“I ordered my flowers to be delivered For Saturday 31 March for a very ill lady. I’ve just rung her today 1 April and she has not received my flowers. How disappointed I am!”

“Ordered from here as I wanted flowers delivered for someone in Lichfield and it came up on google - really beautiful flowers arrived on the day I expected within good time so both myself and the recipient were really pleased with the quality of the flowers and the delivery service 😊I only bought 10 stems but I don’t think we would have needed more!”

“I was personally dissapointed with the bouquet I sent. It looks much fuller on the photo and arrived looking very sparse. I contacted customer service and was told this was because some of the flowers were still buds and had not yet opened. I do not believe it was worth the money I paid, I will not be using this company again. Delivery was also not in the time period I specified.”

“You made the lady very very happy with the flower's you sent, the different kind of flowers and the smell's from them were amazing she said. So I was very happy that she smiled all day looking at the amazing flowers. So a big thank you”

“This is the second time I have used this service. The first time was a great experience and got 5 stars and why I used this service again. This time, they failed to deliver the product on the day instructed, which was my parents 45th wedding anniversary. Apparently they 'forgot' to load it on to the van. I am hoping they will at least deliver it today or else I will be expecting a full refund”
