Samsung sent the return label to me and asked me to return to Samsung Flip 6 512GB on or before August 03, 2024. Samsung received the phone and claimed that the box was empty. Samsung won't refund my money back. I have called, chatted, escalated and written more than 10 times but Samsung still did not want to refund my money back. On July 17. Samsung sent the phone flip 6 to through UPS and its weight was 0.9lbs. I shipped back the phone through Fedex and its weight was 1.1lbs. My order number is SA103229259.

Do not buy Samsung Phones! Their phone screens fail after the contract is finished. I have two phones, S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra, which are top models with a manufacturing screen failure right after the contract was finished, and they say I need to pay for the repair. They say it's a manufacturing failure and expect the customer to pay so much money again for their repair. It's insane! It was a horrible experience.

Had a Galaxy 4 watch that stopped working , called for service could not restart. was offered a deal on a new watch 7 for $129.00 and i had to send the dead watch back for a $200 credit. Well classic bait and switch, the return label states the returned watch had to be on great shape and working order. Why would i send back a good watch? So if i had sent that bad watch back they would have changed me full price for the 7. no oone would help me, i feel like they should have honored what the Representative promised. Do not use the on line option. i do not recommend.

Making India Fool Samsung Mobile giving fake commitments. Sales representatives saying that the model A35 mobile is water resistant and the customer service representatives saying that the water resistant is not covered under warranty. I bought a new Samsung Note 20 in May. I registered the phone with Samsung to activate the warranty. I get a text that the warranty is active and the phone is covered until May of 2025. So the screen is not functioning properly so I send it back to Samsung for repair. They told me that I have to pay for the repair which is more than the cost of the phone because I bought it on eBay. They said they don't warranty phones bought on eBay or Amazon. I am going to buy a replacement screen and have a friend replace it. I don't recommend buying a Samsung product and will never buy another Samsung product again.!

I ordered a fridge online. The first fridge delivered was dented on the front door and they offered me a measly $100 for a fridge that cost over $4000 2hixh I rightfully and understandably refused. The second fridge delivered had multiple dents on the front door and again they only offered me a $100 to which again I refused. On the third delivery they only gave me notice of delivery 2 hrs before delivery by email and then the delivery person called at 10 am saying they were on the way but of course the service elevator was in use. Then I called samsung again and said they would the delivery would call me within 2 hrs so I could book the elevator and it has been over 5 hours without a call. NEVER ORDER LARGE ITEMS ONLINE FROM SAMSUNG. I WILL HAVE MISSED AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF WORK TO GET DELIVERY OFNA FRIDGE THAT I STILL DONT HAVE

Guys don't buy flip or fold first you will buy the product because they looks good but after if any things damaged we need to change a total display and need to pay whole display amount so please guys don't waste your money by unlucky guy

Horrible experience with samsung i had bought s series phone ( draining battery and blured display Bad battery issue sinks like hell Any 10k rs phone has better battery They claim it gets better with using but it never did u just get used to charging it 2 times a day and if not u just end up saying people the phone is dead And now dear samsung everyone knows the samsung has battery issues not to buy one And it wasnt a case only with my phone there are min 8 ppl in my friend circle who is experience same problem Also there return policy is horrible u have to go to service center and get a note from them Then only they return phones worth 60k And service centers hace been notified to say everything is in the parameters and we cant do much.its been a month i m going to different service centers talking with people all see it happening visually but just becoz it doesnt fot in there technical parameters it says no doesnt a visuals count? And damn it u end up using 60k phone which has battery issues blur side display We are in 2024. Where other phone has battery of 2 days min and here we are charging in every 7-8hours like wow what a progress samsung has made It like cheating with the customers Who would buy samsung again with this service I m going to file consumer case complaint enough of it

I purchased a Samsung vacuum cleaner that broke down in less than a year, and the experience since then has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past TWO weeks, I’ve been waiting for someone to collect the vacuum for repairs, with no idea when they'll actually come. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. When I called Samsung, they told me they don’t even have a box to send for the return! I offered to ship it back in the original box, but they wouldn’t accept that either. This level of service is simply unacceptable. How can a company of this size not have basic logistical solutions? Even worse, after two weeks, there’s still no collection of the broken vacuum, and they aren’t providing a replacement in the meantime. They won’t repair it, they won’t replace itβ€”if you want to be left hanging with a broken appliance, Samsung is your answer. I strongly advise against buying Samsung products. Their customer service is non-existent, and the frustration is not worth it. #CustomerServiceFail #TerribleService #AvoidSamsung

Untrustworthy samsung avoid Stay away from samsung they do not honour their warranty they have actually damaged my phone as I sent it there in perfect condition due to a manufacturing fault (phone stopped opening fully) they are now claiming its been damaged and tried to charge me Β£540 my phone is faulty there trying to get out of fixing it. I will never buy anything samsung again you'd think I company like samsung would treat their loyal customers better DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG there sharks and untrustworthy. I'm actually in shock I trusted this brand they will do anything to get out of paying for their mistakes samsung z fold 4 have this common fault they know it but they refuse to fix it total scum bags!

Bought a Samsung watch at Best Buy. Crossed the street to Verizon to have it activated. The IMEI number was not in their database. Waited several weeks for it to be processed to the Verizon database. Now, after waiting, I am told it cannot be activated by numerous Verizon techs both on the phone and in the store. Something is wrong with the watch. Samsung customer service offered only a mail in repair. A repair for a watch that did not work out of the box! Have never experienced such poor customer service.

Poor customer service from the agents and will not transfer you to a manager. You are not given the opportunity to discuss your concerns, you just need to pay them or you won’t have a working device. Rude and incompetent agents. This is ridiculous

I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years, but my recent experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The so-called "experts" are far from competent. I've been misled with incorrect information, leading to significant financial loss. Every time I call, I get transferred to different departments, only to be hung up on multiple times. When I finally managed to lodge a complaint, it wasn't even recorded. The representatives claim they have all my account information in front of them, yet they clearly don't read it properly, resulting in repeated errors. It's incredibly disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company as successful as Samsung. I have been using their phones for ages, but given this experience, I can't recommend their service. It's a real shame. Avoid if you can.

Samsung contracted a third party company to repair my TV and I am very disappointed with how I have been treated. I have called Samsung several times for assistance but nothing substantial has been done. I have not received my TV and the third party company, Service Quick in Hayward , is giving me the run around.
