“The whole process from start to finish ticked all the boxes I could have asked. Even when I had a problem getting payment through, for some unknown reason my end, you answered my email within minutes, on a Sunday afternoon! Love it that it's free delivery. I would use you again.”

“Easy to access the website and a good range of flowers on display. Possibly a little more on anniversaries would help (eg Silver Wedding, Golden Wedding etc). Otherwise a very easy process. I presume payment details are secure. Thank you for asking”

“The flowers were delivered to my friend when I asked and they were beautiful. My friend’s husband is a retired florist and was impressed with the quality of the flowers. I thought the price was very reasonable. I also in advertently left my name off the message. My friend contacted Serenata Flowers for some information on the sender. They protected my identity. I felt really good to know that privacy mattered to them. I would order from them again!”

“First live in Somerset and my best friend in Yorkshire- who's dad sadly passed away on Saturday. I went on line Sat pm and by Sunday lunchtime the flowers were hand delivered. This meant a lot to me and hopefully my friend too, letting her know my thought are with her. She has said the flowers are beautiful. Thankyou x”

“great delivery, well informed upfront. Flowers size was a bit disappointing compared to the picture, and they where dry delivered in a box and looked a bit dry. In water delivery would be much better for the life span of the flowers.”
