Worst experience in Samsung shop app. Nearly 15 days over after ordering the Air-conditioner, still not delivered. Now without my knowledge they cancelled the order itself. Already 15 days I waited for the delivery, now I need to wait another 10 days for refund. I never recommend Samsung products.

Their customer service is abysmal, in Canada at least. And the quality of products is not that great either. Purchase a Samsung washing machine and the bearings went 2 months after the warranty expired. (It was only 14 months old at the time.) And to repair it will cost $600-$800 out of my pocket. Then I called regarding an S Pen issue for my 24 Ultra, only to find out it was not covered under the extended warranty I purchased. I called to get a new one (they only had S25 pens on the website) asked if the S25 pens would work with my S24, was told yes, so I ordered it. It does not. After spending 30 minutes trying to return it I was told I cannot because it was opened.

DISHWASHER SERVICE CALL Technician installed heat pump but didn't have the proper hose clamps and he zip-tied them and sand that should work fine 5 minutes after he left the hose blew off and flooded our new kitchen and floor. It's been nearly a week and no one has scheduled a return to fix it after countless attempts to contact them to fix it. They have (meaning you guys) been so fixated on fileing a claim for damage no one wants to talk about fixing what they broke....I am worse off then when they first came out. I NEED IT FIX.

Samsung doesn't provide replacement parts for Dacor units that existed when Samsung bought Dacor, forcing you to buy a whole new appliance. As a result, I will never buy a Samsung appliance in the future.

I usually like to give 5 ⭐️ reviews, not this time! Samsung washing machine has needed 2 repairs in a year. Not well made, at all. I certainly will never be purchasing a samsung product again.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the Samsung Galaxy Ring and Samsung's abysmal customer service. I purchased the Galaxy Ring just a few months ago, expecting a premium product from a reputable brand. I used the ring for its intended purpose: tracking fitness during runs, monitoring sleep, and general daily wear while working at my desk. I never subjected it to any harsh conditions or impacts. Recently, I discovered a crack on the inside of the ring. This crack rendered the device unusable. I immediately contacted Samsung customer support, hoping for a simple warranty repair or replacement. To my utter shock, they informed me that the damage was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. They claimed the crack indicated "user damage" and offered to repair it for a staggering £499! This is completely unacceptable. The ring broke under normal usage conditions, and I have no idea how a crack could have appeared on the inside without any external impact. Samsung's refusal to honor their warranty is a blatant disregard for consumer rights. Furthermore, the repair cost is exorbitant, nearly the price of a brand new device! The customer service experience was equally frustrating. The representative was dismissive and offered no solutions. They were unwilling to escalate my complaint or provide any reasonable explanation for the warranty denial. I was simply told that the decision was final and that I would have to pay the £499 if I wanted my ring repaired. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Samsung products. I feel utterly ripped off and treated with contempt. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Ring to think twice. This product is clearly not durable, and Samsung does not stand behind its products. Save your money and look elsewhere. * Extremely Fragile: Broke within months under normal usage. * Warranty Denial: Refused to cover damage under warranty. * Exorbitant Repair Cost: £499 for a repair is outrageous. * Terrible Customer Service: Dismissive and unhelpful. * Lack of Escalation: No willingness to address customer concerns. Recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT TRUST SAMSUNG'S WARRANTY.

I was on the phone for 3 hours with a tech trying to get a problem fixed. She couldn't fix it so she said the last thing to was reset my phone. I asked her if afterward I would get all my data back. She guaranteed me that I would. So she reset my phone. Too make a long story short, I lost almost all of pictures. Called back 3 times to get this resolved. Basically all they had to say is "Sorry, but we've done all we can. Lots of very improtant pictures lost, including those of my deceased parents and many other family members. This really sucked.

Very bad customer support! They do not deliver the service on time as promised, and there is no response from their service center. Tried contacting multiple times, but no reply at all. Highly disappointed with their unprofessional behavior!

I purchased a defective product. Customer support hung up on me until I'd reached the two week limit. Then, they said I hadn't reached out in time. Do not purchase anything from Samsung!! Use Amazon or something instead so that you can return if it's broken. Samsung's system is set up to fail you. I have always used 100% Samsung products, but now I'm switching to other brands going forward. I'm offended by their service.

Never again. What a horrible experience with Samsung Direct. We bought a refrigerator from them and the first one had a dent in it. Never even needed to take it off the truck. Trying to explain this to Samsung was so difficult and for all our trouble they sent the same refrigerator with the same dent. Again dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Their promises to make things right were downright lies. They at one time posted 2 refrigerators on our credit card. What a nightmare! They then shorted us the refund. They gave their email address and promised to again make this right. Again pure lies. They don't respond. We ended up paying a service charge because of their lies. I don't understand why, after reading all these negative reviews, the company doesn't change their underhanded false ways. What a disgusting company.

Worst experience of my life! First, trying to use the Samsung website is almost impossible. Finally after 4 hours, I was able to order two Galaxy Fit3 watches. After I received them, I learned that they 1) had to be synced w/ a Samsung phone & 2) that only one, not two, could be synced per phone. Neither of these things were mentioned on the website. I do not need all the "bells & whistles" on my watch that are on my phone. I only need the time, the date, the # of steps taken, & the calories burned. Even w/ these few things, I can not use the watch unless I have another phone. So, now I have to return one phone (still in the unopened box) & pay a restocking fee. If the website had mentioned that each watch must be synced to a separate phone, I never would have bought two of them. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

Worst company I’ve ever bought anything from. Bought a galaxy laptop, hinges broke off within 6 months. Tried calling customer service got redirected to the wrong place or to nowhere. Called back about 8 times before calling it quits. Before you buy a Samsung Canada product I encourage you to try and call customer service and see if you can get in contact with anyone, you can’t and when you laptop breaks you just have to accept that you lost $1300.

I opened a case with Samsung to exchange a monitor on January 9th, 2025. Today is March 13th, and I still haven’t received the replacement. That’s nearly four months, and the monitor is now estimated to be delivered on March 24th — though, based on past experience, I’m not confident that will actually happen. Throughout this process, I’ve had to go through multiple support teams, often repeating the same information over and over. At one point, I was so overwhelmed and frustrated, I was nearly in tears — no one seemed to know what was happening with my case. Eventually, I had to reach out to someone in charge at Zones, who then escalated the issue to a Samsung director. Even with that escalation, it still took over a month just to get a clear update. What’s most disheartening is that I’ve spent hours — sometimes daily — trying to resolve this. The constant back-and-forth, broken promises (“It’ll be delivered this week,” “next week,” etc.), and lack of accountability have left me completely disillusioned. All of this effort, just to exchange a monitor. I never expected something so simple to turn into a four-month ordeal. It’s unacceptable.
