out of his way. I hung and gave up (which I'm sure that's what the supervisor was hoping I'd do. I'll never buy another Samsung product. I suggest you look past Samsung.

Out of all the Samsung devices I've owned, none have lasted more than a year. Almost after 3 months in, issues start arising. The amount of people I hear say the same thing almost assures me this is intentional to insure the consumer market stays alive and well in their favor. Even customer service takes it as a joke saying " should of bought the warranty for when stuff like this happens". It was a brand new tv! Please believe Samsung is not the leading manufacturer and you SHOULD go with literally any other brand.

I purchased a Z Fold 5 from AT&T. After MONTHS of working with AT&T with problems concerning this phone i am finally told that it isn't the service. It is the device itself that is defective. I contact Samsung. They REFUSE to replace the ph9ne that is still under warranty. Instead they want me to drive 2 towns over to a repair center. Why am I going to drive over 50 miles to repair a device that was messed up at time of purchase and is still under warranty? Samsung states that they don't replace devices. They repair them. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung device. Their website states that they put the Customer first, but they have shown me that is a lie. Please don't waste your money on a company that has proven that they don't care about their customers. The fact that they refuse to replace their defective device proves that they already know that they are selling a bad product.

Don’t buy any Samsung products They are an evil company and worship the devil 😈 Samsungs customer service practices are illegal but no worries they have to answer to god almighty for the evil deeds being committed.
