samsung.com Jan 1, 2025 Changed my address, Ordered a tablet. Order populated with the wrong address even though I changed it. Called samsung to change address. They said they couldn't. Told them to cancel the order. They told me they would once they put of a 75 promo. A day later they did not cancel the order, it got shipped out. Called them back. They called FedEx to cancel the order. They still delivered it. Now they are telling me to either get a police report or I can't get my money back or the tablet.

Purchased a 34” monitor in October ( it was on sale at this time) for a Christmas present. Turns out the monitor was too large for the persons desk and I couldn’t return it to Samsung. Seems their “return window” is 15 days after the purchase. Even though Samsung understood it was a gift that wasn’t opened until Christmas Day, they didn’t allow an exception or a grace period. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BUT ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. Be sure and check the return policy wherever you buy a product. Seems even a Christmas gift doesn’t warrant any special accommodations with Samsung!!!!

Just bought a Samsung Galaxy Z fold6. I set a 4 digit pin to open the phone and after using this pin several time with no problems, I could no longer access the phone. Working with their online tech, I was told that I needed to go to an authorized Samsung repair shop. I now learned that this is a common problem with their phones and the only solution is to reset to factory settings. If you have not already backed up your data, everything will be lost. What a rip off, pay $1800 for a phone with software p-roblems and the pay $100 to get it reset as the process from Samsung didn't work.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! SAMSUNG has the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!! I ordered a new microwave on Samsung.com on Oct. 25th. Here it is December 31st and still have no microwave or refund after being assured that I would. Have called every week since the ordered was not received. Was told I would get a refund for the full amount 3 weeks ago. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. Call every 2 days and get the run around. Everyone gives same answers to question word for word. Everyone makes same request and promises a callback or refund within 48 to 72 hours. I never receive either. I have always lived samsung but will no longer be a customer of a company that could care less about the customer.

The absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. Keep telling me the remote that came with my TV is not compatible to my TV, I've used it a year. Said my warranty expired a year before I purchased the TV. I have the receipt. They are rude slow to respond uneducated to help I found more help on YouTube.

There costumer service sucks, bunch of snowflakes and Karen's. They make junk phones just like apple. The batteries are worthless and after six months mine won't charge, I did not get a cell phone so I can use it like a wall phone. This monopoly needs to be broken up and dismantled tbh.

Look Samsung i bought the samsung galaxy s24 and I loved it the main reason why I bought it was so I could have a good quality phone for games and then when I was playing with my friend and talking to him at the same time my phone started black flashing like it was turning off and on what type of service do u guys offer for gaming cuz when I was gaming on my new s24 it was turning off and on like hell this is and not to mention I have been a samsung user for 5 years so I'm just gonna wait one more year and I'm going to get a phone from oneplus because they have 5 star ratings unlike u guys that have 1 star

Terrible customer service!! These people cannot be trusted!! Order placed for Galaxy Book 4 on Samsung.com on Dec 2, 2024. Expected delivery date Dec 30, 2024. Regular emails received saying order is on time. The day before expected arrival, the expected date was delayed to Jan 24th, 2024 with no explanation!! Called Samsung four times and received four different answers about whether the delivery date could be expedited!! Stay away!!

Over 2 hours on the phone over a Samsung ring that was both under manufacturer warranty and an extended Samsung care+ package. Still unresolved. Endless transfers often to unrelated departments

This brand is garbage! Don't buy it! I have samsung TV,never work like should be and smartphone s23 also garbage! Very disappointed! Never buy it again! NEVER!

The customer service was horrible. The absolute worst I’ve ever experienced by any company regardless of the item. Samsung clearly doesn’t care about the customer, they care about their profit. They get lost in their own processes. The most simple of tasks or asks take ridiculous amounts of time because they blindly follow a process instead of using common sense and helping a customer. I would give you a zero but I can’t. That’s how much I’m massively disappointed and angry with Samsung. Samsung owes me approximately $400 in installation fees because they sold me a defective product and refused to pay for fees when I had to install it again. I had to arrange for my own disposal of their defective product. I had to pay for my own postage to return a form with a serial number. It takes Samsung 30 to 40 days to refund your money. Customer service/satisfactions decisions are made by their finance department. How ridiculous is that!! That is guaranteed disappointment. Unless I can get some resolution I will NEVER buy another Samsung product and will encourage friends and family to stay away.

I purchased a Samsung TV for my father for Christmas. The purchase was made on December 2. My father passed away on December 13. We have a TV that is painful to look at because we aren’t able to give it to him as a gift. I called Samsung and spoke to three different people. Due to their policy, we have exceeded the return window. Due to their policy, they are unable to do anything to help us with a return. I will never buy a Samsung product again and I will continuously and forever tell people this story and to advise not to purchase from Samsung. Samsung should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Tv has less than a hundred hours. Top of tv went black and I have just had the tv for a year. My tv is out of warranty after a year and the tech says it will cost me another 600-650 to fix, maybe more. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. These tv’s a cheaply made, but the price does not reflect it. Over 1200 to but this tv last year 10/23

Samsung has the worst customer service of any company. I had ordered an induction range, RXO came with gas connector. they unhooked my old range and i was not able to cook for weeks. then they show up with dryer cable three days later. i declined for service. they then come after three days with the correct cable three hours late from scheduled time. installed and did not put the security bracket, took my air fry basket, security bracket and drip pan. And the range was not levelled. came back again with our proper items. Spoke to customer service on Chat. her name is GCH Vaishnavi she was very mean and was distracted and asking me serial number of the vacuum. asked same question multiple time, i gave her pics and she requested, did everything wasted two hours and she is sharing link to contact us. And finally she kept quite and did not respond when i asked her to transfer to customer service. very disappointing.

SAMSUNG FREESTYLE 2ND GEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️THAT GOOD IT HAS REPLACED MY SAMSUNG QN95A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ A previous Apple fan boy switched to Samsung years ago and haven't looked back since. Invested £1,899.00 in my Samsung QN95A 65" back in 2022 and didn't think anything could touch that beast. It's all about inches though and I wanted more. My best mate suggested getting a projector and I was like eh uh what? Nah. No way that can better an actual TV. Well that got the taste buds tingling and started researching these. Settled on this bad boy and having chatted to Samsung Techs to answer my key questions I placed my order. Actually managed to find one for £420 brand new sealed. Set this up this evening on a plain white wall at 100 inches. I purchased a white cinema canvass screen to mount to my wall but wanted to try it without first and OHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYY 🥵🔥✨️😲Basically it's THAT GOOD I'm now selling my QN95A!!!! As it just ain't cutting the mustard now!! 😂Tested Top Gun Maverick and Top Gun paired with my Skullcandy Crusher Evos and I'm covered in goosebumps even as I write this review. To summarise WELL DONE SAMSUNG for something that cost me £420 absolutely DESTROYS my £1,899.00 (bought on offer as was over £2k at the time) I'm overwhelmed. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all the way and will be recommending this to everyone. Saves space, compact, 100% full of features and functions plus connectivity wirelessly to all Bluetooth enabled devices such as soundbars with subwoofers as I have (Samsung obvs) and headphones 🎧 etc and also allows you to MULTIPLE CONNECT with these devices that my QN95A DIDNT ALLOW!!!! 😲🤔Grab one of these NOW especially on black Friday sales, you will NOT be dissapointed. My first bad decision was to buy any samsung appliance. I have 8 of them (8 too many) and will slowly be replacing them as they fail with other more reliable brands. I suspect there are literally millions of other samsung customers out there with similarly terrible experiences regarding their samsung appliances. I will now state the problems I've had (with no help from Samsung, I might add): 1. Four door refrigerator: Ice maker continually frosts up. It was replaced under warranty from the reseller we purchased the refrigerator from. The replacement unit also failed. Samsung refuses to cover the failed ice maker. When this fridge dies, a different brand will replace it. The ice make works fine for a couple weeks, then frosts over, so I'll continue to defrost it every 3-4 weeks or so. I'll use this as a constant reminder of how horrific samsung appliances are and to never buy another one. 2. Bought 4 Black Stainless Appliances for a new build. The Black Stainless finish is chipping/flaking off each one of the appliances. Samsung refuses to compensate us for this horrific appearance of these appliances. This started happening within 2 years of installation. 3. The dishwasher with the Black Stainless Finish quit, no response to operation on the control panel. Samsung refuses to help us with repairs without us paying for the repair. The unit is 4 years old and rarely used (2nd home). After investigation into repairing the unit myself, the failing part is not available (unless you are a service person). It's ridiculous that the dishwasher failed with little use and you can't find parts for it. I bought a Bosch DW to replace this one (and love it). 4. Dishwasher in a different home: Failed after 2 years of use (regular use). Samsung refused to cover any repairs. Fortunately I was able to find parts and repair this unit. I sold this unit and bought a Bosch DW, which has worked flawlessly for 4+ years now. Save yourself time and trouble (time is $$$$ samsung), buy more brands with better quality and service; companies that actually back up their products with good customer service and value customer loyalty. If samsung would have helped us out, backing up their products, I might stay a loyal customer, but no more will I buy a single samsung product! Your terrible quality has me convinced to spend my hard earned $$$$ elsewhere!
