“You made the lady very very happy with the flower's you sent, the different kind of flowers and the smell's from them were amazing she said. So I was very happy that she smiled all day looking at the amazing flowers. So a big thank you”

“This is the second time I have used this service. The first time was a great experience and got 5 stars and why I used this service again. This time, they failed to deliver the product on the day instructed, which was my parents 45th wedding anniversary. Apparently they 'forgot' to load it on to the van. I am hoping they will at least deliver it today or else I will be expecting a full refund”

“Very efficient online ordering system and easy to use. Loved the e-mail updates I received keeping me informed of progress of my order and delivery. Ordered flowers for my best friend as an Easter surprise and she was so touched to receive them. I ordered letterbox flowers. My friend sent me a picture of them and they are beautiful. I can't wait to order more flowers from Serenata Flowers. Well done to everyone on the team.”

“I’ll never use 1800 flowers or teleflora ever again. These guys are so much better, easy ordering, prompt delivery and great customer service. Haven’t had any feedback about the actual flowers though.”

“The website was easy to use and it was clear what I was getting. It was very reasonably priced. The company emailed me keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The flowers were for a member of my family that is unwell and there was an appropriate card. In my thank you from her she said the flowers were beautiful although I have not seen them myself. I will definitely use this site again.”
