“These were flowers for my son and daughter as a present for their new baby. They adored the colour and said they were beautiful. The person who delivered them was apparently very pleasant. Many thanks for the lovely flowers and the on time delivery”

“First time using company, and picked because of next day delivery. Flowers arrived 4 days late. Technically not Serenata's fault as the box says they were shipped on the day they were supposed to, but that means the flowers have been sitting in a Yodel Delivery van for 3 days as the delivery guy said this was the first attempt of delivery today. These flowers were not cheap, and were meant as a gift, so not only am I giving them late now, but they will also die sooner because they've spent 3 days in a box in a van. Not encouraged to use again.”
