“Thank you so much for your quick and easy ordering process. I ordered the arrangement the day before and had email confirmation straight away and when they were delivered. My sister was delighted with the flowers and very happy. I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again. Thank you.”

“Ordered from here as I wanted flowers delivered for someone in Lichfield and it came up on google - really beautiful flowers arrived on the day I expected within good time so both myself and the recipient were really pleased with the quality of the flowers and the delivery service 😊I only bought 10 stems but I don’t think we would have needed more!”

“I was personally dissapointed with the bouquet I sent. It looks much fuller on the photo and arrived looking very sparse. I contacted customer service and was told this was because some of the flowers were still buds and had not yet opened. I do not believe it was worth the money I paid, I will not be using this company again. Delivery was also not in the time period I specified.”
