“So sad to see when I arrived at Mums that white roses within bouquet were brown and wilting. Ordered these as working till 19:00on her 70th. Such a huge disappointment.”

“I chose 2 bouquets that i felt represented what the other person would have loved to receive and being it was purchased as my own choices of 'Sympathy' bouquets, rather than the choices on offer, i was still thrilled to say the recipients ( husband & daughter of the deceased) adored & appreciated them both very much. They did text a picture to me and i was happy with the bouquet too. Beautiful.”

“THE LADY WAS OVER THE MOON TO HAVE FLOWERS BUT I FELT IT WAS A LONG TIME FROM BEING OUT IN THE VAN AT 11AM AND BEING DELIVERED JUST BEFORE 6PM . IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW AM OR PM THEN YOUR NOT WAITING SO MUCH”
