“The flowers were ordered for a special birthday and delivered to a different address even though they were addressed clearly with the correct address. I have had several communications with yourselves and know it is your courier that has let you down but you will not instruct the courier to make a goodwill gesture of some more flowers to say sorry as these flowers arrived the day after the birthday!”

“The flowers were delivered perfectly on time, in fabulous condition and by a lovely delivery guy. They really made my friend's special day even more special. Second time I have used Serenata Flowers and will continue to. I've been kept up to date when the flowers were dispatched and when the were recieved, which is really helpful. Thank you.”
