Long story but in a bad refund deal Samsung stole $270 from me. They don't care about the customer only about the bottom line. If you ever have an issue with a product they sell you will spend weeks to months or even years getting them to resolve your issue. I will never buy another Samsung Product again. Beware of this company they are corrupt right up the the highest level even the CEO. CEO was found guilty in Korea for corruption in a deal with the Korean President in order to establish a monopoly.

I purchased a washer and dryer 12/28/19 and have had nothing but problems. Washer: WA50R5400A-started giving me problems 2 months after I purchased. The washer would not spin. Called Samsung and they told me how to calibrate the machine and it started working again. This happens at least once a month and sometimes when I calibrate the machine it still doesn't work. I have to leave it unplugged for a day or 2. Dryer: DVE50R5400V/A3: The dryer has worked fine until yesterday. It stopped spinning and we started to smell something burning. Now I have to wait 1-2 days for a tech to call for availability. In the meantime I have no way of drying my clothes. This has been the worst purchase ever. Both appliances were purchased a little over a year ago; I should not have these kind of issues with brand new appliances. I wish I had kept my old set because the Samsung set has given me nothing but problems.

Brand new dishwasher stopped draining after 6 loads, wait 2 weeks for technician, dishwasher works for 10 loads, same problem. Wait another 2 weeks for repair, washer works for a week! Another 2 week wait for repair, machine runs for 8 days. Samsung agrees to refund me after jumping through many hoops and many phone calls. The day I was promised the check, receive text from Samsung saying they can now only offer me less than what was agreed to. Run, don't walk away from Samsung.

Samsung is Scamsung. I pre-ordered an S21Ultra in its online store. It breaks down within 10 days. It basically disconnects SIM card and drain battery 50% per hour by itself. I brought to the store, the staff says exchange and refund takes 3 weeks. It is a brand new phone and it only lasted 10 days. Any other brand gives you exchange on the spot!!! now it is still being repaired and i am waiting for 22 days now. I called Samsung E-commerce team and they said the warehouse still has not received the faulty phone after 22 days. i am speechless. Never buy Samsung.

Literally avoid this company at all costs!! I've been trying to take them up on an amazing deal I saw on their website, and I repeatedly got the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." Eventually a customer service lady told me to take everything out of my cart and add it again. Suddenly everything was hundreds of dollars more. She said, "yeah, prices change from time to time." TIME TO TIME?? That was maybe 30 seconds! I escalated to her supervisor who was also rude and she said to send in screenshots and they'd price match. I tried to order again and kept getting the message, "Sorry, something went wrong." They refuse to place the order over the phone. They cannot tell me what to do - I've tried to order this package on my Samsung phone, my Samsung tablet, a chrome book - all on both google chrome and Samsung internet. This has been going on since this past Saturday. The "resolution" they sent me was to clear my browsing history and try to order in incognito mode. Did that, and now the tablet is out of stock. I am trying to spend $1500 on their site. Why is it so difficult? I'm currently debating joining the Apple cult. Currently on hold with my 8th Samsung Customer Service employee, as they apparently can't connect me with any other department.

I purchased the 7070 powerbot in September 2018 for $500. Everything was great until September 2020, when it quit working. In order to have it fixed, you have to send it back to the Samsung Repair Center in NJ. (No local place can fix it.) It cost $69 to send it UPS (you have no guarantee if you don't) and then I had to pay a standard $199 repair charge to get it fixed. They replaced the brush, fllter, sensor, and motor fan. 5 months later, after very few uses becasue we were out of town, it is only vacuuming for about 25 minutes - much less than before. When calling again, I am told I have to send it back again to determine what is wrong. I think spending $768 already is enough. Don't buy this vacuum. I loved it in the beginning, but found it to be an unreliable product, as well as difficult and expensive to get fixed.

I recently purchased a phone from Samsung via the trade-in program. I traded in my old Galaxy Note 9 and paid the difference for a S21. Flash forward a couple days after I sent the trade in, Samsung emailed me saying the trade in was rejected for various reasons including: Failure to power on, and does not start up to Home Screen and function normally (yet sent an accompanying image of the phone powered on) and that I didn’t Factory Reset the phone (which I did). In the case of “functioning properly”, some Samsung phones suffer from a SOFTWARE issue (from a recent update) where the phone occasionally gets a yellow-green tint with horizontal lines and that seems to be their issue as to why the phone was rejected... but that’s because of THEIR software issue. Nonetheless they rejected my trade-in. This is extremely disappointing as it’s their own problem and they refuse to accept a device that’s been affected by their poor updates. Furthermore Samsung makes it very difficult for you to get in contact with customer service if you’ve travelled outside the US and for some reason doesn’t have live chat. I found a Facebook tech support chat but they don’t deal with these issues apparently. Therefore I can’t get in contact with anyone to discuss my trade-in. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I was pro-Samsung rooting for them in every aspect until recently. Bad service, don’t care about customers and don’t want to accept liability for their own errors.

We bought the high end Samsung Tuscany kitchen suite through Home Depot. It took several months before we received our fridge but understand due to Covid circumstances. The delivery drivers noticed a 2 1/2 in. dent in the front of it while unpackaging. We reached out to Samsung customer service and they offered us a partial reimbursement for the fridge if we choose to keep it. I explained to the rep that I did not want credit or a gift card. He explained the gift card is the type that you can take to your bank and pull off cash from. Waited a couple months and finally received it only the bank said you cannot get cash from this type of card. I reached out to customer service. They kept putting me on hold. Spent an hour on the phone with them. Long story short one of the supervisors, employee # 3784487, basically told me that because I received the gift card (that has not been spent) they will no longer be able to exchange my fridge out for a new one (which is what I paid for) and could do nothing else for me. She refused to give me her Supervisors info. Said she reports to the corporate office but refused to say to whom she reports to there. I will be elevating this to corporate but Buyer Beware!!! They are dishonest and do not even try to correct their errors.

I have been a Samsung customer for a long time. I only buy Samsung products. But I had the worst experience with their customer service. I ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra on the Samsung website and when I received the package the phone was not in the case. I called FedEx and Samsung right after I opened the package. I provided Samsung pictures of the package, the case numbers for FedEx. I was told they were going to refund me, but then changed their mind and said that I need to send them a police report before refunding me. So, I gave them the case # of my Sheriff's report. The thing I don't get is why they need all this information when they have insurance on the package. The girl that I was dealing with was rude and unhelpful. I spent a lot of money on a phone that I did not get. Who knows if I will get my refund even if I do provide the Sheriff's report. I'm sure they will need something else or my time frame will be up. This is frustrating and disappointing. Even the Sheriff I talked to was surprised that they needed his report. This experience has definitely shaken my loyalty to Samsung. I am considering buying other products going forward because of the way they handled this situation and their customer service.

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher From Best Buy after doing kitchen renovations and after taking a dishwasher out of the Box it was damaged from the factory, Samsung sent someone to look at it and they said it was damaged beyond repair. but upon samsung investigation they find that they are not responsible for the damaged product. And they will not replace it. Very poor customer service I give them no stars.

We been Samsung for years. We are very disappointed the last a few appliances. We thought maybe we got unlucky with one appliance, but no. We continuing using different appliances with Sumsung. From washer, dryer, tv, microwave, etc...Less than a year old being used. One by one they gave us problems. Sumsung, send technicians to take a look and trying to fix the problems, but they are never being fix. And they recommend what should do or not to do. (We did). It is just a headache for try to call over and over the Sumsung’s customer service and on the phone for a long time. Also deal with technicians coming. We want the products to be dependable. Not to wasting time deal over the phone and technicians.

I wish I could give you less than 1 star! Tried to redeem a promotion for the galaxy s21. I tried for weeks to fix the problem by calling Promotions. After dozens of calls and promises that it would be escalated, I finally gave up and ordered the items, at a much higher price than I should have paid. It's shameful that I could not email you since all the email addresses I was given were not valid & your agents on the phone speak poor English & had no idea what to do. Obviously you have no respect for your customers and I am asking for a refund as adjustment for the price I was charged.

If I could rate a zero I would. What a f**cking headache. Ordered a to-good-to-be-true washer and gas dryer in November, which didn’t attempt to be delivered until Febuary 23rd. We paid for gas install and haul away. At the time of delivery, the guys informed us they could not take our appliances because the gas dryer was still hooked up and they were not licensed to uninstall/install gas. So, they took our new appliances away and we received a 2nd delivery date for 6 days later. 24hrs prior to our NEW delivery date, they NOW informed us we had to reach out to this 3rd party to schedule an uninstall/install for our old dryer and new dryer date, which we were told in the beginning our driver WAS going to be able to uninstall and install our dryers. Long story short, We paid for install and delivery, assuming it was going to be installed and hauled away the same day, but nope. They didn’t have a driver available that also uninstalls/installs gas so, they WERE going to just drop off the new appliances (mind you, we do not live in a big home, so no room for a new washer and dryer to just hang out in our kitchen and for it not to be in the way). We could not even schedule a gas guy to come out until the appliances were actually delivered..which we, then, would not have even gotten a call back for 24-48hours to schedule, then WHO KNOWS when someone would come out to disconnect our old one and connect our new one. And then the problem would have been that the gas guy wouldn’t have been able to help us move the old appliances and stack the new ones, but wait, remember? WE PAID FOR HAUL AWAY!! So when is Samsung’s 3rd party company going to come back out and pick up our old appliances?!?! Just an absolute chaotic mess of a headache. I will never order from the Samsung website for ANYTHING. Ever. And I really advise you to order from a store directly. Go in, talk to an associate, GIVE THEM THE SALE, and make sure you get the specifics about the delivery and install. I need a glass of wine in search of my new washer/dryer set. Cheers folks.

Tried ordering a replacement water filter online, but as soon as I hit the subscribe/purchase option, the screen just sits in an endless loading state. Tried the online chat option to figure it out, and I was given a number to call. Called said number and ended up at the wrong department (my bad, hit the wrong buttons). Gentleman who answered was polite, said he would transfer me to the correct department. I sat on hold for 45 minutes, and then the next guy who answered SAID THE EXACT SAME THING and put me back on hold. No thanks. Hopefully Lowes sells the product in store.
