The stovetop is impossible to clean. No matter what cleaning product I use, I cannot remove grease from the surface, even after using a professional grease removal product. The surface remains streaked and spotty. Run away from this product.

HI ALL SPENT OVER $4000 DOLLARS ON SAMSUNG SOUND BAR BLUE RAY PLAYER AND SMART TV AND THIS IS THE GARBAGE YOU GET 1 THE SMART TV CAN NOT HOLD THE PIN AND U HAVE TO ENTER A13 DIGIT PIN FOR IT TO LOCATE A ROUTER AND THEN WHEN IT FEEL'S LIKE IT IN SOME CASES TO TEASE U IT WILL CONNECT ON COMAND. 2 TO SWITCH CHANNEL CAN TAKE UP T 3 SECS AND TO TURN THE VOLUME UP AND DOWN 10 SECS ITS LIKE WATCHING PAINT DRY. 3 THE SOUND IS GARBAGE THE SOFTWARE IS GARBAGE ITS JUST A BIG SCREEN GOOD FOR NOTHING. 4 THE SOUND BAR FREEZES AND HAS BEEN BACK FOR REPAIR STILL THE SAME. 5 U WOULD THINK THE SOUND BAR AND TV BEING THE SAME BRAND WOULD WORK WELL TOGETHER BUT U ARE DICEAVED THESE 2 UNITS HATE EACH OTHER. 6 THE SOUND BAR WILL NOT CONNECT 2 THE TV. 7 THE REMOTES WITH ALL THOSE BUTTONS ARE NOT WORTH SPIT AS NONE OF IT WORKS. 8 SO MY ADVISE IS TO BUY SOME CHEAP GARBAGE AS U KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT AND GIVE THE SAMSUNG A MISS.

In November of 2020 I purchased a samsung galaxy note 20 and when it arrived I had a issue with signal not working and the screens display fluctuating a lot so I contacted samsung the same day and notified them. I was planning on returning the device and was told someone would contact me once the return button on the order was enabled. It has now been 4 months. I spoke with 14 Samsung reps since then and no one contacted me now its too late to return and was asked to use the warranty to repair it im assuming greedy samsung wanted to keep my money. Once i took it to get repaired i was told the internal motherboard was damaged like if someone crushed the board. the out side of the phone wasnt bent or cracked so it had to have happen while it was being build. samsung refused to honor the warranty and refused to accept my return even the repair agent said it was impossible to cause that much damage on such a small part with out damaging the outer casing. So samsung offered i turn in the phone and get a new one for the low low price of $1200 with a $300 credit on a note 20. i looked online and the basic return fore a note 20 on their page through normal means is 700$ on a 1200 phone. I would highly recommend using google phones instead of samsung since especially if you are running a small business. 3 out out of the 14 samsung reps left me waiting on hold for almost an hour hands down samsung doesnt care unless you make a youtube video or tiktok video explaining what you experience with their customer service. I had to pay back 500 to return the device and get a new one via the trade in process since they refuse to fix the issue so they are getting back the device one way or another and im going to resell the device for 900

We bought a fridge and stove on black Friday of 2020. With the delivery date being 1/26/21. That date came and went then they called and said would be delivered 2/18/21. Now to get a phone call that says they will not be showing up that date. Terrible 4 months for appliances is rediculus.

Our washing machine started making a terrible noise and smoke was coming out. Call logged on 1/2/21. Repairer said needs replacing too many parts needed to fix it, whole drum and bearings need replacing. Machine still under warranty but Samsung refusing despite repeated requests. Still no resolution 13 days later. Don’t buy Samsung their customer service is dreadful

I bought a Samsung s20fe, 3 weeks later stopped working. No data at all. I call Samsung customer care they told me to do factory reset it didn't work. I shipped the phone to texas phone came back and IT WAS NOT FIX. I took it to Samsung palo alto store and they say it was not the phone. It was my carrier. My carrier said the service was just fine. Samsung this is BS, a phone with less then 2 months old stopped working. You could fix it neither replaced it. Is that how you treat your customer?.

Samsung has the worst customer service and no follow up at all. Bought my Samsung TV July 2020 and it stopped working but is still in warranty. Now I’m jumping threw hoops just to get someone to come out to repair my tv. No one called me to let me know my area was not serviceable. They offer a refund and then make me jump through more hoops after sending my receipt and serial decal number. Just ridiculous. I’ll never buy Samsung again.

I am so fed up with my phone shipping to and from their Plano, TX. faclility. The employees and even techs are so useless and can never help you at all. You talk to someone different every time and they don't know a phone from a hole in the ground. I have been back and forth with them fixing my phone since Oct. 2020 & it is now mid Feb. I sent my Samsung phone to them with no visible cracks and only a Google maps gps issue, they send me a bill for $457 to replace the caase from a supposed crack I did not see and didn't ask for. It turns out, Google Maps had the problem with intermittent GPS, not my phone probably. I got back my phone "fxed" a few times then a refurb after. It still had the GPS problem becuase as I said, Google maps had the problem. Then they send me a refurb with a crack in the screen, when I never had a crack in my screen. It took a month to finally get them to tell me UPS will pay for it when clearly they sent it to me that way. So again, without my phone, I send it back, wait 5 days for them to "reveive it in", then the next night without a word, they create the label to ship it back with no warranty repair of my screen like I was told to send it in for. So the label gets created, hasn't even shipped, then they make me wait another week to get it back to send it right back again, instead of taking the phone box back to fix it before they let UPS pick it up. This place is useless. No discount for all this hassle. I've had 5 temporary phone plans and been without a phone this whole time. Way more time and money spent than repairing this old phone is worth but I couldn't afford another Note! Bottom line, I will never send in anything to Samsung again. Waste of gray hair, cortisol, years off my life, TIME *& MONEY! They might actually be a decent company if they had better Customer Service or Techs who gave 1 damn & knew what they were doing! They sure aren't there to help me, just frustrate me even more! Now instead of them just replacing the screen like I was told they were going to do, I will have to wait weeks again for them to send me a replacement I didn't ask for! If you ask for a manager, they make excuses and still do nothing! I am so FURIOUSSSSS!!!!!!! I regret the day I made that decision to send my "broken" phone there! Uneconomical & overpriced as well. They won't budge on the prices. I don't care if you know who this is, this is Lori from San Antonio!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible tv. Can’t use any of the apps. The remote is absolutely terrible. You can’t select which app to use with the remote. The tv constantly disconnects from the internet and has some issues with reconnecting. I would not buy another Samsung

I am using Samsung washing machine, The main issue is while you are drying the clothes in it, It will generate the sound again and again after 4-5 time we need to set the clothes in the dryer. If i am placing the complain for the same, They said it is your mistake you are not setting the clothes correctly in the it. I was using LG washing machine before it, There was no such issue we were facing, @higher authority, Please look into it.

So I bought a washer JANUARY 1st of 2021!!! My motherboard went out in the unit. I have called and been yanked around for two weeks now. They don’t want to help fix it. The washer is only a month old. So I will NEVER GO BACK WITH SAMSUNG! The call center knew what was going on because I had to submit a ticket. Well they ask me why I need customer service. I tell the story each time. It’s so freaking aggravating.

We purchased a washing machine directly from Samsung. They advised in an email that the washing machine would be delivered on 2/11. As I skipped work waiting to receive my new appliance, I was contacted to let me know that I would need an appointment for delivery, and the next delivery is on 3/5. We have waited for a little over 2 months to receive our washing machine since it was ordered, only to hear that we will not be able to receive it until a month later. This should have been disclosed as we purchased our appliance since we chose to buy it from Samsung since it was the earliest that would deliver to us. Should we knew that it would have been a month longer, we would gone somewhere else with our business. The customer rep told us that if we would like to get it now, we would have to rent a truck and travel 100+ miles to get it right away. We had also paid for installation, that we are requesting that they return back to us. This is the WORST SERVICE BY FAR that we had received. Customer service is numb to complaints and won't do much, but listen to us complain. No real solutions there. No one cared to help even a little. Will never recommend to anyone, EVER!

No one At Samsung knows where to route you for presales questions. I was routed 7 different times incorrectly back and forth between tech and sales and none of them able to tell me about extended warranties. I was given 5 different numbers to call and none of them worked. Every rep I spoke to was incompetent or did not know exactly where to route me. They kept routing me back to the same exact tech department where they had no idea about anything either. If you can't even get a simple question answered, why should anyone bother buying a monitor or anything else from Samsung.

Bought a new Samsung TV in April 2020. Jan 20th, the TV power cycled and would not start. Called Samsung and after 2 weeks, a 3rd party service company came out and replaced all components but panel/screen. TV still would not work, so after another week, they came back with a new panel. It was defective so now headed into 4th week with no TV. Samsung refuses to replace TV or overnight parts to 3rd party service company to help with the "3-5 days" shipping time from Samsung to vendor. Very disappointed in Samsung Customer Service and vendor acknowledged at their 2nd visit that of all the brands they service, Samsung is worst for CS & response.

I have had the worst customer service with a warranty issue for a monitor. I have been dealing with it since Jan 5, 2021. The monitor is 6 months old. I was told to ship it to them, I shipped it in a HP monitor box with a shipping label on it, they didn't like the extra crossed out label. They shipped it back to me. I called and Samsung said they would ship me a box, waited 10 days no box, I call and again and they stated they don't ship boxes, I have to get my own. Do you know how hard it is to get a box to ship a monitor in! I get a box (cost $35) use their label they sent me bring it to UPS yesterday, today I get a notice that they have cancelled my ticket. Called again this morning, the girl says she has to call me back her system isn't working, I'm still waiting, 20 min. I have decided to forget about it. I will never buy another Samsung product and will be getting rid of my 3 Samsung phones.

I purchased a replacement phone. They send it to you signature required. I paid for express shipping. Not knowing it was Fed ex. Fed ex only comes to my area during the day when I am at work. Samsung refuses to let me schedule a time with fed ex. Refuses to change the delivery address. Refuses to allow me to sign for it at a fed ex pick up location. I'm supposed to take a day off work to sign for the package. So apparently I am supposed to wait an additional 3 delivery attempt days, and drive an hour to the fed ex facility on the 4th day for a phone I need. Glad I paid for express shipping. Since the customer service reps refuse to help. I will be refusing the delivery, and have it returned to Samsung. Sounds like its finally time to just purchase an apple IPhone. Last time, and ex Samsung customer.

I have a washing machine which has a warranty for 10yrs. Presently I'm facing an issue, due to which i called the call center to arrange a technician for which they want to charge 150aed. Then i agreed to make the payment for the service as they informed me the warranty is only for the motor. After my request was placed they informed that the technician can come only by monday. But till date the technician has not come nor got a call from anyone. I have been calling many times to the call center and they are just fooling people by saying that they have reported to the service center, management and higher management. They can't even track the technician or provide thw contact number. So i believe people should double think before buying their products. I have other company products where things were managed easier. I also think the customer service is taught good enough to fool people with their lame promises

I went onto Samsung.com to ask about undoing an update on my S20, (business phone). I told them that I take approx 300 pictures a day as a home inspector and the update changed my camera lighting adjustment from something close to 2 inches long to something 1/2 inch long that I just couldn't adjust the lighting in the pic. The tech support online said sorry about that but there was nothing they could do. I called the tech center and talked with a rep and was told that once the update happens there's no going back. I then asked about a replacement phone that I wouldn't update an was told that was not an option so at the end of it all I'm outa luck. No replacement phone, no reversal of the update that made my phone the challenge that it is to do my job with but I did get a "I'm sorry". Maybe I should mention Yes, my phone is still under warranty. Hey Samsung, I'm sorry too

I have a Samsung TV. I purchased. It started getting white spots there was a recall for this problem it was for a part that puts white dots on the screen caused by the DMD chip going bad and Samsung was offering a one time courtesy replacement for that chip I contacted Samsung they were going to replace it but I was call back by suprv said no will not replace it now there saying they don't have the part but there not gonna do anything about it. Several people from the forum have gotten theirs replaced as a female I feel offended that they will not replace it now there saying they don't have the part anymore. but there not gonna do anything about it. I even offered to pay to have it put in . But they said O you can order it off samsung.com parts place and have it put in but you pay for everything but told me they couldn't because the part wasn't available anymore yet I can order from them and pay for it even though another representative from the repair said that if I get an estimate and assessment of problem they would pay for the repair, if they deemed that it waz the DMD chip. Wow
