I bought a 75-inch QLED4K Neo 4kqn90d. Alexa never worked on this TV. Samsung's customer service could be more helpful, and I need help understanding why the men who delivered it did not understand how to set up Alexa. They were only able to install it after that. It is up to the customer to figure it out. This is my seventh TV, and I will never buy anything from Samsung again; if I could give it an o rating, I would.

Samsung makes terrible appliance. I bought a Samsung refrigerator and at its 3rd a anniversary it had already broken down. Fortunately I had an extended warranty. Eight months later when it totally quit cooling I decided not to throw good money after bad and cut my losses and kick it to the curb and get a different refrigerator. I also have a Samsung microwave that is less than 5 years old. The popcorn feature quit working at least a year ago. I’m getting by. Again, I would never ever buy anything that Samsung makes. I would give their appliances a minus score if it were offered.

Tv screen blacks out sometimes when I walk in front of it, when I google the problem other people have had the same issue. Samsung customer support says I have to prove that it isn't the cable box or the electrical outlet even though the tv i took out worked fine, also a Samsung. They will send out a service tech but if he can't find the problem I will have to pay for the service call. They connected to my tv remotely and saw the problem but still won't take ownership. If they won't support their product then I won't ever buy one again. Sorry Samsung, it's been a really long run but enough is enough

Samsung Has the Worst Customer Service – Stay Away and Go to Apple iPhone I wanted to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Samsung’s customer service for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. As a long-time Apple user with no issues, I sold my iPhone 13 Pro to try Samsung, lured by their marketing and features. I regret that decision every single day. The trouble started when I noticed a rattling noise from the camera. Samsung's support bluntly claimed it was “normal” due to the camera’s OIS without properly addressing my concern. I sent the phone in for inspection, but it came back with the same rattling issue and scratches that weren’t there before. When I reported the damage, Samsung denied responsibility and refused to help, showing zero accountability. This experience made me realize how much customer service matters. Samsung may advertise flashy features, but what’s the point if they don’t stand behind their products? In contrast, Apple excels in customer satisfaction and reliability. I’ve never had an issue with Apple’s service or devices, and this ordeal has shown me why so many people stay loyal to them. I’m now waiting for a deal to switch back to the iPhone. I’ll never make the mistake of leaving Apple again. If you’re considering a Samsung phone, don’t fall for their gimmicks. Choose a brand that values its customers.

I purchased a new washing machine directly from Samsung two years ago. I was having problems with it and they sent out a service repairman. They ordered a new drum for my washing machine. The first time it came in wrong. I waited another month the second time it came in wrong again so for the third time, the service man has come to my house on the phone with Samsung and it is a part they can no longer can get. They are now telling me it is out of warranty after they originally told me it had a two-year warranty. I have two junk parts sitting in my garage and a washing machine in my basement that is junk. They are now telling me that I can junk it myself. I do not want to take my time or my money to take it somewhere to be dumped and they’re telling me they will not replace it for me. I have a washing machine that is two years old that is complete junk that I spent nearly $1000 on. They have the worst customer service ever and I would never ever purchase a product from Samsung again .

Horrible experience with a defective Samsung Frame 85" TV. I've had to spend many hours on the phone to get a replacement that won't arrive for more than a month. Absolutely ridiculous!

I’m extremely disappointed with Samsung’s customer service and their handling of product safety concerns. I purchased a Samsung stove for my family about a year ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. The stove’s knobs are overly sensitive and get pressed easily, and the touchscreen turns on at the slightest touch—sometimes even from my clothes. I’ve burned myself multiple times while cleaning it but brushed it off, relying on my first aid knowledge to handle the situation. However, this has now become a serious safety issue as my little ones can easily turn the stove on accidentally. I recently discovered that this model has been recalled for these very issues. When I reached out to Samsung to inquire about exchanging the stove—willing to pay the difference for a safer model—they refused to help. To make matters worse, one of the stove’s knobs is already broken, which is shocking considering I’ve owned stoves for 35 years and never experienced this with any other brand. The customer service experience was appalling. I spent over two hours on hold, being transferred from department to department, only to be told they couldn’t do anything because my product is out of warranty and wasn’t registered. I purchased this stove directly from Samsung.com, yet they wouldn’t even provide a replacement knob free of charge. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a product with a known safety recall. On top of that, none of the customer service agents spoke clear English, making the process even more frustrating. Samsung, this is a disgrace. I will never buy another product from this company.

On 11/19/24 I ordered three appliances from Samsung with a request for delivery on 12/4/24 because my new countertops would be installed the previous day. I did get a good price for bundling and included installation with all three products. On delivery day the installation left a lot to be desired, but the third-party installation company quickly sent someone to address that. The major problem was a severely damaged microwave. Photos were taken and a call immediately made to the boss at the installation company. I was told I’d probably get a replacement in a day or two. No such luck. Without going into what is now about 8 hours of calls, photos and emails I am told I won’t get a replacement until 1/11/25. More than a month away, especially upsetting as when I called to confirm replacement, the product was avail on the Samsung site for a 12/12/24 delivery. If the price wasn’t $200 more than I paid I would have just asked for a refund and repurposed. I didn’t think I should be penalized for a problem they caused. The associate who informed me of the unacceptable date ask for 24 to 48 hours to get things straightened out. I heard back today that the date would be in January and they would offer me a $240 refund if I just wanted to cancel. It is the finishing piece to a kitchen full of the Bespoke stainless products. I can’t very well change course at this point. I refuse to pay more for a product they sold and should deliver or give me a refund that will cover buying from two other stores that have plenty in stock. Those would cost about $600 with the current price and installation. I will have to cancel holiday plans since my kitchen will be unusable until mid January. After getting this item, though I’ve built three homes with Samsung products, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM AS WELL.

I had to have a repair because the tubing for the drain was too short and disconnected from the line and was hitting on the compressor fan. While the repairman was here I asked about the water filter replacement. He finally got the old filter out and I ordered a new samsung filter. The new filter, although it was the same as the old one, would not go in. Samsung told me that a repair on average would cost between $290 and $660. The tubing repair should have been under warranty!

Samsung sent me a Galaxy watch and the package was not delivered but FedEx says it was delivered I raised an issue with Samsung but to give a refund they want me to file a Police complaint. Valid police reports contain all the following details:  1. Police Department Name  2. Police Report/Case Number  3. Date of Police Report  4. Full Name of Victim  5. Incident Location  6. Details about products stolen/not delivered This is just a tactic to waste time and not issue a refund

I have always been a fan of Samsung products. when I bought my house, I changed all the products (TV. Washing Machin, Frig, Micro..etc) to Samsung. Non of them work today after 3yrs. TV: the volume doesn't work. They told me it's remote and I need to upgrade the system. I did but still the same Dishwasher: Trails are Rusted after 2yrs Microwave: Stop working after 3yrs Refrigerator: Ice Maker doesn't work and temperature can't be set Long story short, do not waste your money and try different brands

I cannot believe it's this hard to set up a repair. The website won't accept payment so I tried chatting with samsung and they just kept sending me back to the same page that wasn't working. When I called they sent me to a link to set up an appointment which also didn't work. I'm frustrated and angry. I own several samsung products and now that I know what kind of service I can expect from them I won't be replacing them with more samsung products

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Samsung. I purchased a product, but it was never delivered. The shipment was repeatedly rescheduled and canceled because Samsung’s team claimed they couldn’t “locate it” in their warehouse. Over the past month, I’ve been in constant contact with their partner, Forward Air, who kept promising to escalate the issue to a Regional Manager, but nothing was resolved. Meanwhile, I wasted over 20 hours waiting in another city for missed deliveries and countless hours on support calls with both Samsung and Forward Air. Despite all this, I am still left fighting for a refund. Samsung’s lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. They have shown complete disregard for their customers’ time and concerns. I’ve escalated this issue with the BBB and my payment system due to their refusal to take responsibility. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Samsung. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Worst service and technician experience I have ever seen. How rude the technician spoke, ridiculous. “300+18%GST for just visiting location and 1000+18%GST for even removing one screw or whatever this is company quoted” is what I was told when asked to remove a simple water dispenser to clean the milk that was spilled accidentally. Just to come and remove the tank to help clean the milk this we have to pay 1300+18%GST? Like seriously the worst customer care experience ever. Zero start for this brand and its people. Samsung spoiled its reputation in my eye. Never purchasing anything from here ever again!

I'm very disappointed, like literally Samsung. Ask me to review a product. What? I'm a big Samsung customer for over a decade. I buy everything Samsung released every year, but this year, the pods pro, it's horrible. It doesn't fit, it doesn't sound good and is a copy of apple what i don't like i put a review in samsung website i was just saying it doesn't fit good i didn't say anything bad and samsung send me an email saying that they denied to post my review because it was kind off negative 🤣 so that explains all the positive reviews on their website lol i can't trust any review there anymore horrible no honesty

I have a Samsung 75" TV that has an intermittent audio issue. The sound raises or lowers on it's own, sometimes it also has heavy distortion also. After contacting Samsung Customer Service they determined a service call was required. They issued a Work Order to their Service Company, a service visit was made and the speakers and motherboard were both replaced and I was charged accordingly. The issues occurred again the next day and another call to Samsung Customer Service was made, work order issued and service call made. This time the technician only adjusted settings and left. The issues occurred again and the above process repeated for the third time with the same results. Every time I sent recorded videos to Samsung to document the problem. They're recommendation is to keep repeating this process until my 90 warranty runs out. At that time they will not tell me what will happen; will it be declared unrepairable and I get the money refunded or am I just stuck with a bad TV. Note that they will NOT allow you to talk to anyone other than a Samsung Customer Service rep who will only issue a work order. This person has no knowledge of what a technician will or can do other than replace parts. Also their Authorized Service Center will also NOT allow you to talk to anyone other than a Scheduler who schedules the tech visit. Their process seems to be in my type of case to wear down the customer until the frustration gets the best of him and he gives up. Please read the other reviews about their Customer Service, they are accurate.
