“I ordered flowers for my 80 year old mother's birthday. They were sent directly to the hotel where we were celebrating and arrived fresh and beautifully packaged. They looked as lovely as the picture advertised. Will certainly use Serenata again.”

“Worst flowers I have ever ordered,yellow roses where brown , wilted , badly wrapped . Bad presentation, cheap quality. I was asked to remove brown petal as this is normal during transport , but when removed I had hardly any petals left . No phone number to complain , email after email back and fore. Refund given after loads of emails . Would avoid and try a local florist with a contact number in future . (Live and learn ) avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid”
