Samsung sucks!!!! They give you a year warranty then won’t stand by it?!?! DONT EVER Buy SAMSUNG They are worthless!!!!!!!! Also would not let me download photos to show you. Like I said WORST ever.

“I regret purchasing this washing machine. Despite all the positive reviews, it has been nothing but trouble. Facing problems and replacing PCB second time. I will not advise to buy Samsung washing machine because quality wise it is worst to worst.

new 3 month flip 6, has the black screen, samsung has no local repair shops, but customer service directed me to a local shop. of course they would not repair it and not sure why samsung keep sending for flip6 cells to be fix. my only options, mail to texas and 7-10 day for repair. going to switch to Iphone for better customer service

Beware of Samsung products for the following reasons - 1) Very poor quality control 2) Pathetic after sales support 3) Customer service which shirks responsibility quoting flimsy technicalities 4) No coordination whatsoever between Samsung Shop and Customer Care which will resolve absolutely nothing Given one star rating as there is no option for a minus 5 star rating

The experience with the recent order of a Samsung S6 Lite tablet through the Samsung app was deeply disappointing. The promised delivery date of September 6th was not met, causing inconvenience and frustration, especially considering the tablet was intended as a birthday gift. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the responses were unsatisfactory. Requests to speak with a supervisor or find an alternative solution were met with resistance and a lack of helpful information. The request for the head office address was disregarded, and I was advised to search the Samsung website. Ultimately, the order was canceled due to the prolonged delay and lack of resolution. It is recommended that alternative options be explored to avoid similar issues in the future.

Do not purchase anything from Samsung. They will never ever repair it even if it under warranty. I can only give Zero star rating. They will ask for money instead to come to your house and rip you off. Extremely bad customer service as well. I will go with some other brand going forward.

My 1 month old water resistant phone's USB port was supposedly damaged by AC moisture, which Samsung says is a user issue, hence the phone's warranty is voided and I have to pay 2.5K to have it repaired. Unbelievable

The worst customer care i have ever dealed with , I bought anew phone with 5000 QR , and while i opened it i found apronlem , i went to the customer care 3 times in one month and no solution and very poor contact with the customers, Actually i regret to changed from iphone to samsung

If I could leave negative stars I would. Dont buy from Samsung. Horrible customer service and deceptive practices. Buy from a better dealer if you must have a samsung product. they can ruin your life!

Samsung products are very often great - when they work. But when you have a problem, watch out! After two experiences (really three), one with a laptop and another with a monitor, I am swearing off anything that has a Samsung warranty. They will do anything to either keep you from getting service, or wanting to charge you plenty for service. The third experience was a question about a feature of a new $1,000 LED TV. I called with a simple question, and they didn't have a clue. 30 minutes of poking through the menus later, I figured it out. All and all, this does not bode well for Samsung. Luckily there are other providers of all this stuff. I will still (possibly) buy a used Samsung product, when I don't expect any real customer service, and can absorb the loss. But otherwise, forget it. I'm a tech specialist and recommend technology to my friends and clients. So Samsung, you are losing more customers than just me with this behavior.

After seeing there reviews I’m not surprised. I own a lot of Samsung products. Thousands of dollars worth. They do not stand behind their product what so ever. Will not be purchasing anything from them anymore!!!!!!

Bought a stove Dec of 2022 Fiasco in itself not 100% their fault but ordered and promised from Home Depot before Thanksgiving. That obviously did not happen. Order was messed up with the fridge and ended up cancelled. So had to reorder. Now fast forward to now. Wife preheats oven and a few minutes later smells something burning so opens the door thinking someone put something in it. Nope. When she opened the door flames came flying out of it. She used the extinguisher to put out. First, new ovens have an alarm and a detector that locks the door. Neither worked. Now waited almost a week not being able to use oven and Samsung has to get a tech from a third party to call me. The first available date another week out. Wtf. To boot 1 yr warranty. So they will let me know if covered.

Samsung has the worst customer service in the market. If you’re buying a Samsung appliance be ready to be harassed by the service Center team. You maybe paying a lot for Samsung appliance but you will not get a good customer service at all. I would suggest if you’re buying a Samsung refrigerator then make sure to buy one more because if Samsung fridge breaks down they will not repair in less than 5 days. So do not buy Samsung appliances. My service request number with Samsung is 4399844450

I had a very bad experience with samsung they don't know how to maintain customer relationship I recently purchased samsung ultra watch and found battery problem in just 3 days Store people said you will get replacement And it has been almost 7 days still i didn't get my new watch

If I could give a ZERO i would have! I’m very disappointed in Samsung I bought the washer/dryer combo and in one load of washing realized it was NOT working right I re read the manual and tried again STILL dissatisfied I called Samsung and the representative told me I’m sorry I don’t know anything about that or having information it’s too new I reached out to online support for Samsung and they sent out someone to look at the unit The person that came out said Oh yea we’ve been called out for a lot of these they are NOT Good units I’m sorry However no one wants to help me out with this issue now I have ALL MY TEXT MESSAGES with the Samsung support and they have said sorry if you want us out there and we don’t find anything wrong you have to pay $150 So I’m stuck with a brand new unit that I noticed didn’t work properly the first week from purchasing and Samsung REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT How would you feel Samsung if this was happening to you I didn’t ask for a refund I was asking for credit in a different unit I’ve always had Samsung my whole house is Samsung VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got side by side Samsung refrigerator..a year back...not it has stopped working totally also... they are not refunding any cost...1st they promise to refund 49% of cost by payingthrough DemandDraft...now they are offering me Samsung coupons which are has already informed will not take it as has lost faith in Samsung product... few years back even Samsung TV has same issue
