“I ORDERED LATE ON A SUNDAY AND WAS AMAZED THAT DELIVERY WAS ACHIEVED MID-NEXT MORNING FOR A RELATIVE'S BIRTHDAY. SHE RANG ME TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL THE FLOWERS WERE AND HOW PLEASED SHE WAS. ALTHOUGH I PREFERRED A BOUQUET I SAW FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER, I CHOSE SERENATA BECAUSE THEY OFFERED NEXT DAY AND FREE DELIVERY.”

“The selection of flowers is really good for different occasions and each time I have used Serenata the recipients have been absolutely delighted with the flowers. I will continue to use them for the other occasions coming up as they have been reliable, easy to order & easy to track”

“Although I was unable to see what I had delivered to my special friend on the other side of the world - she was thrilled with her flowers and they arrived on the ordered date of her birthday so thanks Serenata Flowers :-) It would be a nice touch if you could send the deliverer of the flowers a photo of the final product you delivered to the recipient.”

“Easy website so quick to order. Free delivery which is good. Price was good too. Delivery meant to be between 8am and 8om but the flowers were not delivered until gone 9pm, quite late.”

“The delivery arrived as expected but when my mum unwrapped her flowers two of the roses were very mouldy on the petals and had to be thrown away. We tried to send a complaint through the website but Serenata do not accept complaints without pictures to support and mum had already binned the flowers as they were prey bad before we knew a picture was required. Won't be ordering from them again.”
