“When flowers arrived by courier, the container box was slightly crushed. On opening, the heads on some of them had been sheared off. Ruined the experience.”

“I was absolutely thrilled that the flowers were sent to my friend so quickly and you sent me email texting that they'd arrived. My friend was so happy with flowers and even said they were the nicest brunch of flowers she'd been sent. So I'd just like to say thank you”

“Ordered some flowers on a Saturday to be sent to a bereaved friend. They arrived on Monday. I'm very disappointed to learn that half the flowers in the bouquet were dead on arrival . The rest didn't even last 5 days. The courier had the box upside down , so any water had drained out too. Having contacted customer services via their website, I have still not heard anything 2 days later. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had dead flowers sent by Serenata, but it will certainly be the last. Such a shame as I'd used them for last 5 years and they had previously been very good. Save your money & go elsewhere.”

“I am a long standing customer and Serenata had delivered flowers to my elderly aunt over several years. But when it came to her funeral, the flowers never turned up! This was in spite of timely ordering for the day before the funeral on a timed afternoon delivery. Very upsetting and disappointing. I came home to a flurry of emails, one saying they had been delivered and another they had not, and one offering me a credit note. I wrote and requested a refund which I got and suggested they sack their new couriers - DPD - an unreliable firm. I await developments.”

“San Diego California: After an hour of internet search for a flower company that seemed to have the most international credibility and dependability, I placed an order with Serenata Flowers for an arrangement to be delivered to my Aunt in Larne Ireland on the day of her 95 Birthday. The day after her big day I received a form email from Serenata Flowers saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers on the agreed apon day and that the flowers would be delivered the following day. Very disappointing but here's the worst part...they never acknowledged that they had in fact delivered the flowers the next day as promised. This left me hanging. Here is sit wondering if the flowers were delivered at all! What am I supposed to do, call my Aunt and ask if she got the flowers? What if she didn't? "Sorry auntie, I'll try next year, with a different company, for your 96th".”
