“Ordered an expensive bouquet, requested patience on the part of the courier. Flowers were left at the main door of a block of flats on a very busy street. A passer-by contacted the recipient to say there was a gift on the doorstep. Anyone could have picked it up and walked away with it. Would I have got a refund if that had happened? Although the flowers were beautiful and greatly appreciated, it was sheer luck that she got them - based upon the honesty and kindness of a stranger. Not impressed by the courier service nor Serenata as they say they cannot guarantee that their couriers will do as requested.”

“My first time using the service for Mother's Day. I was amazed at how late the day before I could place my order to be delivered on Mothering Sunday! I live in Ireland and couldn't be with Mum, the quality was amazing as I got to see on video chat. Thank you so much!”

“The dendrobium orchids were received by my husband's stepmother on her return home from a long spell in hospital. They are apparently absolutely beautiful. Thanks Serenata for providing such a swift service and with free delivery too. This is the second time I have sent flowers using Serenata and I will have no hesitation in doing so again. Also, very good value for money.”

“Beautiful flowers. Luckily the recipient was at home because the delivery person just knocked on the door and left the flowers on the doorstep in full view of everyone. Had the recipient not been there the flowers would have been stolen.”

“I ordered the petite floral sheath and when delivered, unlike the web page, they were wrapped in cellphone, like flowers you could buy from any florist. I was later told this is how they are delivered and it was up to the funeral home to remove the cellphone if required. Not helpful.”
