“Serenata Flowers were the only people able to deliver a last minute birthday gift at Easter weekend and I was really pleased that they kept their promise. The flowers were delivered on the expected day and the recipient loved them. I am very happy to recommend. Thank you.”

“the flowers were beautiful and with free next day delivery was a definite bonus. flowers arrived on time and were well wrapped to keep them lovely my only issue was the size of the bouquet i upgraded to get a larger bouquet however i was quite disappointed with the size that arrived.”

“The flowers were ordered for a special birthday and delivered to a different address even though they were addressed clearly with the correct address. I have had several communications with yourselves and know it is your courier that has let you down but you will not instruct the courier to make a goodwill gesture of some more flowers to say sorry as these flowers arrived the day after the birthday!”
