“Very surprised to see some negative comments as personally I have always had such excellent service from this company. The fabulous roses arrived on a Sunday as requested, and in the morning thankfully as we were going out. My husband was delighted and they are absolutely perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serenata Flowers.”

“Delivery was delayed by a day (the flowers were meant for a saturday, but delivered on sunday. Luckily my friend was at the property to receive them). When I saw a photo of the flowers delivered to my friend, they didn't look like they were worth £23 I paid for them. I almost felt like apologising to my friend for the poor delivery and how insubstantial the flowers looked. Won't use serenta flowers again.”

“Unfortunately, all the roses were brown around the edges of the petals which was very disappointing and the flowers looked “tired” within 24hrs.”

“Mandy Marvelly my daughter came out of hospital yesterday, I ordered the flowers on 08/09/2018 to arrive the day she came out of hospital, as I was out all day yesterday I did not get your e-mail till this morning to say you was not delivering the flowers yesterday, I can't understand your problem with delivery when they had been ordered for six days, I can assure you I am. “SEVERAL things ... I ordered flowers for my Mothers 86th birthday SEVERAL days before the requested delivery day ... which was 14th July. On 14th July in the afternoon I get an E-mail saying the flowers wouldn't be delivered on the 14th .. but would be delivered on the 15th. My elderly parents had waited in ALL day on the 14th & put off going out as they were expecting the flowers. On the 15th I received an E-mail saying the flowers were on their way to my Mother ... however she was going to be out at 12.30 .................. I have just spoken to her and guess what .. the flowers are NO where to be seen! They have looked for a card saying where the flowers might be .. but have found nothing .Bare in mind my Father is 92 & Mum 86 .. they have got very anxious about the flowers. So well done ... you have spoilt my gift, my Mothers birthday & caused ALOT of stress ... and still no flowers! I am totally disgusted & will NEVER use you again! First & very last time. PLEASE call me on 01603 434281 to discuss”

“These were a birthday gift and were not received until the day after, so she thought I had forgotten her birthday. Very disappointing indeed. This was the first time I used Serenata. I have not been offered any compensation as yet”

“They didn’t make me happy. My delivery was not delivered the correct day and when delivered the following day, it had to be taken by another member of the family to the proper person,hence two days after the said day.. First time used,not likely to use again”

“Birthdays flowers delivered 24 hrs + late ...(next day delivery gauranteed ????) refund of postage costs only is rediculous when the flowers on the wrong day were useless . . Refund requested before flowers delivered declined !! Rubbish ...”

“Despite 3 days notice failed to deliver on time offering a pathetic 'sorry the courier didn't make it' email as an excuse. Insufficient compensation offered and the retracted when I didn't accept the first offer. Complicated customer service reply system via website so you never have contact with the same person. Not the first time I'm a customer of theirs but definitely the last.”

“Flowers were delivered on time. Obviously I have no idea whether the flowers looked as good as in the photo. The recipient would be too polite to complain even if the flowers were not in top condition. I can only trust!”

“I couldn't find the flowers I wanted but serenata found just the right ones and even started off the order for me to complete online. The flowers arrived the next day and my sister was delighted with them. They were just as described, in bud to last longer with one bloom out showing the colour was perfect too. I am very pleased.”

“The flowers was nice but very expensive for what I received. The vase was so small, maybe you should put the size of the vases, then I would of known it was a very small vase , to small for flowers.”
