“I’ll never use 1800 flowers or teleflora ever again. These guys are so much better, easy ordering, prompt delivery and great customer service. Haven’t had any feedback about the actual flowers though.”

“The website was easy to use and it was clear what I was getting. It was very reasonably priced. The company emailed me keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The flowers were for a member of my family that is unwell and there was an appropriate card. In my thank you from her she said the flowers were beautiful although I have not seen them myself. I will definitely use this site again.”

“Flowers were lovely but turned way too late!! My partner was ill and came to stay at my house, so by the time we left her house, they still had not turned up!! She won’t actually get to see them until Monday 2nd April!! Very poor delivery service and will not purchase flowers from here again.”

“I ordered an expensive arrangement for my mother. I requested that the courier show some patience as it takes time for someone in her nineties to get up out of a chair and get to the phone. Although my mother answered the intercom system when it buzzed no one responded to her query. An hour later an honest and very kind passer-by alerted my mother to the presence of a box on the front step of a large block of flats on a very busy main street. Would I have received a refund if the gift had been stolen? A complaint made to Serenata about the courier's behaviour led to the response that they have no control over the couriers and they, the couriers, do not have to honour any request made by the person who ordered the flowers. Why, then, do Serenata offer a personal delivery service if they have a) no control over the behaviour of the couriers they use or b) offer a decent apology both to the recipient or the purchaser. Whilst the flowers were beautiful, greatly appreciated by my mother and were worth what I paid, I consider both of us lucky that she got them at all - and only because someone was kind enough to do the job the courier is being paid to do. I won't be using Seranata again.”

“Having been let done very badly by Interflora I decided to try a new company for our anniversary. The bouquet of flowers were pleasant enough but I was expecting more red flowers as per the picture as my wife’s favourite colour is red. Unfortunately they were all pink. I also expected the balloon to be bigger.”
